This LeBron James Stat Reveals Just How Long He’s Been Playing For

LeBron James has been playing in the NBA for 20 seasons at this point. Just a couple of weeks ago, he turned 38 years old, yet he is still playing like he is in his prime. For instance, just last night, he dropped 32 points against the Sacramento Kings. Sure, he didn’t win, however, he got one step closer to the scoring record.

When all is said and done, James will be a top 2 player in NBA history. Whether his haters like it or not, there is no denying what kind of contributions he made to the game. Simply put, you have to be the worst kind of hater in order to take away from what James has accomplished.

LeBron James & The Ridiculous Stat

There are quite a few stats that showcase just how good LeBron is. However, this stat from Bleacher Report may stun you. As you can see from the Instagram post below, James has played against nine father-son duos at this point. Of course, this stat was researched following his hilarious run-in with Jabari Smith Jr.

The duos in question are Gary Payton & Gary Payton II, Kenyon Martin Sr. & Jr., Rick & Jalen Brunson, Gary Trent Sr. & Jr., Adrian & AJ Griffin, Glenn Robinson Jr. & III, Glen Rice Sr. & Jr., Samaki & Jabari Walker, and Jabari Smith Sr. & Jr. Overall, this is nothing short of impressive.

As far as LeBron is concerned, he just wants to win that fifth title so he can match Kobe Bryant. For now, however, that is going to be a lot easier said than done. Hopefully, the Lakers find a way to get the necessary pieces.

Steph Curry Thanks Joe Biden During Warriors Visit

Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors won the NBA championship last year. As a result, they get to visit the White House. The team had been waiting for the best opportunity to go, and on Tuesday, that’s what they did.

Of course, the Warriors hadn’t been to the White House in a while as they had a feud with Donald Trump. Overall, the Warriors didn’t like him and the feeling was mutual. However, the team respects Joe Biden a whole lot more, which is why they ultimately went and visited him.

Steph Curry Speaks

During his appearance at the White House, Curry actually got to speak in the Press Gallery. Down below, you can see Curry give a speech to reporters that was quite spirited. In fact, Curry thanked President Joe Biden specifically, noting his efforts that helped bring Brittney Griner home.

Griner was released from a Russian prison after 10 months of incarceration. As many already know, the entire NBA world was working hard to bring her home. Consequently, many throughout the basketball fraternity have shown gratitude towards President Biden and his staff.

Steve Kerr also got to speak while Klay Thompson and Moses Moody spoke to staffers. Overall, it seemed like a pretty cool experience for everyone involved, and there is no doubt that the Warriors are eager to go back someday. Curry even said as much in the clip below. Of course, that would require another title, which is easier said than done.

Russell Westbrook Tells Lakers Coaches To Do Better, LeBron Steps In

Russell Westbrook has certainly had a difficult time while playing for the Los Angeles Lakers. There have been times when he just hasn’t been at the top of his game. Overall, this has caused some interesting discourse amongst fans. For the most part, they believe he should be traded.

Now, however, Westbrook is enjoying a new role as a bench player. He plays with the team’s second unit, and for the most part, he has elevated his game. Although, there are still times when Russ is frustrated, and he allows himself to vocalize such frustrations.

Russell Westbrook Vs. Lakers Coaches

Last night, the Lakers won a game against the Houston Rockets. LeBron scored 48 in the match, however, Russell Westbrook was upset at halftime. In the video clip which can be seen down below, Russ told some of the coaches that they have to do better. Subsequently, the coach told Russ that everyone does, not just the coaches.

Eventually, LeBron stepped into the conversation and the whole thing was resolved. Overall, it didn’t look like the biggest argument ever. However, it is interesting to see such conversations happen on the sidelines.

As it stands, the Lakers are a team that boasts a measly record of just 20-24. This is not good enough if they want to make it all the way to the playoffs this year. Although, the Lakers have improved since the start of the year, which is definitely something to hang on to. It is clear that the absence of Anthony Davis is beginning to weigh on them a bit.

Shannon Sharpe Brings Back “GOAT James” Mask: Watch

Shannon Sharpe is a massive fan of LeBron James. If you have been to a Lakers game in Los Angeles, you have probably seen Shannon at a match. He and LeBron are good friends at this point, and overall, Sharpe is always going to have his back.

Moreover, this is especially important when you consider how Sharpe has daily debates with Bron’s biggest hater, Skip Bayless. Skip is always looking for ways to take down LeBron, however, Sharpe is there to stop him. On Tuesday, Sharpe had another great opportunity to do just that.

