Kanye West Shares A Lengthy List Of People He’s Had Beef With

Earlier this month, Kanye West revealed that Kid Cudi would not appear on his upcoming album Donda 2 due to his friendship with Pete Davidson (or “Skete,” as Kanye calls him). Just like that, Cudi joined a long list of people with whom Kanye has had issues. In case you forget everyone who’s gotten on Kanye’s bad side, the HipHopNumbers’ Twitter account jotted down a list, though they clearly forgot some names.

HipHopNumbers’ initial list included names like Taylor Swift, Wiz Khalifa, Billie Eilish, Pete Davidson, Drake, Ray J, South Park, Harriet Tubman, Bruno Mars, Louis Vuitton, Amber Rose, TMZ, the American Music Awards, 50 Cent, and more. However, today, just a few days after the initial list was shared, Kanye took to Instagram to add more names to it.

“Come on guys… This list is twice as long,” Kanye wrote. “You gotta put Apple, Spotify, Vivendi, Universal, [Lucian Grainge], Tik Tok, Black History Month, Obama, the whole cast of SNL, Hillary Clinton, the Devil himself, Corey Gamble, [Jeff] Bezos, Charlamagne [Tha God], Disney, [Liberals], and of course Skete and any and all corny sh*t in general.” He added, “Can somebody from Chicago let these people know what Skete meant when we was growing up? It’s up for everybody!!!!!” before concluding with, “Wow. Being rich is fun!!!!”

Nicki Minaj Claps Back At Philadelphia Public Health’s Twitter Account For Bringing Up Her Old Vaccine Tweets

We’re a few months removed from Nicki Minaj’s bizarre string of tweets regarding the COVID-19 vaccine. Back then the musician infamously claimed that her cousin’s friend became impotent as a result of the vaccine. “His testicles became swollen,” she added. “His friend was weeks away from getting married, now the girl called off the wedding. So just pray on it & make sure you’re comfortable with ur decision, not bullied.” Fast forward to the present, and Nicki sent out a casual tweet that read, “Nothing like watching someone speak confidently about something they know nothing about.” The irony huh?

In response, Philadelphia Public Health’s Twitter account responded with a screenshot of Nicki’s “testicles” tweet, and while many got a good laugh out of the response, Nicki herself did not find it funny. “Philadelphia’s public health account is posting Nicki Minaj tweets for engagement,” she wrote in response. “They are attempting to shame ppl for advising others to PRAY, be COMFORTABLE & NOT BE BULLIED. I’ve never seen a vaccine trigger this amount of shaming & fear tactics have you? #DoWeHaveAProblem.”

While Philadelphia Public Health’s Twitter account did not directly respond to Nicki, they did reply to a fan who replied to them. “PDPH love y’all but coming for b a r b z is a bad move,” the fan wrote to which PPH replied, “It’s all love” with two laughing emojis.

Queen Naija And Big Sean Stand In Solidarity For Each Other In Their Video For ‘Hate Our Love’

Queen Naija and Big Sean have plenty in store for their fan in 2022. Last year, Naija dropped a deluxe reissue of her debut Missunderstood, which added seven songs and featured guest appearances from Ari Lennox, Wale, and J.I. The Prince Of NY. Big Sean, meanwhile, teamed up with Hit-Boy for What You Expect, which boasted contributions from Bryson Tiller, Lil Durk, Babyface Ray, and 42 Dugg. Earlier this month, Queen Naija and Big Sean teamed up for their first collaboration with “Hate Our Love” and they recently delivered a music video.

Its set in New York City during its autumn months and begins with an intro from DJ Envy from The Breakfast Club. After spending time apart, Naija and Sean eventually reunite to stand together and dismiss those who hope their love will fall apart. The video arrives after Sean used an Instagram livestream with Naija to reveal some news about upcoming music.

“I’m here working on [a] new album and new TWENTY88, me and Jhené,” Sean said during the livestream. “Sh*t, we’ve been working on it for a little bit… It’s coming along good, though.”

