Joe Budden Mocks Kanye West For Bizarre Shoutout At Korea Listening Event

Kanye West and Ty Dolla Sign took over Korea’s Goyang Stadium with their Vultures 2 listening experience last night, and as expected, are making headlines for various bizarre moments. For one, Ye dedicated his track “I Wonder” to Drake, which led to some debate. While some fans thought this was meant as a diss, others suspect he was simply using Drizzy’s name for clout. It wasn’t the only confusing part of the evening, however.

At one point in the show, Ye also gave Joe Budden a shoutout during “24,” following it up with “God’s not finished.” Obviously, there’s room for interpretation here, though most believe he was calling Budden out for criticizing him. Either way, it doesn’t look like the podcaster took the apparent jab too seriously, as evidenced by his reaction.

Joe Budden Reacts To Kanye West Name-Dropping Him

Budden took to Instagram Live today to weigh in as the clip makes its rounds online. He began by performing his own rendition of the moment. “Korean n****s was like, ‘the f*ck you talkin’ bout?’” he added with a laugh. As his friends chimed in off-camera, Budden made it clear he was there “with peace and love” before mocking the shoutout once again. Clearly, he’s not looking for any smoke from Ye, though the same can’t be said for Yung Miami.

Earlier this week, the former City Girl took to X to clown him after his 2003 single “Pump It Up” went gold. She reacted to the news with a simple series of laughing emojis, but her message was clear. Instead of dissing her back, he bowed out altogether, claiming “it would be too easy.” What do you think of Kanye West name-dropping Joe Budden at his Vultures 2 listening event in Korea? Kanye West’s Kids & Bianca Censori Join Him In Korea For “Vultures 2” Event

Kanye West and Ty Dolla Sign are scheduled to appear in Korea tomorrow for their eagerly anticipated listening event for their new album, Vultures 2. Today, Ye was spotted at an airport in the East Asian country, joined by several family members. Of course, his wife Bianca Censori accompanied him, as did three of his kids.

Censori rocked a nude bodysuit, which she complemented with a matching hat and a pair of heels. As for Ye, he kept it casual for the long flight, sporting a white hoodie and some sweatpants. She was seen walking alongside his little ones, and even holding his six-year-old son, Chicago.

The Korean performance will be Ye’s first in roughly 15 years and is set to take place at Goyang Stadium. It’ll also be his second major listening event in recent weeks. Earlier this month, he and Ty performed in Salt Lake City, where Censori and her sisters cheered them on. For now, it remains unclear whether or not Ye and his entourage will do any exploring during their stay in Korea, though everybody looked excited to be there.

The trip comes shortly after Censori was spotted enjoying dinner with her family, who was visiting from Australia, and Ye’s children. It also comes amid reports that Ye & Ty’s listening event in Taiwan, scheduled for August 25, has been canceled. What do you think of Kanye West and Bianca Censori taking his kids to Korea for his upcoming Vultures 2 listening event? Ty Dolla Sign Announces “VULTURES” Listening Event In Korea

VULTURES 1 was supposed to be the first installment in a trilogy, and Kanye West and Ty Dolla Sign (for whatever reason) have failed to follow up on this series. But don’t fret, fans: a new announcement indicates that the hype cycle is back, and that new music could arrive pretty soon. Moreover, Ty recently announced on social media that he and Ye will host a VULTURES listening event in Korea (presumably South… right?) on Friday, August 23 of this year. This follows the Los Angeles artist’s previous claims that VULTURES 2 will have a “new sound,” further fueling fan excitement.

“We got all the songs,” the “Dream Girl” singer said of his next collaborative album with Kanye West in a Billboard interview. “Basically, it’s just like, ‘How can we get it there? How can we go bigger than the first album?’ Certain people will probably expect you to just do the same exact sound. But that sound’s already out.” “The album is almost done and could be released any day now,” he reportedly expressed per NFR Podcast. Of course, fans are also taking all this with a massive grain of salt, as there have been far too many disappointments and missed teased release dates (again, perhaps out of their control) in the past.

Ty Dolla Sign & Kanye West Are Taking VULTURES To Korea… For Now

Elsewhere, Ty Dolla Sign also spoke of his relationship with Ye, particularly in regard to this rollout and his many, many controversies. “Ye is the best artist of this generation, besides me, and I don’t give a f**k about what people were talking about,” Ty shared. “I know my n***a. He’s one of the best people I’ve ever met. Just with my analysis of how it goes with him, he goes all the way to the top. And something may happen and he’ll say [something people find offensive] -– and then people [get] right back, you know. Because this s**t is undeniable.”

Speaking of which, Kanye West is facing multiple lawsuits right now for assault, sexual harassment, and labor exploitation, among other things. As such, this might not be the best time to pick VULTURES back up again. But then again, when would be a good time for Ye to pop out considering all he did and expressed? Like Ty Dolla Sign said, fans will still line back up to see what the latest update is.
