Drake Brings Out Steph Curry During Brooklyn Show: Watch

Drake is currently on one of the biggest tours of his entire career. The It’s All A Blur tour is taking him all the way through North America. Moreover, he gets to do it next to the likes of 21 Savage. While 21 can’t make it into Canada, Drizzy has been able to make it up to fans. For instance, on both nights in Montreal, the artist had a surprise appearance from J. Cole. The two had a ton of fun performing, and they even seemingly confirmed a future collab, which was exciting.

Last night, Drake began the first leg of his week in Brooklyn. The artist is performing in Brooklyn for four nights. He will take to the stage tonight before taking a break on Wednesday. Subsequently, he will be back at the Barclays Center on Thursday and Friday. Overall, this is an exciting prospect for fans, as there is basically no excuse to miss any of these shows. Unless of course, the tickets are too expensive, which is understandable.

Drake x Steph Curry

As you can probably imagine, these concerts have been filled with celebrities. For instance, last night, Steph Curry, his wife Ayesha, and his mom Sonya were all at the show. In the middle of the concert, Drake walked over to them and gave them a huge shoutout. Of course, this led to a big ovation in the arena, even if Curry is a Golden State Warrior. Drizzy also gave a hearty shoutout to Ayesha, who seemed to enjoy the thought.

With another show going down tonight, you can expect even more big names to arrive. It should be very interesting to see who pops out next. This is especially true as next week, Drake will be in New York City for three shows. Overall, we’re sure these are going to be some of the biggest shows of the entire tour. Steph Curry Hits Hole-In-One At American Century Championship: “That Was Nuts”

Steph Curry hit a hole-in-one at the American Century Championship on the 7th hole, Saturday. Curry used a pitching wedge on the 152-yard hole. After doing so, the Golden State Warriors star sprinted onto the green in celebration. He is currently in the lead going into the final round on Sunday. The tournament is hosted as a celebrity event in Stateline, Nevada.

“From our vantage point, the crowd around the tee box, they kind of went cr*zy,” Curry said after his round. “And that drowned out the reaction from the green. All I saw was a bunch of hands go up. And then you just kind of black out. Celebrate. Cr*zy shot. Especially in a tournament like this, that atmosphere. I’m still coming down from the adrenaline rush. That was nuts.”

“I was dead tired,” Curry added. “We were in the middle of summer training, so I’m still getting work in getting ready for the basketball season but not to sprint like that. I had to catch my breath.” The impressive shot set social media ablaze with responses. One fan tweeted: “Watching Steph Curry play golf is more terrifying than basketball sometimes. A televised hole in one and it’s your part time sport? Nah bro.”Another wrote: “Steph Curry who is not a professional golfer hits a hole-in-one. His hand eye coordination needs to be studied in a lab. He is elite.”

Steph Curry Gets A Hole-In-One

As for the basketball court, Curry’s Golden State Warriors recently made a blockbuster trade, sending Jordan Poole to the Washington Wizards in exchange for veteran point guard Chris Paul. They will look to improve on a 2022-23 season that saw them lose in the Conference Semifinals to the Los Angeles Lakers.

Jordan Poole Addresses Questions About Draymond Green’s Role In His Warriors Departure

Jordan Poole discussed his relationships with his former Warriors teammates while speaking with the media over the weekend. When asked about the role Draymond Green played in his departure following their infamous preseason spat, last year, he said that he’s focused on his current team.

“We’re in Washington now,” Poole told the reporter. “Playing with [Kyle Kuzma], great duo. Being able to really flourish, expand your game and help a new team. Help lead an entire group of guys, it’s a challenge that we’re up for… Everybody’s locked in, wants to be here, start something that we can have that can be special.”

Poole also discussed his relationship with Steph Curry and Klay Thompson specifically. He labeled them the best shooters of all time while revealing that he still feels he can call them any time he needs. “Those are the two greatest shooters of all time, in my opinion, personally,” Poole said. “It’s just things that you learn in practice, in the game, on the road that you wouldn’t be able to learn not being in the mix. And I’m thankful for that. I’m grateful for that. You learn, you apply it to what your skill set [is], the things that you want to be able to be good at.”

“I also built a relationship to where I can ask them. I can text Steph, I can text Klay, I can call them and just have a conversation. That doesn’t leave, that doesn’t go anywhere,” Poole continued. “If anything, I just know the plays that they run.”

Jordan Poole Discusses His Former Teammates

Jordan Poole joined the Wizards as a part of a package trade including Patrick Baldwin Jr., Ryan Rollins, and draft picks. In return, the Warriors acquired Chris Paul.

Steph Curry Says Goodbye To Jordan Poole

Jordan Poole grew into a much-memed fringe starter for the Golden State Warriors. Drafted 28th overall in 2019, Poole worked his way up from G League demotion to starting 43 games (and playing in 82) this past season. Furthermore, he cracked 20 points a game in the most recent campaign. However, he was also absolutely roasted for essentially being invisible during the Warriors’ disappointing playoff run. A lot of people expected the Warriors to move on from Poole after the season.

