This time last week, it seemed as though Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly’s future plans to walk down the aisle were all but officially cancelled. Many were celebrating the Super Bowl with wild shenanigans in Arizona last weekend. At the same time, the engaged couple found themselves in the midst of a serious feud. It still remains unclear exactly what lead to their blowout. Presently, the Transformers actress is doing her part to dispel any cheating rumours.

It all began when Fox markedly removed all evidence of the recording artist from her Instagram. Their romantic (and sometimes scandalous) photos were replaced with lyrics from Beyoncé’s LEMONADE. After being bombarded with comments from pop culture enthusiasts, she deleted her profile entirely. This left the world to speculate about the status of her engagement.

Megan Addresses MGK Infidelity Rumours

She sit back and let the drama unfold for a few days, but this past weekend, the mother of three made a return to social media. On Sunday (February 19), Fox chiefly shut down any gossip regarding infidelity in a screenshot from her notes app. “There has been no third-party interference in this relationship of any kind,” she assured followers.

“You need to let this story die and leave all of these innocent people alone now,” she later pleaded with gossip bloggers and internet trolls. In the hours since sharing the post, the black-haired beauty has continued to address the drama. Specifically, she’s shutting down speculation about Kelly hooking up with his guitarist, Sophie Lloyd.

As the rumour mill rapidly turned last week, Lloyd’s team issued a statement condemning the allegations against her and the “Wild Boy” artist. Fox is also doing her part to stop the hate from spewing, dropping by the musician’s comment section to send her some advice and words of love. “How me making a joke in order to absolve this girl of a hurtful accusation somehow turned into a confirmation of it – I will never understand,” she wrote.

“Why are people so…so dumb,” she went on before praising her partner’s tour mate for her insane talent. “Welcome to Hollywood. Your first unwarranted PR disaster. You have now been baptized by the flames of fame,” Fox then teased Lloyd. “It only gets worse from here, unfortunately. Just ignore it as much as you can. [Heart emoji] middle finger up.”

Machine Gun Kelly’s Guitarist Reacts To Cheating Rumors Amid Megan Fox Break-Up Speculation

It appears that things could be over between Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox. The couple began dating in 2022 after meeting on the set of Midnight In The Switchgrass. They’ve been inseparable ever since. Last year, the couple confirmed they got engaged. However, it seems like wedding bells might not be in their future, after all. Things took a turn over the weekend when Fox cleared every picture of MGK from her Instagram page. Then, she unfollowed him and began following Eminem, who previously had beef with MGK.

Though she deleted her Instagram page entirely, photos emerged of Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox leaving couples counseling together. Fox was crying as she left the office, though she seemingly reunited with Machine Gun Kelly shortly after. There hasn’t been much information surrounding the troubles in their relationship. Some reports claim that there are trust issues between them that have created conflict. It doesn’t help that fans have egged on rumors that MGK cheated on Fox with his guitarist, Sophie Lloyd. Though MGK didn’t address the rumors, Fox issued a cheeky response to a follower who made the suggestion, writing, “Maybe I got with Sophie.”

Sophie Lloyd Slams “Disrespectful” Rumors Amid MGK & Megan Fox Break-Up Rumors

As many speculated, Lloyd cleared the rumors surrounding MGK in a statement to PageSix. Lloyd’s management team stated that she has only carried herself professionally whenever in settings relating to her job. “Sophie Lloyd is a professional, accomplished musician who has been needlessly dragged into the media based off of meritless accusations made by social media,” her team said. 

As a woman performing with a male frontman, her team explained that it was “disrespectful” to assume that she had anything to do with MGK and Megan Fox’s relationship troubles. “Any suggestion that she has ever acted in an unprofessional manner or stepped out of her relationship are untrue,” the statement continued. “It’s disrespectful to her as a female artist and poor journalism and social commentary to be reporting anything else.” At this point, Machine Gun Kelly hasn’t said anything about Lloyd.