Shannon Sharpe Respects Greatness

While speaking on Undisputed, Sharpe got to talk about LeBron’s recent performance against the Houston Rockets. He helped his team win the game, and he did it by scoring 48 points. Consequently, Sharpe decided to pull out his infamous GOAT James mask for the first time in a while.

“Since LeBron has turned 38, he’s averaging 37-10-9?! Leading the league in points, rebounds & assists in that stretch!” Sharpe said. For those of you who may not remember, GOAT James is an alter ego of sorts that Sharpe has used over the past few years. Skip hates the character, although he had no choice but to just watch this morning.

In the future, it is very doubtful that Bayless will ever consider LeBron to be the GOAT. However, James will always have some fans in his corner, which is also a good thing. At the end of the day, when you have someone like Sharpe hyping you up, you are always going to be having a good time.

LeBron James Hilariously Reminded Of His Age By Jabari Smith Jr.

LeBron James is one of the greatest players of all time. As of right now, he is 38 years old, and he is still playing at an incredibly high level. Additionally, he is just 315 points behind Kareem Abdul-Jabbar for the all-time scoring record. Once LeBron breaks that record, many will be having new conversations about him.

Once again, LeBron had a fantastic game, last night. His Lakers defeated the Houston Rockets, and he put up 48 points in the process. Overall, it was one of those matches that just proves how unmatched his longevity truly is. No one in the history of the league has ever been this good for this long.

LeBron And Father Time

LeBron is so old that he is now playing against the sons of men he’s already played against. A prime example of this is Jabari Smith Jr., whose father played in the NBA when James was just a rookie. In fact, LeBron’s first-ever game was against the Sacramento Kings, who boasted Smith’s talents.

Smith Jr. was quick to remind LeBron of that during a fun viral moment on the court. Below, you can see Smith Jr. interacting with the Lakers superstar. This is where he reveals that his father played James in his first game back in 2003. LeBron was simply dumbfounded, and it was only made funnier when Smith said “You feel old, don’t you?”

Despite his age, James is playing as if he is still in his prime. His production is simply superb, and we cannot wait to see what else James does this season.

Let us know what you thought of LeBron’s performance last night, in the comments down below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news from around the sports world.

Charles Barkley Rips Rudy Gobert & The T-Wolves

If you know anything about Charles Barkley, it is that he loves to speak his mind. Of course, this is especially true on Inside The NBA which is part of TNT‘s NBA coverage. Overall, he is a pretty hilarious figure, however, he does upset some people from time to time.

On any given night, you can never predict who his next target will be. On Monday night, however, Barkley was going after the likes of Rudy Gobert. Gobert was traded in the offseason to the Minnesota Timberwolves, and he brought back a record haul. However, he has yet to live up to the price tag, and Barkley has taken notice.

Charles Barkley Doesn’t Hold Back

Barkley was prompted to speak about Gobert because the T-Wolves were playing the Utah Jazz, who traded Rudy. In the end, the Jazz came out victorious, which defeats the whole purpose of that trade. Charles Barkley was so disgusted by it all that he couldn’t help himself. Consequently, he dubbed this the worst deal in the history of the league.

“The Timberwolves made the worst trade in NBA history… That was so stupid that trade,” Barkley said matter-of-factly. Overall, this is an incredibly harsh assessment of the situation. However, you cannot blame Barkley for this take as it is true that Gobert has been truly awful.

If you are a Timberwolves fan, it probably doesn’t feel very good right now. Gobert and Karl-Anthony Towns are not the duo fans expected them to be. Instead, it looks like the T-Wolves have made a huge mistake that will take years to correct.

LeBron James Calls Out NBA Officials

For years, fans around the league have complained about how LeBron James has been officiated. Many feel as though he does not get the same calls that other superstars get. When you compare him to players across the league, he doesn’t get a ton of free throws. Overall, this has been very frustrating for his fans.

Now, however, it seems like his teammates are having problems as well. For instance, while attempting the last shot of the game last night, Russell Westbrook was held by Joel Embiid. Many thought it was a foul, although the NBA came out and sided with its referees. In the tweet below, it was noted that this has happened frequently to the Lakers.

LeBron James Responds

LeBron James ended up seeing this tweet and decided to respond. Clearly, he feels very strongly about this subject. He has seen this stuff throughout his whole career, and at this point, enough is enough. Overall, LeBron feels nothing but frustration over all of this.

“: And all year they keep telling me to my face on the court, “I didn’t see it” or “It wasn’t a foul”. It’s not making sense to me seriously! Frustrating as hell man! Anyways keep going Squad!” LeBron wrote.