That expectation came to fruition as a result of the Chris Paul trade. Initially, Paul was traded to the Washington Wizards in exchange for Bradley Beal. However, the Wizards have no need for Paul, nor his massive contact. So the Wizards turned around and flipped Paul to the Warriors in exchange for Poole. He will now play out the four-year contract he signed last season as part of a Washington rebuild. Now one of his former teammates, Steph Curry, has officially said goodbye to him.

Curry’s Goodbye Video Sparks Debate

“So now that the trade is actually final, I thought I’d come on here and say to JP how much I appreciated the four years, brother,” Curry began the video on his Instagram story. “You’re a champion, you grew up right in front of everyone’s faces. You know, that first year where it was rough and everybody, you know. You was just trying to find your way – going to the G League and coming back. Us going 18-5 down the stretch your second year. Us winning a championship your third year. And, ya know, fighting to the end this last year. Can’t wait to see you shine on own and see what you become. And, you know, CP, can’t wait to ride with you brother.”

However, the video has proven divisive. While some think it’s a classy goodbye, others are reading more into it. Curry’s inability to look at the camera, his fairly monotone and disinterested delivery are all being used as “evidence” that this was less a personal message and more of an obligation from the team’s biggest star. Furthermore, it’s not the first time that it’s been suggested that a current Warrior is shading Poole. While supporting Curry at The Match, Draymond Green did the NBA roster-building challenge for a TikTok. When presented with the Wizards, Green opted to choose Kyle Kuzma over the newly-traded Poole.

Steph Curry Reveals Feelings On Chris Paul Trade

Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors fell short of repeating as the champions of the NBA. The Warriors were knocked out of the 2023 Playoffs in the Western Conference Semifinals by the Lakers. The Warriors seemed to be missing just one more piece to get over the hump. Although it was practically the same team that won the Larry O’Brien just a year before. Nevertheless, the Warriors felt like it was time to shake things up a bit. When you have the chance to bring in a future Hall of Famer, you can’t pass it up.

Chris Paul was traded to the Washington Wizards in a blockbuster deal. The trade sent former Wizards star Bradley Beal to Phoenix. However, before that trade was even officially completed, Paul had another new home. The Warriors wasted little time in bringing Paul to the organization. However, that means trading away a young piece of the franchise. That young piece would end up being Jordan Poole. Poole already had an up-and-down year, including an altercation with Draymond Green. However, Curry will not forget his time with the team.

Steph Curry Trusts Warriors Plan

In his first comments about the trade, Curry mentioned how hard it is to see Poole go. “You hate losing [Jordan Poole]… That’s the tough part of the business, seeing a young guy come into his own [and then get traded]… But we’re trying to win next year, and Chris Paul can help.” The last part of that comment is the sole reason for the trade. Paul puts the Warriors in a better position to compete for a title. However, will he be open to coming off of the bench?

It may take some time for the Warriors to blend Paul into their chemistry. However, Curry and Paul both are proven winners. They each know the sacrifices that need to be made for the greater good. But does Paul give the Warriors a better chance at beating a team like the Denver Nuggets? Do you think this trade made the Warriors better? Let us know in the comment section. Steph Curry Eager To Keep Warriors Core Together

The Warriors’ season ended in humiliation. They were bullied out of the playoffs by the Lakers in the second round. A lot has been written, and said, about this season for Golden State. Steve Kerr said the team never felt like a championship roster. Furthermore, Kerr placed much of the blame in regard to team dynamics on the fight between Draymond Green and Jordan Poole last October. Green agreed, stating that he lost the locker room after the incident.

This raises the question about the future of the team. Cap space is a non-issue, given that the Warriors are so far over it. At the time of writing, the Warriors are $101 million over the cap. Much of that money is set aside for the Big 3 of Steph Curry, Draymond Green, and Klay Thompson. Curry (under contract until 2026) gets $51 million. Meanwhile, Thompson (final year of contract) gets $43 million. Then there’s Green, who will receive $27 million if he chooses to pick up the player option year on his contract.

Curry Eager To Run It Back

According to The Athletic‘s Tim Kawakami, Curry’s preference for the offseason would be to bring back the big three for one last ride. “I think the most likely scenario is that the Warriors keep most of this together for at least one more season,” Kawakami wrote in a recent Warriors mailbag. “That’s what Curry wants. His opinion sort of matters.” Additionally, despite laying the blame at his feet, Kerr also expressed his desire to retain the services of Green for next season.