Fivio Foreign, Kanye West, And Alicia Keys Stand Tall And Plead For Grace In Their ‘City Of Gods’ Video

Since earning his spotlight moment back in 2019 thanks to his breakout hit “Big Drip,” Fivio Foreign has stayed relevant in the drill rap scene thanks to strong singles and guest features. However, one thing the rapper has not yet done is release an album. At long last, Fivio will do so when he drops B.I.B.L.E. next month and it’s a project that’s set to be executive produced by Kanye West. Ahead of the album’s arrival, Fivio, Kanye, and Alicia Keys join forces in the video for their recent collaboration, “City Of Gods.”

The visual is shot in black and white and it finds Fivio and Kanye feeding off each other’s energy and they dance enthusiastically beside each other. Elsewhere, Alicia Keys stands in the spotlight to deliver her attention-grabbing hook. The trio’s track marks Kanye and Fivio’s second song together after they united for “Off The Grid” from Kanye’s 2021 album Donda.

Fivio’s video comes after he pushed back against claims that drill rap is responsible for the spike in murders and shootings in New York City. “This the drill community, and I know like, the police and everybody be looking at n****s like n****s is starting trouble, but n****s ain’t really starting trouble,” he told TMZ. “They tryna feed they kids.”

Benny The Butcher Was Reportedly Named As A Suspect In A Grand Theft Case

Benny The Butcher has been fairly active in the music circuit over the past few months. He reconnected with his Griselda labelmates — Westside Gunn and Conway The Machine — for their latest collaboration “John Woo Flick.” Prior to that, Benny laced one up with J. Cole for “Johnny P’s Caddy.” With that being said, things are pointing upward for Benny, but it hasn’t come without some negatives. According to TMZ, the rapper was recently named as a suspect in a grand theft incident that took place in Beverly Hills.

The publication says that law enforcement sources confirm that a few weeks ago, the rapper was sharing a room with a woman at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills. It’s here the woman claims that when she woke up during her stay, Benny and her earrings, which she says are valued at around $10,000, were gone. The woman says that she and Benny were the only ones in their room during the stay. Furthermore, she adds that Benny admitted to taking the earrings during a phone call she made to him and that he promised to return them to her.

Despite this, Benny failed to return the earrings to her and he allegedly now claims that the expensive piece of jewelry is missing and nowhere to be found. This prompted the woman to file theft charges against Benny.

One Of Young Dolph’s Murder Suspects Is Missing After He Was Released From Prison

Law enforcement officials in Young Dolph’s murder case have a new problem on their hands. CBS affiliate WREG reports that an arrest warrant for 28-year-old Shundale Barnett has been issued after officials failed to confirm his whereabouts more than a month after he was arrested for Dolph’s murder in Indiana. Barnett was initially detained with Justin Johnson during a traffic stop, and while they were both extradited back to Memphis to face murder charges, Barnett was released shortly after. Despite his release, Barnett was charged with being an accessory after the fact to first-degree murder, criminal attempt to commit first-degree murder, and theft of property.

Barnett is now wanted by the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office who claim they have no idea where he is. Clay County Sheriff Paul Harden spoke about the matter during a press conference on Thursday. “On January 11, Mr. Shundale Barnett was brought to the Clay County Jail by the Indiana State Police from an arrest on I-70,” Harden said. “He was booked in the Clay County Jail on an outstanding warrant from Shelby County, Tennessee.” He added, “We contacted Shelby County and held him on their warrant and we were contacted on January 21 and they told us that they were no longer wanting to come and pick up Mr. Barnett and that we were to release him at that time.”

At that same press conference, Shelby County District Attorney General Amy Weirich was asked to clarify why Barnett was released in the first place. “I can’t, because it’s a pending case,” she said. “It is a pending investigation, it is a pending prosecution, and we can’t get into that at this time. When we can, we will answer all those questions that I know the public has.”

