Patrick Beverley Gets Suprised By Rashad McCants On “Gil’s Arena” After Heated Exchange Last Year

Patrick Beverley and Rashad McCants got into the latest episode of Gilbert Arenas’ podcast, “Gil’s Arena.” The two have a history of beef. Last year, when Pat Bev made an appearance on the show, he and McCants got into a heated argument. Beverly claimed to make Rashad McCants quit during a workout in the NBA, and the two got at each other’s throats from there. Now, Patrick Beverley has returned to the program. Now, the two have gone head to head again in another tense meeting.

Prior to making an NBA debut, Patrick Beverley had to put in a lot of work playing abroad. Beverley worked out for a few NBA teams during that period, and it seems like he had an intriguing tryout with Rashad McCants and the Lakers in 2012. The Lakers invited the two in for a tryout while Beverley was attempting to get into the NBA, and McCants was trying to figure out how to stay in it. Both players had very different stories about what transpired during the workout. From Beverley’s point of view, McCants was forced to give up on the exercise and quit because he was determined to do all in his power to make the Lakers squad. Now, they are revisiting their beef.

Patrick Beverley And Rashad McCants Clash Once Again

Patrick Beverley made his appearance on Gilbert Arenas’s show, and everything was going fine. Then the room goes pitch black, and WWE’s The Undertaker’s music starts playing. Rashad Mccants appears and catches Patrick Beverley off guard. The Bucks guard was adamant he knew it was coming. Beverley tried to just ignore the situation by pivoting to some basketball talk, acting as if he was unfazed. Everyone else seemed very interested in the two having an exchange.

“I finished the workout, coach (Darvin) Ham was the person running the workout, he came to me before the season started. ‘Hey man, you remember that workout we had, man? You made him quit.’ I forgot about it. I said ‘Damn, I did make a motherf***er quit,’” Patrick Beverley said in his last appearance in Gil’s Arena. McCants certainly did not forget about the exchange and had a hilarious entrance to unstelle the room. Overall, Patrick Beverley and Rasha dMcCants had a very awkward appearance on Gils show.

Cam’ron Fires Back At Anthony Edwards With A Savage Freestyle

Anthony Edwards and Adidas took a shot at the wrong podcaster. In reaction to Adidas including the rapper in a commercial directed at Edwards’ detractors, Cam’ron unleashed a scathing freestyle, criticizing the Minnesota Timberwolves guard for using the term “f–k buddy.” While the barbs directed at Edwards were not too harmful, Cam’ron’s rage was directed mostly against Adidas. Before delivering the finest line of the freestyle, Cam’ron blamed Adidas for the injuries to John Wall, Tracy McGrady, and Derrick Rose. He rapped. “You know Kevin Ware? Google what was on his toes.”

The guard for Louisville, Ware, had a horrific leg injury during the 2013 NCAA tournament. Adidas and Louisville have a sponsorship deal. Cam’ron also warned that Adidas might fire Edwards if he said something the brand “didn’t like.” He alluded to Kanye West, whose relationship with Adidas was terminated. Naturally, that’s not quite true. Adidas supported West through many scandals until deciding to fire him following a string of racist outbursts. Anthony Edwards may have bit off more than he can chew, dissing Cam’ron who was quick with a response.

Cam’Ron’s New Freestyle Addresses Anthony Edwards

Edwards has not yet replied, so it would be best to avoid this one. A basketball player can only become so involved in a rap feud, and Cam’ron has only put out one album in the previous fifteen years. He still has a lot of bars in storage, so he probably won’t think twice about continuing this feud—especially if it ends up increasing the number of people who listen to his podcast. Adidas and any other marketing outlet should take note of this: even in jest, don’t utilize rappers as the brunt of your joke. You never know when anything may go wrong.

Overall, Anthony Edwards and Cam’ron will probably be cool after all of this. Cam had no problem showing Ant love on the podcast, and the commercial obviously hit a sore spot since he likes Edwards as a player. It would be shocking if Anthony Edwards released his own freestyle in the coming days. If that unlikely event happens, we will be sure to cover it.

Anthony Edwards Claps Back At Cam’ron In New Adidas Commercial, Cam Responds

Anthony Edwards has released his latest Adidas advertisement in response to the critics following the Timberwolves’ elimination in the Western Conference Finals. The star shooting guard for the Minnesota Timberwolves is one of the NBA’s most promising emerging talents. The most admirable aspect of Edwards’ ascent to stardom is that he maintains his own identity throughout his ascension. His collaboration with Adidas has elevated him even higher in the public eye. We must not overlook the fact that the shoes are on fire.

