NBA Youngboy Gets Wife’s Name Tattooed Above Groin

NBA Youngboy’s a family man and he’s making his love for his wife known to the world. He and Jazlyn Mychelle tied the knot earlier this year. But, beyond trading vows, YB made sure that the world knows who his wifey is. Earlier today, the rapper shared a photo of himself putting in work at the gym when fans noticed his new tattoo. NBA Youngboy got Jazlyn’s name inked right above his groin in big block letters.

The couple has been together for over two years at this point. However, the two quietly got married at the beginning of January, though it’s unclear whether they had a ceremony. A copy of the marriage license emerged online with their legal names – Kentrell Gaulden and Jazlyn Mychelle Hayes. Their family’s expanded in the past two years since they began dating. The couple welcomed their daughter Alice in 2021 and later revealed the birth of their son on September 28th, 2022. 

NBA Youngboy’s Family Plans

It’s becoming more clear that NBA Youngboy doesn’t necessarily have the intention of relocating his family to major hubs, like LA Or Atlanta, for the sake of his career. As he’s continued to deliver an influx of music to his fans on house arrest, he previously revealed that he wanted to move Jazlyn and their two children to Europe after he resolved his legal issues. “We got to stay prayed up. I really want to move [to] Europe with my family once all of this put behind me,” he wrote. “I’m stacking money until then!!”

For now, the rapper will have to remain Stateside, more specifically Utah, before he settles his legal matters. Most recently, the judge loosed his house arrest conditions to allow more than three visitors at a time beyond his wife, producer, and business manager, who live in the same home as him. Shortly after the news emerged, he confirmed his upcoming album, Don’t Try This At Home would arrive on April 21st, along with a 33-song tracklist. NBA YoungBoy Says He “Terrified Of People,” Calls Them “Cruel”

Very little is known about NBA YoungBoy’s homelife in Utah, but Billboard was given access to the rapper’s private space. The rapper took solace in the Beehive State during his federal trial, where he has remained under house arrest. He currently wears an ankle monitor and reportedly hasn’t left the residence at all.

The Baton Rouge hitmaker confirmed that he married girlfriend Jazlyn Mychelle the first week of January. He also shared that the pair have a 17-month-old daughter, Alice, and a newborn son, Klemenza. The couple reportedly lives at the Utah residence with their mothers, while YoungBoy’s 10 other children reside with their respective mothers.

Elsewhere, YoungBoy spoke about being reclusive. Specifically, he said, “I’m terrified of people. I’m very scared of people. On my kids. I’m terrified of people, and I’m very shy. But I never know why, once I walk on the stage, I can get it done and leave.”

He reiterated once again his fear of the public, further stating that “people are cruel. Like, we can’t control ourselves. So, you never know if someone will do ya.” With all that has taken place in Hip Hop, including losing rappers to violence, YoungBoy’s fans have understood him steering clear of the public. Still, there has been a call for the star to make a triumphant return once his legal cases clear.

During the expansive interview, YoungBoy not only invited the publication into his home, but he gave them a tour of his residence He showed off his car collection and the property, itself. The rapper shared that he’s regularly visited by Mormon missionaries, and while he used to turn them away, he now engages in conversations that have broadened his perspective.

NBA Youngboy Reportedly Married Longtime Girlfriend Jazlyn Mychelle

Congratulations are in order for NBA YoungBoy. The 23-year-old rapper recently married his longtime girlfriend, Jazlyn Mychelle, which whom he shares two children with. The couple jumped the broom in Salt Lake City last week, VIBE reports.

Last Sunday (January 8), screenshots of a marriage license dated the day before (January 7) began circulating on social media. The images showed that Jazlyn Mychelle Hayes was listed as Spouse 1 and that Younboy, whose real name is Kentrell Gaulden, was listed as Spouse 2.

The certificate states that the nuptials happened in Salt Lake City, where the Louisiana rapper moved to after being released from prison in 2021.

This past November, while on Instagram Live, the rapper announced his intentions to marry Mychelle.

During the broadcast, YoungBoy shared that he was feeling “lonely,” a fan suggested he go onto OnlyFans to “lift his spirits.” The rapper responded to the hilarious suggestion by revealing that he was getting married.

“I’m getting married [on] January 7,” he said. “Boy, you can’t pay me $10 million to get on muthaf**kin’ OnlyFans, n****. You crazy.”

When it comes to music, YoungBoy released his fifth studio album, I Rest My Case, on January 6. His last album, The Last Slimeto, was released back in August 2022. This new project marks his first with Motown Records after parting ways with Atlantic Records in 2022.

Fans of NBA YoungBoy had a particularly big weekend. On Friday (January 6), the 22-year-old shared his latest project, I Rest My Case. Thus far, titles like “Black,” “Louie V,” and “Bitch Yeah,” have all emerged as fan favourites. However, the new music isn’t all he has up his sleeve.

As you may recall, the Baton Rouge native previously hinted that he and his girlfriend, Jazlyn Mychelle, would be exchanging vows in the new year. Specifically, followers tuning into a live stream heard that the date was set for January 7.

At the time, YB told his fans that he was feeling lonely. In response, one viewer suggested he try out an often salacious website. “This n*gga said OnlyFans,” the rapper laughed in response.

“I’m getting married [on] January 7. Boy, you can’t pay me $10 million to get on muthaf*ckin’ OnlyFans, n*gga. You crazy,” he went on. “I’m lonely ’cause I ain’t got no fans. Everybody stop liking me, son. So what I’m supposed to do?”

In the time since then, fans have been eagerly awaiting to find out if YoungBoy was being serious. The couple hasn’t confirmed anything themselves. However, there have been some interesting posts popping up across social media recently.

On Sunday (January 8), a blogger’s screenshot of what looks to be a marriage license shows Mychelle and her man’s nuptials took place the day before. Salt Lake City, Utah is the issuing city. No additional details are available at this time.

Elsewhere, on Twitter, another account congratulated the mother of two for seemingly saying yes to the dress at a local bridal studio on Friday.

NBA YoungBoy Welcomes His 10th Child

NBA YoungBoy is celebrating fatherhood once again. Last month, the Louisiana rapper revealed that he and his fiancée Jazlyn Mychelle were expecting a bundle of joy, making it his tenth child— ninth biologically. On Wednesday (September 28), YoungBoy shared a photo of himself holding and feed his newborn baby, with the caption, “‘We got left today for a little but it’s cool’ Top #newborn.”

 The 22-year-old rapper and Jazlyn already share a daughter, Alice, who was born in 2021. The birth of the newborn comes just months after YoungBoy announced that the pair were engaged by posting a photo of Jazlyn holding her burgeoning baby bump while rocking a large diamond ring. Earlier this month, the new mom posted a video on Youtube of her growing family, revealing the news that she and the “No Smoke” rapper were expecting a baby boy. 

“Look at this little outfit, so cute,” she gushed in the video. “Can you believe I’m having a boy? I never thought I would have a boy.” Elsewhere in the video, Jazlyn and YoungBoy attempt to put a stroller together for their then unborn baby, as their one-year old daughter Alice watched on. The rapper announced the news of Jazlyn’s pregnancy on September 5 — while she was 37 weeks along — by having her and her growing bump appear in the music video for his latest single “Purge Me.”

NBA YoungBoy fans are excited for the young star to expand his brood. “Jazlyn keeps him calm,” one fan wrote. “Honestly he not as rowdy since they been together, hope it works out,” another added. The pair began dating in 2020 after YoungBoy split with Yaya Mayweather, whom he also shares a son with. In April 2022, Yaya plead guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after reportedly stabbing another one of YoungBoy’s children’s mothers.