Kanye West May Face Charges For Punching A Man As Investigators Reportedly Have Enough Evidence Against Him

Kanye West is just a few days away from the release of his eleventh album Donda 2, but he may soon have some legal troubles to deal with. Last month, it was reported that the rapper was being investigated for punching a man outside a nightclub in Los Angeles. The incident occurred after a fan approached Kanye while he sat in his SUV around 3 am one morning. One thing led to another and the two began arguing which led to Kanye punching the man in the face and causing him to fall to the ground. TMZ now reports that Kanye could soon face charges as the investigation around the incident is almost complete.

The publication reports that law enforcement sources have told them that officials will soon ship off their findings to the L.A. City Attorney’s Office, who will then decide whether or not to charge Kanye. TMZ says investigators believe there’s enough to charge Kanye with battery thanks to paparazzi video evidence and witness statements. It was also reported that police officers wanted to interview Kanye, but it did not happen due to the rapper’s busy schedule.

Last month, Kanye spoke about the incident shortly after it occurred during an interview with Jason Lee on Hollywood Unlocked. “It’s 3 am in front of the warehouse,” he said. “I’m saying, ‘You don’t know what I’m dealing with right now.’ This dude, he just had this attitude like, ‘What you gon’ do?’” He added, “Imma just tell you, that blue COVID mask ain’t stop that knockout.”

Part Of O2 Arena’s Roof Was Blown Off By Storm Eunice In London

A scheduled concert at London’s O2 Arena was canceled today as Atlantic storm Eunice battered much of Europe, tearing part of the roof off of the building with winds as high as 90 mph, according to Billboard. The parts of the roof that were removed are made of tent fabric, but Billboard was unable to confirm if they affected the arena floor.

Anschutz Entertainment Group, which leases and operates the arena, verified the report through a spokesperson, who said, “The affected areas have been cleared and The 02 will remain closed for the rest of the day. The safety of our visitors remains of paramount importance, and we will continue to assess the ongoing situation and act accordingly.”

Incidentally, the concert that was canceled was the second one that was nixed for this date; in January, the Fugees announced they’d canceled their entire reunion tour, set to engage the main 21,000-capacity arena over touring challenges stemming from COVID-19. Meanwhile, their replacements Punjabi music stars AP Dhillon and Gurinder Gill were set to play the 2,800-capacity Indigo venue, have rescheduled their own show for Tuesday, with all tickets remaining valid.

The next show scheduled for the O2 is British rapper Dave’s, on February 21 and 22. It’s not currently known whether it will be able to take place as scheduled, which would be a shame as Dave is coming off a victorious BRIT Awards that saw him win Best Hip-Hop/Grime/Rap Act and play a flamethrower guitar.

Jay Z, Lil Baby, Meek Mill And Fanatics Buy Mitchell & Ness For $250 Million

Jay-Z and Fanatics Inc. have joined investors including Lil Baby, Maverick Carter, and Meek Mill to buy the throwback sports apparel designer Mitchell & Ness for $250 million, according to the Wall Street Journal. Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin was especially excited to purchase the Philadelphia-based brand, which joins his collection of local businesses including part of the NBA’s Philadelphia 76ers.

“Growing up as a kid in Philadelphia we looked at Mitchell & Ness as a badge of pride, and I truly believe this legendary brand has no limit,” he said. Fanatics will own 75% of Mitchell & Ness, while the investment group, which also includes the family of TikTok star Charli D’Amelio, will own the rest. Mitchell & Ness is best known for designing and retailing the throwback jerseys that were so popular during the early 2000s and have since made a resurgence. Most recently, the brand collaborated with J. Cole’s Dreamer imprint to produce a series of custom NBA throwbacks bearing the Dreamer logo in place of the original teams’ logos. Ironically, Jay-Z now co-owns the creator of the jerseys he once famously threw under the bus on “What More Can I Say” in 2004.

Combined with Fanatics’ minority stake in the headwear retailer Lids acquired in 2018, Jay, Meek, and Rubin are living a millennial hip-hop fan’s sartorial dream come true. Fanatics has also been reportedly expanding outside of sportswear, acquiring Topps trading card company with the intent of turning it into a digital platform with internet gambling.
