Maluma And Marc Anthony Try To Master ‘La Fórmula’ Of Forgetting An Ex On Their New Collaboration

Maluma and Marc Anthony have teamed up for an all-too-relatable break-up anthem. On their new collaboration, “La Fórmula,” the two Latin music superstars are trying anything to get their past loves off their minds.

On the chorus, each of the two take turns singing, “No hay una fórmula para olvidar tus besos / Ni una ecuación que el resultado lleve a eso / Por más que sume y multiplique, me da menos / Ya que te fuiste, por fa’, no te vayas lejos,” which, in English, translates to, “There’s no formula to forget your kisses / Nor is there an equation that leads to that / No matter how much I add and multiply, it gives me less / Since you left, please, don’t go far away.”

In the song’s accompanying visual, Maluma and Anthony are seen cutting vocals to the duet in a recording studio. It appears the bro time is therapeutic as they recover from their respective broken hearts.

The song is expected to appear on Maluma’s next album, which would follow up last year’s The Love & Sex Tape. Not much is known about the upcoming album, however, it appears Maluma may be introducing a new alter ego with this project. In an Instagram post teasing “La Fórmula,” Maluma shared a clip from the video and captioned it with “EMPEZÓ LA ERA DON JUAN,” which means “Let the era of Don Juan begin.”

Megan Thee Stallion And Snoop Dogg Are Performing At The New LA3C Music Festival

Megan Thee Stallion is set to headline the first-ever year of the new LA3C music festival, alongside Snoop Dogg, Maluma, and Seventeen on the lineup. Taking place on December 10 and 11 at Los Angeles’ State Historic Park, the Penske Media-created fest will showcase a range of creators in varied artistic mediums.

Megan will be the headliner on December 10, with Maluma on the second day. A full programming schedule for the new event will be released soon. LA3C — which stands for Los Angeles, the Capital of Culture and Creativity — “aims to connect people and communities by showcasing LA’s range of multicultural food and art from some of the world’s most talented artists,” per Variety (which is ran by Penske Media).

“I have always been inspired by Los Angeles, its people, its vibrancy, its diversity, and its creativity,” the company’s CEO Jay Penske shared in a statement. “We are proudly building an event with a significant long-term vision. Right now, being together in person means so much to us all. Our event will be a place to celebrate and give back to this incredible city and the people who make it so unique.”

“We believe that Los Angeles is a place where people come to pursue their creative passions and a place where talent, diversity and culture thrive,” LA3C’s chief executive Juan Mora added. “Our programming is meant to reflect our community and to create an inclusive environment where all feel welcome.”

While the LA3C had previously been scheduled for December 2021, it was postponed from the pandemic and moved to 2022. There are currently three ticketed tiers available, including GA, GA+, and VIP.

For more information on the festival, tickets, and the full lineup coming soon, visit LA3C’s official website.

Anitta And Maluma Are Movie Stars In Their New Video, ‘El Que Espera’

Anitta and Maluma have just dropped a steamy new video. In “El Que Espera,” the two international music superstars appear on the set of a film production. When the cameras are rolling, the two seem to be happy, passionate lovers, but when they’re off, the arguments ensue.

This year has been an exciting year for Anitta, as the Brazilian superstar dropped her much-anticipated album, Versions Of Me, performed at Coachella, and made an appearance at the Met Gala. But no matter how quickly her star is rising, she promises to always be a source of inspiration to her home country, Brazil.

“When we get fame, we can get lost in this game and forget who we are,” she said in recent interview with Interview. “Why did I start this whole thing? Why am I doing this? For me, it was never about getting famous and rich. It was about changing my people’s lives, my country’s life. So if I’m going to the Met Gala or Coachella or the VMAs, it’s not because I want to show off. It’s because I want my country to believe that they can go to places that they’ve never been.”

Megan Thee Stallion And Maluma Join Forces For The Vibrant ‘Crazy Family’ With Rock Mafia

Megan Thee Stallion has given the world a few guest verses in recent months, and the latest finds the Houston native joining up with Spanish singer Maluma and Rock Mafia for the vibrant track “Crazy Family.” The song will appear in the upcoming film The Addams Family 2, which arrives in theaters on October 1 and features Oscar Isaac, Charlize Theron, Chloë Grace Moretz, Nick Kroll, Javon Walton, Snoop Dogg, Bette Midler, and more.

“Crazy Family” comes after Megan joined Lil Nas X for “Dolla Sign Slime,” which the latter said he hoped would also include an appearance from Drake. Prior to that, Megan went international with BTS thanks to a remix of the band’s hit song “Butter.” She has also shined on the solo side of things with songs like “Thot Sh*t” and freestyles that include “Out Of Town” and “Tuned In.”

As for what’s next, fans can catch Megan at Post Malone‘s curated festival, Posty Fest, during the weekend of October 30-31. She will also join Dua Lipa for a trio of shows during the singer’s Future Nostalgia Tour in 2022.
