Pat McAfee Reveals Brett Favre Dropped His Lawsuit

Following the allegations that Brett Favre diverted welfare funds aware from Mississippians in need, McAfee joked about the situation. Today, however, it was revealed by Pat McAfee that the lawsuit has been rescinded. Based on McAfee’s comments, it seems clear that Favre didn’t feel as though the lawsuit was necessary. Pat McAfee is someone who is winning at life right now. Overall, the former Indianapolis Colts punter is one of the biggest names in the NFL media. Moreover, he is someone who works with the WWE as an on-air personality. McAfee is a hilarious guy and fans love him and what he brings to the media world. He is just a breath of fresh air, and there isn’t really much else you can say. McAfee is thriving and his status in the game grows by the day.

Just a couple of years ago, McAfee signed a massive contract with FanDuel. The sportsbook signed on for a $120 million contract over the course of four years. Consequently, FanFuel became the official sportsbook of his show. Furthermore, McAfee’s show was set to receive $30 million per year. Now, McAfee and FanDuel are in year two of that deal, and it could very well end sooner than anticipated. According to The New York post, McAfee could very well be looking for something better.

Brett Favre’s Lawyer Thinks Shannon Sharpe & Pat McAfee Will Lose Defamation Case

Pat McAfee is joining the ESPN family. Already the host of his own The Pat McAfee Show and appearing as a wrestler and announcer for WWE, McAfee will now join ESPN’s College Gameday in a full-time role.

The New York Post reports McAfee will join the show this coming Saturday as the show will post in Austin, Texas, ahead of the visiting Alabama Crimson Tide taking on the hometown Longhorns.

McAfee is expected to continue his roles in his YouTube show and remain on WWE’s Friday Night Smackdown. McAfee is also currently in a deal with Fan Duel that pays him $120 million over four years.
