The name Gentleman’s Cut reflects the artistry involved in creating an exceptional spirit and Stephen Curry’s remarkable prowess on and off the basketball court. Driven by his genuine love for high-quality bourbon, Curry was actively engaged in every aspect of the production, including manufacturing, blending, aging, packaging, and marketing. The label of this bourbon carries a heartfelt message personally written by Curry himself.

The bourbon production process, including distillation, aging, and bottling, takes place at Game Changer Distillery in Boone County, KY. Stephen Curry’s SC30 Inc. joined forces with John Schwartz, the owner of the renowned Amuse Bouche Winery in Napa Valley, to establish a collaborative venture with Boone County Distilling Co.. This distillery has long been recognized as a trailblazer in the craft spirits industry of the region. Situated on the Kentucky Craft Bourbon Trail, Boone County Distilling, established in 1833, has revived the craft’s time-honored traditions, pride, and dedication, carrying forward a legacy of producing high-quality spirits using grain-to-glass methods.

“In close collaboration with Stephen, we produced a high-quality aged bourbon offered at a great value that will resonate with bourbon connoisseurs and help grow the craft bourbon category to our global audience,” said Schwartz.

Gentleman’s Cut will retail at $79.99 per 750ml.

Pulled a Webber: Stephen Curry and Warriors Survive Game 4 After Timeout Turnover

Fubqcr9WwAEudTV

With 40 seconds left in game four against the Sacramento Kings, Stephen Curry called a timeout when he could not inbound the ball and resume play. The only issue was the Golden State Warriors didn’t have any timeouts.

The result of the play was a technical foul and then a follow-up bucket, allowing the Kings to come within one point in the crucial game. Curry missed a floater in the following possession, but the Kings could not hit a game-winner. The Warriors escaped the game 126-125, shifting the series back to Sacramento.

In the postgame, Curry stated he didn’t realize the team was out of timeouts once they lost a challenge. According to him, head coach Steve Kerr took the blame for the moment.

“[Coach] took the blame for it, but I ain’t going to lie: I thought it was the smartest play in the world,” Curry said. “I looked at the bench, and everybody was shaking their head. It was an unfortunate situation.”

Many on Twitter connected the moment to Chris Webber’s time at the University of Michigan, which cost the Fab Five a championship run.

Sundance Film Festival revealed their 2023 autumn schedule today, which included Stephen Curry’s new documentary, Underrated. The documentary is directed by award-winning director Peter Nicks and produced by world-renowned Ryan Coogler and Erick Peyton.

The documentary takes an intimate look at NBA superstar Stephen Curry’s unlikely coming of age at tiny Davidson College, where the team had a thrilling run in the 2008 NCAA tournament under the tutelage of coach Bob McKillop. The film blends the Golden State Warriors’ attempt to win another NBA title after one of the worst seasons in franchise history, with access to Curry during the 2021 season.

With intimate cinematic cinematography, archival footage, and on-camera interviews, the documentary recounts Curry’s development from an undersized collegiate player to a four-time NBA champion as one of the most influential, dynamic, and unpredictable players in basketball history.

Stephen Curry: Underrated depicts Curry’s personal life as he juggles the pressures of his professional career while fulfilling his promise to his mother when he left Davidson early to declare for the draft: he would complete his undergraduate education. Nicks masterfully combines the parallels he discovers in Curry’s film footage as an aspiring athlete and as a professional basketball star to present the incredible narrative of a youngster who ascended from an undersized and unassuming high school basketball player to an NBA icon.

SOURCE SPORTS: Giannis Antenokounmpo Thinks Stephen Curry is NBA’s Best Player

Milwaukee Bucks Lead Boycott of NBA Playoff Games in Wake Of Jacob Blake Shooting

Heading into NBA Media Day, crowning the best player in the NBA is simple for Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antentokounmpo. Speaking to the media, he thinks the top spot goes to Stephen Curry.

“I think the best player in the world is the person that is the last man standing,” Antetokounmpo said. “It’s the person that takes his team to the Finals, the finish line and helps them win the game. … that’s how I view it. I believe the best player in the world is Steph Curry.”

In various offseason lists, Antentokounmpo comes in pole position, but that means nothing to him.

“I got jealous of Golden State, seeing them in the parade and the ESPYs,” Giannis added. “You know that feeling now. You know what is getting stripped away from you.”

With that fire in his heart, good luck to the Philadelphia 76ers, who open against the Bucks on Oct. 20.

SOURCE SPORTS: Stephen Curry Says the Warriors Explored Bringing Back Kevin Durant This Summer

Warriors

Earlier in the summer, when Kevin Durant was still available via trade, there were rumors of a possible reunion with the Golden State Warriors. Speaking with Rolling Stone, Warriors star guard Stephen Curry revealed the team did explore the idea of adding Durant back into the fold.

“There was a conversation internally amongst us about ‘If he was available, would you?’” Curry said. “Every team has those conversations, and obviously in our situation, they’re gonna call me and ask me, ‘How do you feel about it?’

“I was never hesitant. The idea of playing with KD and knowing who he is as a person, from our history in those three years, I think KD’s a really good dude. I think he is misunderstood. I think he has had certain things happen in his life that hurt his ability to trust people around him, in a sense of making him feel safe at all times. So all of those things, I understand, having played with him and gotten to know him. I love that dude.”

Ultimately the deal didn’t happen, and Durant is back in Brooklyn, which Curry was telling Snoop Dogg was the best deal for him.

“Man, he thinks that they’re gonna go to teams — like if he went to Phoenix — that they’re gonna be the same team if he’s there,” Curry said to Snoop.
