Jack Harlow Took Over The Drive-Thru Window Of An Atlanta KFC To Promote His Upcoming Combo Meal

There are some collaborations that you might have expected from Jack Harlow this year, one of them being work with Drake. That came to fruition with their “Churchill Downs” record which recently received the visual treatment. There are also some collaborations we did not expect to receive from Jack Harlow. Aside from songs with Pharrell and Justin Timberlake, the Louisville star recently linked up with KFC for a new partnership. Sure, both Jack and the food chain share roots in Kentucky, but it’s not exactly the first brand partnership that comes to mind with Jack.

Nonetheless, just days after Jack announced the impending arrival of his own combo meal at KFC, he brought his talents to one of the chain’s Atlanta locations on Saturday. It’s here that Jack worked the drive-thru window at the KFC in Smyrna, located in Atlanta’s Cobb County. The restaurant featured a huge mural of the rapper on the side of its building and an enormous chicken bucket featuring Harlow’s face.

Jack’s combo meal will debut at KFC restaurants nationwide for a limited time starting Monday, June 6. The Jack Harlow Meal includes KFC’s Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Secret Recipe Fries, Mac & Cheese, a side of ranch, and a lemonade and it will be served in special packaging.

Jack Harlow Now Has His Own KFC Meal

A couple of months ago, Jack Harlow announced his partnership with KFC. And so the “Jack’s Favorite’s” menu was born, which was a curation of “the menu items I’ve been enjoying since I was a child,” as he stated. “Partnering up with KFC feels like poetic justice,” he said. “I’ve begun traveling the world and no matter how far I go, KFC is one of the first things people want to bring up when they find out where I’m from.”

Now the partnership is taking a step further with the introduction of the new Jack Harlow meal. “From releasing Come Home the Kids Miss You and now launching my own meal at KFC, I’m having a super blessed summer,” said Harlow. “When KFC asked me to create my own meal, I knew it couldn’t be just any meal. My meal brings together my childhood favorites from growing up in Louisville, the KFC Mac & Cheese, with my new go-to Spicy Chicken Sandwich (with plenty of ranch), Secret Recipe Fries, and lemonade – it doesn’t get much better.”

CMO of KFC U.S. Nick Chavez added: “Jack has long been vocal about his passion for his home state of Kentucky, which is why this partnership is so finger lickin’ good. Jack Harlow fans, don’t miss out on this meal handpicked by Jack himself.”

It will be available across the states starting June 6.

Of Course, Jack Harlow Is Getting A ‘Jack’s Favorites’ KFC Menu

Hip-hop’s newest lovable scamp Jack Harlow is blowing up right now. Not only is his new single “Nail Tech” going strong on playlists and radio but he’s also hanging out with his musical hero Drake, receiving high praise from Kanye West, playing in the NBA’s All-Star Celebrity Game (and balling out, too), and he’s been cast in an upcoming remake of the classic basketball comedy White Men Can’t Jump. So, of course, it only makes sense for him to make a business move many of his rap peers have been making lately and partner with a fast-food chain for his own menu.

That’s exactly what he’s done, and with McDonald’s, Popeye’s, Taco Bell, and Arby’s(!?) all taken, what better chain for the Louisville native to partner with than his home state’s own KFC? Today, Jack and KFC announced the new “Jack’s Favorite’s” menu, featuring “the menu items I’ve been enjoying since I was a child,” according to Jack himself in the press release. “Partnering up with KFC feels like poetic justice,” he said. “I’ve begun traveling the world and no matter how far I go, KFC is one of the first things people want to bring up when they find out where I’m from.”

Unfortunately, the Jack’s Favorites menu basically just collects a few existing items like the 4-piece tender combo, mac & cheese, and biscuit, with no wacky new additions. Saweetie’s McDonald’s menu encouraged fans to remix their faves (causing a similar campaign to be associated with her unofficially by fans); Megan got Hottie Sauce on hers! This is pretty bland for such a hot rising star. Sorry, Jack, we love you, but this ain’t it. Hopefully, there will be some flashy new menu items — or at least some cool merch — to go along with this move, as Jack’s partnership is scheduled to last the year and includes “campaigns, social media activations, special menu item launches, and exclusive experiences” with the rapper. (Chicken) fingers crossed.

Jack Harlow Pairs With A Fitting Fast Food Chain To Offer Tornado Relief To His Devastated Hometown

Over the weekend, the central part of the US was hit with an absolutely massive storm. Devastating tornadoes hit the ground in parts of Illinois, Arkansas, and Kentucky, with the ladder state seeing some significant damage. Buildings were leveled and it’s been predicted that the storms left over 70 people dead in Kentucky alone. As someone who’s always showed love for his Kentucky homestate, Jack Harlow is rushing to the rescue to provide tornado relief by partnering with the most fitting fast food chain.

Harlow and KFC announced a new partnership this week which saw him smacking on huge buckets of fried chicken. But on a more serious note, the rapper wants to give back to those affected by the storms this weekend. Together, Harlow and KFC will be donating a quarter of a million dollars to the Kentucky Red Cross.

Announcing the partnership, Harlow wrote:

“Growing up I always dreamed of being the biggest artist to come from Kentucky. Now I’m teaming up with @KFC, the biggest brand to come out of Kentucky. For the next year, we’re gonna do some big things together.

It couldn’t come at a better time, as the state needs our help more than ever in the wake of this past weekend’s devastating tornadoes. Together we will be donating $250k to the @americanredcross in support of relief efforts. I ask that you donate whatever you can to help those affected by this tragedy.”
