Diddy’s Darkest Days: Male Accuser Details Alleged 2007 White Party Assault

We don’t know about you, but keeping up with the stacked lawsuits against Sean “Diddy” Combs is a difficult feat. After his ex-girlfriend of 11-ish years, Cassie Ventura, first sued the Hip Hop mogul, Diddy hasn’t been able to escape the fallout of sexual assault allegations. Currently, the Bad Boy Records founder sits in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn awaiting trial for racketeering and sex trafficking. He was denied bail three times and will remain incarcerated until his trial, to the dismay of his children, who have sent public well-wishes via social media. Through his legal team, Combs has denied the accusations against him, although the video of him violently assaulting Ventura in 2016 at a Los Angeles hotel has besmirched his reputation.

According to Forbes, three more men have filed lawsuits against Diddy. This comes on the heels of a man who accused the “Mo Money Mo Problems” rapper of abuse, only identified as John Doe, sitting down with CNN for an anonymous interview. He is one of many who have filed a civil suit against the media magnate. The outlet stated that Doe first filed a suit against Combs in mid-October 2024, and now, Doe spoke openly on camera about what he supposedly endured. He claims he was a victim of the infamous “White Parties,” where Diddy allegedly “drugged and sodomized” him almost 20 years ago.

As Puff awaits his trial, where it is unclear if he’ll take the stand in his defense, the court of public opinion has already condemned him. John Doe’s chat with CNN detailed a harrowing ordeal, and it will be up to a judge to determine if they believe his story in the wake of one of the most significant falls from grace Hip Hop has ever seen in its history.

John Doe Unveils His Alleged Story About His Diddy Encounter

According to the anonymous accuser, he was married to a woman at the time of his alleged 2007 assault. He told CNN that, at the time, he didn’t tell his wife about the incident because he was ashamed. Doe claims he was introduced to Diddy after being employed to work security at one of the mogul’s famed White Parties at the music icon’s East Hampton, New York, estate. Back then, Doe worked for a private firm. “The full gravity of it lives with me to this day,” he said. “It affects every single thing you do for the rest of your life.”

Combs has been accused of drugging and assaulting his alleged victims, and Doe stated this happened to him. In his complaint against Diddy, Doe said that during the evening, he consumed “two alcoholic drinks” that “he believes were laced with GHB and ecstasy.” The documents further showed that Diddy allegedly spoke with Doe after the latter became “extremely ill.” Then, the man says Combs forced him into a vehicle, subdued him, and sodomized him against his will as he cried for help.

Doe claimed he “wasn’t able to stand.” He added, “It was just an amazing level of incapacitation that I had never experienced before and I felt powerless.” The lawsuit states Doe told his supervisor about the incident, but the result of the conversation left him jobless. “He just dismissed it and said, ‘I’ll talk to him,’” said Doe. “After that, he didn’t talk to me again, he cut me out of everything.” He further expressed he had to “find a different field” of work because he could no longer find employment in security. Additionally, he asserted that an unnamed celebrity was there to witness the alleged attack. “There was one high-profile individual who saw what happened and found it amusing.”

The Inconsistencies From The Initial Story

CNN noted that they found some discrepancies in their investigation of John Doe’s claims. While he told the publication that the alleged assault took place in 2007, his October 2024 lawsuit showed 2006. It was learned that Combs’ 2006 White Party was in the luxury of St. Tropez, not the Hamptons. Further, the initial suit stated Doe was never married. Doe now says his marriage dissolved because of the alleged attack. The complaint was later changed, with CNN reporting that Doe’s attorneys, including Tony Buzbee, claimed they misstepped details as they attempted to “rush the file.”

Diddy’s team reacted to this admission by saying in a statement: “After [attorney Tony] Buzbee was exposed this week for pressuring clients to bring bogus cases against Mr. Combs, and after public records showed that — contrary to his allegations —there was no white party in the Hamptons in 2006, Buzbee amended this complaint to walk back the allegations and now claim a different day and wholly different year.”

It is unclear how long Doe will be able to remain anonymous, as many alleged victims are being called to reveal their identities. “I have a semblance of a life, a very quiet life,” Doe told CNN of wanting to remain in the shadows. “I would prefer what little is left of it to be left alone. Nothing could give me back the person I was before that evening.”

