Coachella is quickly approaching, as the California festival is returning for two weekends in April. With Lana Del Rey, Tyler The Creator, Doja Cat, and No Doubt set to headline, along with a lot more thrilling acts, many music lovers might be wondering if they can still get tickets.
Shortly after the festival unveiled the 2024 lineup, they put out a presale for tickets — giving out a code to those who signed up.
Here’s what to know about Coachella’s current ticket availability.
Is Coachella 2024 Sold Out?
As of right now, no.
According to Coachella’s website, 3-day General Admission passes to either weekend are still available to purchase, and these start at $549 with fees. This also doesn’t include the GA with shuttle option, which would then start at $669, and is also still available.
VIP 3-day tickets still have remaining availability, and these start at $1,269 before fees, according to AXS.
It seems that the things that have sold out for right now are the camping options. Preferred car camping, tent camping, the Lake Eldorado Tent, and stays at the Lake Eldorado Lodge all have separate waitlists going right now. These all include a $20 deposit to start, with the remainder of the accommodation costs being charged if you are accepted.
For those looking to go, though, it definitely would be worth not waiting, as Coachella typically sells out.
With his various antics and controversies in recent years, Kanye West hasn’t exactly endeared himself to a lot of people. It appears that among those who potentially might not be among West’s biggest supporters is Jack Antonoff.
His band Bleachers has a new self-titled album coming out on March 8. Meanwhile, yesterday (January 23), West announced that his and Ty Dolla Sign’s upcoming album Vultures is now a three-part project, with volumes currently set for release on February 9, March 8, and April 5.
Antonoff appears to not love that he and West share a release date now: This morning, he tweeted, “kanye on bleachers release date is hilarious little cry baby b*tch.”
kanye on bleachers release date is hilarious little cry baby bitch
Worth noting is that West has delayed the release of Vultures multiple times now (which he’s done for a bunch of his previous albums, too), so there’s a decent chance West and Antonoff might not even end up releasing on the same day.
Antonoff’s latest tweet comes after his 2022 X (then Twitter) masterwork, when he tweeted, “kanye a little b*tch.” This followed West saying some antisemitic things, and Antonoff, who is Jewish, presumably didn’t care for that. Pair that with the fact that West and Antonoff collaborator Taylor Swift don’t have the best history and it makes sense why Antonoff isn’t a Ye appreciator.
The 2024 Grammy Awards are right around the corner, as the event is set to take place at LA’s Crypto.com Arena on Sunday, February 4. The event will honor works that were released between October 1, 2022, and September 15, 2023, with artists like Jon Batiste, Boygenius, Miley Cyrus, Lana Del Rey, Olivia Rodrigo, Taylor Swift, SZA, and more being among the contenders for the coveted categories.
Considering the Grammys’ exclusivity, some fans might wonder if it’s possible to attend if you aren’t a musician, or happen to know one. More importantly, if there’s tickets available for purchase.
Here’s what to know.
Can You Buy Tickets For The Grammys 2024?
Not usually, no. There are other options to potentially attend, like signing up to be a seat filler through sites like Seatfillers And More. Registration to be considered as one for this year’s Grammys has since closed, though.
The Recording Academy also hosts a ticket giveaway that ends on January 30 at 9 p.m. ET. The five lucky winners will be selected the following day and receive two tickets to attend. However, this does not include airfare or accommodation. For more information on this contest, visit here.
The gears of the 2024 festival season are starting to turn as major events have been announcing their lineups in recent weeks. Now, it’s time to learn more about the Parklife Festival, which unveiled its lineup today, January 23.
Headlining this year’s two-day event are Doja Cat and Disclosure. As NME notes, this will be Doja’s first time headlining a UK festival. The festival is set to go down on June 8 and 9 at Heaton Park in Manchester, UK.
Elsewhere on the lineup are Kaytranada, Four Tet, Mahalia, J Hus, Sugababes, Becky Hill, Anne-Marie, Rudimental, CamelPhat, Nia Archives, Peggy Gou, Ella Henderson, Skream, Sub Focus, Digga D, and plenty more.

Every week, Billboard unveils the top 10 songs on the latest Hot 100 chart. The most recent rankings, for the chart dated January 27, are out now, so let’s run down who had this week’s biggest hits.