However, with Thompson and Curry under contract, Green is the final piece. Whether he exercises his player option year will be decided by a few things. Firstly, is the Warriors’ locker room truly healed from the Green-Poole fight last year? Secondly, who will replace Bob Myers, the long-time Warriors GM who retired recently? Furthermore, will that individual want to keep Green around? As Kawakami noted, it’s more likely than not that the Big Three will run it back. However, this is one storyline to keep an eye on. Skip Bayless Gets Real About Steph Curry’s Legacy

Skip Bayless is easily one of the biggest haters in the entire NBA world. Quite honestly, it is impressive just how much he hates on certain players. Overall, his biggest target is LeBron James. However, when it comes to LeBron Vs. Steph Curry, Skip will always hate on Steph. While no one knows why, one would guess it is because he blew that 3-1 lead to LeBron. This helped bolster LeBron’s legacy, and subsequently, Bayless could not forgive Curry for that. Ever since that time, Bayless has taken every opportunity to shoot down Steph’s greatness.

Overall, some find this funny. However, there are plenty of Curry fans out there who find it less than amusing. Although, there is not much they can say after last night. While Curry was fine throughout the game, he could not make a clutch shot to save his life. Consequently, the Golden State Warriors lost another game to the Los Angeles Lakers. Now, the series is at 3-1 in favor of the Lakers, and the Warriors could be looking at elimination on Wednesday. Needless to say, this morning was a good one for Bayless.

Skip Bayless Is Unimpressed

In the clip above from Tuesday’s episode of Undisputed, Bayless makes it abundantly clear that he is not impressed with Curry. Moreover, he spoke specifically about his clutch time stats. As you will see, they are not very good whatsoever. For once in his life, perhaps Skip Bayless actually has a point. “14 times Steph has taken a go-ahead shot in the final 50 seconds of playoff games, and never made ONE. That does not speak well to his legacy,” he explained.

Of course, Curry could completely change the narrative by coming back from this deficit. LeBron did it to him in 2016. Now, he can turn the tide and avenge that loss with a comeback of his own. Only time will tell whether or not the Warriors are truly hungry enough to get it done. If not, then the Lakers are off to the Western Conference Finals. Let us know who you have taking Game 5, in the comments section below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news from around the NBA.

Ma$e Dubs Steph Curry Better Than LeBron

Ma$e knows what it is like to be on top of the world. Currently, on Spotify, the rap legend has 2 million people per month listening to his music. With his top song ‘Feel so Good’ earning over 127 million plays. Now the rap icon is moving on to discussing highly debatable sports takes. In a recent Instagram Live with Cam’ron, the pair discussed the talents of LeBron James and Steph Curry. While both respect the game of both players, Ma$e believes that Curry is the better player.

The Warriors sharpshooter has continued to climb up the greatest players of all time list. Recently, after the Warriors opening round victory over the Kings, many were making the case for Curry to be a top 10 player of all time. However, being compared to being on the same level as James hasn’t been much of a conversation. However, it makes sense that this discussion would finally come up. Check out the comments in question in the video below.

Ma$e Creating Heated NBA Debate

One of the biggest reasons that Curry and James haven’t been a comparable duo is their style of play. James is 6’9 and can play every position on the floor. James has been known more as a facilitator who can take over a game at any time. However, Curry is more known as a lethal shooter. Curry changed the entire landscape of the NBA with his style of play. A generational talent that is somehow spoken of in an underrated light because of his talents changing the game.

The debate will now be etched in the front of everyone’s brain. Especially now that the two are playing each other in the second round of the NBA Playoffs. The meeting between James and the Warriors will be another reminder of one of the greatest rivalries in league history. However, when describing the rivalry as one play vs. one team, it’s hard to say someone is better than that one player. Who do you believe is the better player? Please sound off in our comment section to let us know. For the latest sports news, keep it right here with HNHH.

LeBron James Gives Steph Curry His Roses In Media Interview

LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers pulled off a massive first-round upset. The Lakers entered the playoffs as the seventh seed in the Western Conference. However, the team showed the Memphis Grizzlies that seeding means nothing. As the team took down the number two team in the West. Now the Lakers have their sights set on another series victory. However, this time, James and company will have to take down the reigning champions.

The Warriors were also in an opening series as an underdog. The team faced off with the hottest team in the league, the Sacramento Kings. The Kings attempted to look the part of an experienced team. However, it was the Warriors that used their playoff experience to overcome the team that lights the beam. The stage is set for one of the biggest series matchups that isn’t happening in the Conference Finals. On Monday, James took time with the media during the Lakers shootaround to discuss the series.

LeBron James Respects Steph Curry’s Game

James discussed how the two top stars have a lot of similarities. “We’re two of the most competitive players that have ever played this game, and we want to etch our names in the history books as much as we can. … I got nothing but the greatest respect for Steph.” It seems as if there will be no trash talk from either team leading up to the start of the series. Which is something both teams dealt with in their first-round matchups. Unfortunately for the Grizzlies, they didn’t understand the term bulletin board material while playing the Lakers.

James and Curry are on the Mount Rushmore of the greatest players of the last decade. Now it seems that one may end the other’s chance at a final championship. This series could even be the last time we see the Warriors big three on the court together. However, the time to get emotional isn’t right now. Now is the time to lock in and take care of business. So, who will take the series between the Lakers and the Warriors? Give us your series predictions in the comment section. For the latest news in sports, keep it right here with HNHH.