Buzbee Asserts Diddy Has Over 100 Alleged Victims

Tony Buzbee has been quite vocal about representing alleged victims who have come forward with purported tales about Combs. The lawyer reportedly told the BBC that he’d received approximately 3,000 calls from the public about his stacked cases against Puff. However, he added that “realistically,” of the 300 or so he has vetted, his “final total will be ‘about 100 to 150.’” Following press conferences and public statements, Buzbee has been accused of coercing alleged victims. It is a charge he denies.

“This allegation is patently ridiculous,” Buzbee told CNN. “What we won’t do is pursue a case that we don’t believe has merit. We don’t pressure people nor do we need to.” Most of Buzbee’s clients against Combs have opted to remain anonymous, although some names have surfaced as this scandal progresses. The attorney has reportedly filed over 20 civil suits, including one that also named Jay-Z, real name Shawn Carter, in an alleged attack on a 13-year-old girl following the MTV Video Music Awards over 20 years ago. The Roc Nation tycoon immediately fired back in several statements, vehemently denying he assaulted anyone.

Further, Carter’s legal team has reportedly asked the courts to expedite the trial in order to clear his name as quickly as possible. Moreover, Hov has taken aim at Buzbee, accusing the attorney of trying to obtain an extortion money grab in place of facts.

50 Cent Says His Diddy Documentary Is Struggling To Keep Up With New Lawsuits

50 Cent is one of Diddy’s most vocal opps these days, taking every chance he gets to clown him for his abhorrent allegations and one-up him as a businessman. But that rivalry has a couple of challenges on the horizon. One of them concerns Fif’s purported documentary on the Sean Combs scandal, which will apparently move to Netflix. While the G-Unit mogul seems quite excited to bring it to life, he also recently admitted on GMA3: What You Need To Know on Friday (December 13) that the wave of more and more allegations has made it difficult to fully complete this media endeavor.

“It’s a difficult project because every day, there’s new accusations coming out, it’s new things that happened,” 50 Cent remarked. “So, it’s become an octopus, with so many powers and so many things going on.” Then, he answered a question about whether or not he expected the Diddy allegations to reach this point. “No, not this bad. Not this much stuff. I don’t think anyone could have anticipated this many accusations and things that have taken place.”

50 Cent At His Humor & Harmony Weekend

50 Cent Diddy Documentary Allegations Update Lawsuits Hip Hop News

What’s more is that 50 Cent is apparently interested in churning out plenty of documentaries on controversial and explosive pop culture topics, especially those at the intersection of crime, politics, and entertainment. For example, he recently suggested that he wants to produce a doc on Luigi Marone, the alleged assassin who murdered UnitedHealth Group CEO Brian Thompson. “I don’t know, I kinda like this killer,” Curtis Jackson wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post. “I’m sorry this is going this way it is but I’m doing a documentary on him, he is special! I apologize in advance for to anyone who doesn’t understand.”

Meanwhile, 50 Cent also likes to insert himself into a lot of other unrelated pop culture drama, such as the cheating scandal between Claressa Shields, Papoose, and Remy Ma. With this in mind, we wouldn’t express surprise if he decided to build out his Diddy documentary even more or indulge in other interesting documentaries. Maybe not all the topics 50 wants will pan out, but it’s why he’s a mogul: he’s got the cash to make it happen.

Diddy’s Lawyers Fire Back After New Lawsuits Emerge

Diddy’s lawyers responded to the three latest lawsuits with sexual assault allegations the Bad Boy mogul is facing in a statement on Thursday. “These complaints are full of lies,” his legal team said to AllHipHop. “We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.” The three men behind the allegations, including one of his former employees, filed the claims anonymously in New York.

The plaintiffs’ attorney, Thomas Giuffra, alleged: “It was a usual thing. Come for a meeting, have a drink, you get woozy, you wake up to Sean Combs raping you, you get ushered out the door. I was struck by the similarity, I was contacted by in excess of 60 people. I only chose to file these three so far because I vetted them out. They’re very consistent with the pattern that Sean Combs followed.” As caught by ABC News, he added” “My clients are afraid that if their identities become public they’ll end up with a target on their back. They want to scare people into silence. They’re just trying to intimidate people.”

The latest drama comes as Diddy remains behind bars in New York after authorities arrested him in September as part of an indictment on alleged federal racketeering and sex trafficking charges. He has already pleaded not guilty to those charges with a trial set to kick off in May of next year.