10. 21 Savage, Travis Scott, and Metro Boomin — “Née-nah”
21 Savage’s new album American Dream made a splash on the Hot 100 in its opening week, as the rapper has two songs in this week’s top 10: This Travis Scott and Metro Boomin collab, and another song coming up on this list.
9. SZA — “Snooze”
While SZA’s No.-2-peaking “Snooze” appears to be on its way out of the top 10, it remains at No. 1 on the Hot R&B Songs chart for a 25th week.
8. Teddy Swims — “Lose Control”
Last week was a major career milestone for Teddy Swims, as “Lose Control” became his first top-10 single. It debuted at No. 8 and hangs onto that same spot this week.
7. Doja Cat — “Paint The Town Red”
A former No. 1 for three total weeks, “Paint The Town Red” had a slight slide this week, down from No. 5 to No. 7.
Another former No. 1 (but for just one week), Bryan and Musgraves’ collab is hanging around the top 10 still, at No. 6.
5. 21 Savage — “Redrum”
And here’s the other new Savage song in the top 10. Notably, “Redrum” is Savage’s first top-10 single that features no other artist beside himself.
4. Tate McRae — “Greedy”
The current all-time high for McRae sits at No. 3, a spot it held last week, so it had a slight demotion in the latest frame.
3. Taylor Swift — “Cruel Summer”
The staying power of Swift’s 2019 single “Cruel Summer” has been phenomenal, as it’s been in the top 3 of that chart for what feels like forever at this point.
2. Jack Harlow — “Lovin On Me”
“Lovin On Me” previously spent three weeks at No. 1, but this week, it made way for a new champion.
1. Ariana Grande — “Yes, And?”
Grande has the first song released in 2024 to hit No. 1 on the Hot 100. “Yes, And?” is Grande’s eighth chart-topper of her career, and if you want to get super granular with the trivia, it’s the first No. 1 song with the word “yes” in its title.

Pitchfork has been a consistent presence in the lives of many music fans, as the website launched in 1996 and has long been one of the most popular music journalism brands. (They also launched the annual Pitchfork Music Festival in 2006.) The publication has undergone some changes along the way, though, most notably being sold to Condé Nast (which also owns publications like Vogue, The New Yorker, GQ, Vanity Fair, Wired, and more) in 2015. Now, it looks like another new era at Pitchfork has just begun.
What’s happening with Pitchfork and GQ?
In a tweet on January 17, media reporter Max Tani shared a note sent by Condé Nast management to staff. The message indicates that Pitchfork will have some sort of merger with GQ. It also says that some Pitchfork employees are no longer with the company effective today (January 17), apparently including Puja Patel, who was the site’s editor in chief.
The message — signed by Anna Wintour, Condé Nast’s chief content officer and global editorial director of Vogue — reads:
“Dear all,
Today we are evolving our Pitchfork team structure by bringing the team into the GQ organization. This decision was made after a careful evaluation of Pitchfork’s performance and what we believe is the best path forward for the brand so that our coverage of music can continue to thrive within the company. Both Pitchfork and GQ have unique and valuable ways that they approach music journalism, and we are excited for the new possibilities together.
With these organizational changes, some of our Pitchfork colleagues will be leaving the company today. I want to thank Puja for her leadership of the title over the last five years. She has been a wonderful colleague and advocate for the brand, and I’m grateful for her and the team’s many contributions.
Members of the Pitchfork team will hear more about their reporting structure in meetings this week. There are no additional changes at this time as we focus on our internal team structure and operations. We will of course keep this team updated first when any new decisions are made about the transition.
Anna.”
As Variety reports, features editor Jill Mapes is among those no longer with Pitchfork, as Mapes revealed on X (formerly Twitter). Variety also notes, “A rep for Condé Nast did not have information on how many Pitchfork staffers are being let go.” Associate news director Evan Minsker also revealed he was laid off.
Meanwhile, Tani noted in response to a question about Pitchfork’s future, “Pitchfork is going to continue publishing, but future seems unclear medium/long term. I’m told this was a business side decision, advertising is stronger at other Conde brands like GQ. But don’t have much more info yet…”
Officially, there has been no announcement about specifically how Pitchfork will exist and operate going forward.