After he lost in the Western Conference finals, AE and Adidas replied, releasing a new advertisement aimed at his critics, according to Complex. In the advertisement, Anthony Edwards is shown working as a machine prints receipts that include criticism from his detractors. When Cam’ron claims that Edwards “isn’t a superstar yet,” Edwards responds by calling, saying, “F*ck Buddy.” AE declares at the conclusion of the ad that this is “just the beginning,” and he won’t be leaving. All in all, It’s a slick clapback for Edwards. Additionally, now Cam’ron has also responded.

Anthony Edwards Fires Shot At Cam’Ron, The Rapper Has Now Responded

Cam’Ron responded on his Instagram, saying, “🔥🔥🔥 commercial!! Thx @adidas for the love. And I had antman back this whole time but I’ll address this Monday on the show.. love the attitude tho. Only thing I would say is get a better looking lesbian to read the receipts 🤷🏾‍♂️😂😂😂😂” Cam loves the energy and says that he will explain the situation on Mondays It Is What It Is podcast with Mase. Anthony Edwards’s commercial is about keeping receipts, and a slight diss can be read as a massive diss and used for fuel by an athlete like Edwards.

Though the Wolves were disappointed not to go to the NBA Finals, they should be proud of themselves for beating the reigning champion Denver Nuggets. This season has shown that the possibilities are endless for this youthful and driven Timberwolves squad. If everyone stays healthy, we could expect to see the Timberwolves make another epic run the following season. Anthony Edwards is a player worth building around and has proven that he is a superstar. Overall, we like to see him keeping the same energy even in a huge loss.

Anthony Edwards Led The Timberwolves In An Effort To Boycott “Inside The NBA”

The Minnesota Timberwolves were eliminated from the playoffs by the Dallas Mavericks last night. Young star Anthony Edwards has gotten a lot of praise this postseason, but ultimately, he and his team fell short. Throughout the last two series, the Timberwolves big man duo has been under a ton of scrutiny. Some of the criticism has been warranted, citing their play at times. Nevertheless, some of the critics seem to come from personal beef. Draymond Green, who had been featured on Inside the NBA, had a personal vendetta against DPOY Rudy Gobert.

Karl-Anthony Towns was also joked about and harshly criticized by Draymond and the Inside The NBA crew. Now, reportedly, Anthony Edwards and the Timberwolves decided to boycott doing interviews with the beloved basketball show. The gesture is a form of solidarity with Gobert and Karl-Anthony Town. According to The Athletic, Anthony Edwards and the Timberwolves declined to take part in “Inside The NBA” interviews in order to show support for Karl-Anthony Towns and Rudy Gobert in the face of criticism from Draymond Green.

Anthony Edwards And The Timberwolves Boycotted “Inside The NBA”

According to club sources who spoke with The Athletic, Edwards was surrounded by a close-knit group of players who determined as a unit that no player would be featured on TNT’s “Inside the NBA” postgame program following their victory in Game 4 in Dallas. The choice was made as a show of support for Gobert and Towns after panelist and Golden State forward Draymond Green mocked and personally attacked them. Draymond had some words for Anthony Edwards himself as well. he disparaged the star guard after his comments after game 1.

Fans have decried the addition of Green because it seemed like all he wants to do is bring up personal beef and push his own agenda. Overall, Minnesota is led by a young, outspoken star who decided to show up for his teammates. Despite their inconsistent play, it seems like the Wolves are a close-knit team. Edwards vowed that they would be back next year. All in all, he will be thinking about the loss to the Mavs all off-season for fuel.

Snoop Dogg Was Loving Luka Doncic’s Trash Talk During Mavericks-Timberwolves Game 5

As Luka Doncic led the Dallas Mavericks to the NBA Finals, Snoop Dogg enjoyed the superstar’s trash-talking skills. As the Mavericks defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves, Doncic seemed to direct some disparaging remarks toward the rap icon, who was seated in the front row. This event was caught on camera by both the TV broadcast and spectator film from inside the arena. The Mavericks superstar could be seen saying, “Who’s crying, muthafucka?” in the direction of Snoop, who reacted by laughing.

Many people watching on TV thought the dig was aimed at Snoop, who was shown reacting to the trash talk. LeBron James Is A Fan Of Eminem’s “Houdini”

The fact that Eminem is going all out on this song simply serves to highlight the impression that it’s the last one. Undoubtedly, “Houdini” exemplifies “looking back.” In the end, Eminem’s lyrical decisions have made him a naturally divisive musician. This is especially true given that his previous publications have been viewed by some as either subpar or downright awful. Currently, people are obsessed with a single remark that was taken to be a jab at Megan Thee Stallion. The line has caused some backlash from some fans, but not LeBron James.

The question for LeBron is if he can rap the lyrics correctly. Surprisingly, LeBron was singing along to Gunna’s most recent song and understood every word. This shocked fans after LeBrons history of posting videos of himself rapping to songs and getting the lyrics super wrong. Overall, LeBron is digging all of this new music. LeBron James, like many fans, is anticipating Eminem’s new album.