In other news, a previous accuser against Diddy amended her lawsuit, last weekend, to include Jay-Z in the allegation. She accused him of allegedly raping her at an afterparty for the 2000 MTV VMAs when she was just 13 years old. Both Diddy and Jay-Z have vehemently denied the allegations.

Diddy Faces Sodomy Allegation From “RoboCop” Stuntman

Diddy is facing several new lawsuits as of Wednesday morning, with one accusing him of allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting a man identified as “John Doe” in New York in 2001. The claim, filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, alleges that the man, who once worked as a stuntman on RoboCop, met with the Bad Boy mogul at a hotel near Central Park for what was believed to be a music video audition. After consuming a Diet Coke, John Doe alleges he blacked out. He allegedly woke up to Diddy sodomizing him with one of his bodyguards and another man in the room.

John Doe says he fled the hotel in shock but left behind his beloved RoboCop stuntman jacket. He never saw it again. “Once back at home, Plaintiff tried to put the event out of his mind, but was reminded of it when he painfully defecated a used condom and realized he was bleeding rectally. When the bleeding did not stop for a couple of days, Plaintiff visited a local clinic and then a proctologist, who repaired Plaintiff’s a*** with a laser procedure,” the complaint reads, as caught by AllHipHop.

As for damages, John Doe alleges he sought medical treatment for rectal bleeding and a broken tooth. He also says he dealt with alleged emotional trauma. Diddy’s already repeatedly denied all of the allegations he’s faced over the last year. In a statement previously provided to CNN, his team slammed Tony Buzbee’s “barrage of lawsuits” as “shameless publicity stunts designed to extract payments from celebrities who fear having lies spread about them, just as lies have been spread about Mr. Combs.”

Diddy currently resides at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. Authorities arrested him on charges of alleged sex trafficking and racketeering back in September. He’s already pleaded not guilty. His trial will kick off on May 5 of next year.

Diddy Accused Of Sexually Assaulting 10-Year-Old & 17-Year-Old In New Lawsuit: Breaking Down The Latest Allegations

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal issues aren’t slowing down by any means. Currently locked up as he awaits federal trial on trafficking charges, the disgraced music mogul continues to see the lawsuits pile up on decades-old allegations surrounding sexual assault. This week, two new lawsuits emerged that alleged Diddy assaulted two minors including one who was 10 years old at the time of the assault. Below is a breakdown of the latest lawsuits against Diddy.

10-Year-Old Aspiring Star’s Audition

Spearheaded by attorney Tony Buzbee, a lawyer who said that he planned to file 120 lawsuits against Diddy amid RICO charges, a John Doe filed a complaint against the music mogul claiming that he had been sexually assaulted in 2005 in an attempt to gain some sort of footing in the music industry. Per Variety, the lawsuit claims that Doe’s parents hired a music consultant to aid his aspirations to become a musician. The consultant allegedly helped link Doe and Diddy during a trip to New York City where Diddy held an “audition” for the then 10-year-old.

The lawsuit, which has been filed to the Supreme Court of the State of New York, claims that Diddy asked to meet the boy alone before his family joined them. Doe claims the consultant left him with Diddy at a hotel where he performed a couple of songs for the mogul. However, Diddy allegedly told the boy that he would “make him a star” before asking him how badly he wanted to make it. As stated in the complaint, the boy responded that he would “do anything.”

Alleged Spiked Sodas

The complaint then details the moments before the alleged assault. Doe said that someone gave him a soda before he began feeling “a little funny.” The accuser’s attorney said something was slipped into the drunk “including but not limited to GHB and/or ecstasy.” Diddy allegedly told the boy “you have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes” after he consumed the drink. The lawsuit claims that Diddy forced Doe to perform oral sex on him, despite resisting, and the complainant fell unconscious. The boy allegedly woke up to Diddy whose “pants were undone, and his anus and buttocks hurt badly.” When the boy complained, Diddy reportedly threatened to harm his parents.

In another lawsuit filed by Buzbee, John Doe claims that Diddy sexually assaulted him during a 3-day audition for the mogul’s MTV show, Making The Band. Doe said the incident happened in 2008 when he was 17 years old, and when he had his one-on-one meeting with Diddy, “Combs asked Plaintiff hypothetical questions about handling situations involving sexual pressure,” per court documents obtained by CNN. “As Combs described these scenarios, he began to sexually assault Plaintiff by touching Plaintiff both over and under his clothing, including groping and fondling his penis and instructing Plaintiff to undress.”