The Lakers are struggling with more than just the officiating at this point. The team just can’t seem to keep it together for more than five games at a time. Consequently, they can’t get anywhere close to the playoffs.

Let us know what you think of LeBron James’ remarks, in the comments down below. Does he have a point? Additionally, be sure to stay tuned to HNHH for all of the latest news and updates from around the sports world.

Draymond Green Gets Real About Jordan Poole Relationship

Draymond Green was one of the biggest stories at the start of the year. Of course, this was for all of the wrong reasons. If you remember, the Golden State Warriors star punched Jordan Poole during a practice session. Subsequently, the footage leaked online which made everything worse.

Since that time, it seems as though cooler heads have prevailed. Poole and Green still have good chemistry, and the Warriors seem to be improving. However, there are still rumblings about Green’s future. Having punched a teammate, there is no guarantee he is brought back next season.

Draymond Green Speaks

Recently, Green got to speak with Taylor Rooks for Bleacher Report. During this interview, Green spoke at length about his relationship with Poole. As he explained, it is not perfect, however, it is getting considerably better. Needless to say, there are no hard feelings.

“We go to work every day together,” Green said. “Our lockers are right next to each other, that never changed. We ride the same buses together, we change in the same locker room on the road together — none of that has changed. Did it change our relationship, of course. Absolutely. That’s still a work in progress. I’ll always be willing to continue to do that work because I was wrong.”

Green also noted that he is realistic about the situation. For instance, he doesn’t think Poole is going to want to hang out with him outside of the game. It’s a fair point, although this isn’t unique to just them.

Russell Westbrook Roasted Over Horrible Last Shot Attempt

Russell Westbrook has made some pretty bad shots as a member of the Los Angeles Lakers. Overall, numerous fans have shown a sort of distaste for him over the years. Unfortunately, Russ has been unable to truly shake these criticisms. Even in his new role off the bench, Westbrook just hasn’t been able to be the guy the Lakers need.

Consequently, when Russ makes a mistake, the fans are ready to let him know. That is exactly what happened Sunday night as Russ missed the last shot to beat the 76ers. Instead, the Sixers won the game and made the Lakers look terrible. In the video clip below, you can see just how poor Westbrook’s attempt at the basket truly was.

Russell Westbrook Responds

According to reporter Kyle Goon, Russell Westbrook spoke about his last shot after the game. Subsequently, he blamed Joel Embiid, claiming that Embiid fouled him. Westbrook believes had Embiid let go of him, he could have easily made the game-winning lay-up.

“Russell Westbrook said in the locker room that the final play was a shot attempt that was obstructed by Joel Embiid grabbing his right arm,” Goon wrote. “Westbrook showed a handful of reporters a screenshot of the play where Embiid appears to be grabbing him.”

Unfortunately for Westbrook, fans were not trying to hear any of this. In the tweets below, you can find various posts in which people were livid with Westbrook. Overall, he has become an easy target for basketball fans, and his latest efforts certainly did not help. If you’re a Lakers fan, you probably had steam coming out of your ears last night.

For the Lakers, this season has been one step forward, and two steps back. They remain outside of the playoff race, and these losses are not helping their case.

Let us know what you thought of the play, in the comments down below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news from the basketball world.

Kyrie Irving Calls Out Nets Critics

Kyrie Irving and the Nets are going through a lot right now as Kevin Durant is out with an injury. Losing your best player is never easy, but now, the Nets have to figure it out. Prior to the injury, the Nets had battled to second place in the Eastern Conference. Subsequently, they could be on their way back down.

On Sunday night, the Nets struggled against the Oklahoma City Thunder. By all accounts, the Thunder are a team they should be defeating. However, Kyrie only put up 15 points, and largely struggled throughout the match.

Kyrie Reacts

Following the game, Kyrie spoke to reporters about the game and whether or not there was something the Nets could do better. Additionally, Irving was asked about KD and whether or not his absence will hurt this team long-term. Overall, Irving was not impressed with the notion that his team is in trouble.

“I don’t think we’re gonna struggle without Kevin [Durant] out,” Irving said. “That’s not my belief. I know guys in the locker room don’t believe that and this isn’t last year at all. The comparison just gotta stop.”

Irving went on to say that his team is more than capable of filling any gaps. There are some amazing talents on the Nets, and Kyrie strongly believes in his teammates.

“Invite the growth that can happen here. Guys can definitely fill in some shoes, play some different roles, and it gives us a chance to really grow as individuals,” Irving said. “Some guys have been in this position, some guys have not. It was all glory, glory last week when we were winning game after game and now we’re answering questions about potentially struggling.”