A common theme in the allegations paints Diddy as a fear-mongering executive who leveraged his status and power over his victims. Doe said that Diddy stressed that he could “make or break” his career. According to the suit, the abuse continued over the three days with the Bad Boy founder allegedly demanding the 17-year-old “to demonstrate the ability to embody a ‘sex idol’ persona” before sexually assaulting him again. On the third day, Doe said he was eliminated after Diddy and his bodyguard allegedly assaulted him.” The lawsuit states the elimination occurred “as Combs claimed that Plaintiff was untrustworthy due to his reservations about performing oral sex on his bodyguard.”

Diddy’s Responds

As the allegations began to make headlines, Diddy’s attorney issued a statement to CNN that didn’t directly address the latest lawsuits but denied the claims of trafficking and abuse. “As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false,” Combs’ attorneys said in a statement, in part. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process.  In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”

Tony Buzbee: The Attorney Representing 120 Alleged Victims

The Houston-based attorney has been at the forefront of the dozen-plus lawsuits filed against Diddy. In addition to the two John Does accusing Diddy of assaulting them as minors, 10 others, both men and women (some teens at the time), who accused Diddy of sexual misconduct. Per People, he also opened a hotline for alleged victims, claiming that he received 12,000 calls in one day after his press conference.

Diddy’s Indictment

The latest lawsuit adds to the nearly two dozen filed against Diddy since last November. Following Cassie’s bombshell lawsuit, Diddy faced allegations surrounding heinous acts behind the scenes. Last month, federal agents arrested him on claims that he controlled a “criminal enterprise” that actively engaged in sex trafficking, forced labor, and physical abuse. After appearing in court, he pleaded not guilty to charges of trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. The court has set a tentative date for his court hearing for May 2025. We’ll keep you posted on any further updates.

Diddy’s Kids Break Silence

As the allegations emerged in the past year, the mogul’s kids, often by his side, finally broke their silence. In a statement issued to Instagram, they flatly called out the “conspiracy theories” and “false narratives” while showing support for their dad. “The past month has devastated our family. Many have judged both him and us based on accusations, conspiracy theories, and false narratives that have spiraled into absurdity on social media. We stand united, supporting you every step of the way,” the statement read. They continued, “We hold onto the truth, knowing it will prevail, and nothing will break the strength of our family. WE MISS YOU & LOVE YOU DAD,” the statement read.

Kanye West And Adidas Finally End Their Legal Dispute

Kanye West and Adidas have officially agreed on an out-of-court settlement after years of legal conflict between the two sides. The brand originally cut ties with the controversial rapper after he made several antisemitic comments in 2022. They’ve been caught up in multiple lawsuits with one another in the time since. Ye has slammed the company on numerous occasions on social media.

CEO Bjorn Gulden confirmed the decision during a conference call on Tuesday. “There isn’t any more open issues, and there is no… money going either way, and we both move on,” Gulden told reporters, according to CNBC. “There were tensions on many issues, and… when you put the claims on the right side and you put the claims on the left side, both parties said we don’t need to fight anymore and withdrew all the claims.” Details of the agreement were kept private, but Gulden noted they didn’t exchange any payments.

West’s antics in 2022, which also included wearing a “White Lives Matter” T-shirt, resulted in him losing out on far more brand deals than just Adidas. Gap, Balenciaga, and more fashion houses all cut ties with him, while several social media sites kicked him off their platforms. “Adidas does not tolerate antisemitism and any other sort of hate speech,” the company explained in a statement at the time. “Ye’s recent comments and actions have been unacceptable, hateful and dangerous, and they violate the company’s values of diversity and inclusion, mutual respect and fairness.”

More recently, West has been performing overseas for his Vultures listening events with Ty Dolla Sign. He’s also gearing up for the release of a new solo album, Bully. Be on the lookout for further updates on Kanye West and Adidas on HotNewHipHop.

Diddy Faces Another Lawsuit Over An Alleged Rape Under The Threat Of Violence

Diddy is facing a new lawsuit from a woman who alleges that the Bad Boy mogul raped her at a hotel in Manhattan when she was just 19 years old. The woman, who only identifies as Jane Doe in the filing, alleges she met Diddy at a photoshoot for Da Band in 2004 where he invited her and a friend to an afterparty. Before the party, he asked they stop by his hotel room where the alleged incident then took place.

“You know what you are here for,” Diddy allegedly remarked once they were alone. The lawsuit adds: “Combs continued getting gradually more aggressive with the two women and eventually began forcibly touching them without consent. When they resisted, Combs ordered Ms. Doe’s friend to perform oral sex on him or else he would have them both killed. Once she was undressed, Combs forced himself on her and began to sexually assault her. Combs fondled, molested, and ultimately raped Ms. Doe, all while she was begging him to stop.”

The latest alleged victim has hired Tony Buzbee, the attorney who went viral earlier this month for claiming to have 120 more alleged victims. “When we talk about the ages of the victims when the conduct occurred, it’s shocking,” Buzbee said at the press conference. “Our youngest victim at the time of the occurrence was nine years old. We have an individual who was 14 years old. We have one who was 15.” According to Rolling Stone, Buzbee said Monday that he’ll be coming forward with several more lawsuits against Diddy in the coming weeks.

The latest accusation comes as Diddy remains behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn while awaiting trial in his case regarding charges of alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. He’s already pleaded not guilty to those charges. As for Buzbee’s cases, one of Diddy’s lawyers, Erica Wolff, already denied all of the allegations in a statement to Rolling Stone. Diddy Lawsuits Pile Up To 120 As Lawyer Promises To Reveal Other “Shocking” Defendants

Attorney Tony Buzbee announced in a press conference on Tuesday that he’ll be representing over 120 individuals ready to take legal action against Diddy with claims of rape, sexual assault, and more. The group of accusers encompasses both men and women, 25 of whom were minors at the time of the alleged incidents. Buzbee will not handle the case as a class-action suit and instead file all the claims individually.

“Our team has had, at this point, 3,285 individuals with people claiming to be victimized by Sean Combs,” Tony Buzbee said as noted by XXL. “The youngest victim at the time of the occurrence was 9 years old.”

Diddy Could Face Even More Charges As “Well Over” 100 Alleged Victims Plan To Come Forward

Tony Buzbee, an attorney based out of Houston, says he has “well over” 100 alleged victims including both men and women who are ready to file lawsuits against Diddy. They accuse him of rape, sexual assault, and more. According to FOX 26 Houston, Buzbee plans to discuss the cases at a press conference at 1:00 PM, CST on Tuesday.

“This is an important matter that we intend to aggressively pursue,” he said in a statement to the outlet. “We will leave no stone unturned to find all potentially liable parties, to include any individual or entity who participated in or benefitted from this egregious behavior. As we do this important work, we ask that the public understand it is very difficult and takes an incredible amount of courage for victims to come forward. I ask that we treat these brave individuals with the dignity and compassion that they deserve as they go through this trying time.” He also asked anyone else with allegations against Diddy to reach out to the Sexual Assault Hotline number at 1-800-200-7474. Russell Simmons Shuts Down Theories That He’s Hiding In Bali Amid Sexual Assault & Forgery Allegations

Russell Simmons has been going through his fair share of legal woes as of late, but according to him, that has nothing to do with his decision to reside in Bali. Currently, the Def Jam co-founder is being sued for alleged assault by a former employee. The anonymous woman, going by Jane Doe, additionally accuses him of forging her signature on a document.

Earlier this week, AllHipHop reported that Simmons had no plans to leave Bali amid his legal battle, as he’s lived there since 2018. “I am not physically present in New York and I do not have an intention to live in New York in the future,” he told the outlet, “I own no property in the United States. I have been living in Bali since 2018, which is where I intend to remain. For at least nine years before I moved to Bali, I lived in California. As a California resident, I paid California resident taxes in the years immediately prior to moving to Bali. Currently, I pay California non-resident state taxes.”

Unfortunately, it looks like his comments backfired, leading some to believe that he was hiding out in Bali because he was afraid to come back to the U.S. According to him, however, that couldn’t be further from the truth. He clarified with AllHipHop again recently, stating that his decision not to come home doesn’t mean he can’t.

“People saying that I somehow can’t come home when I’m there all the time wears on you,” he explained. “It wears on me after a while to keep hearing the same narrative, which is false. I’m always in L.A., I’m always in New York and Miami. And I’ve never had any reason to feel unsafe in America.” What do you think of Russell Simmons claiming that he’s free to roam the U.S. amid his legal battle?
