Diddy’s legal team is asking for his release. In a court-submitted letter, Diddy’s team pens, “This letter will walk the Court through a series of actions taken by Mr. Combs over the past six months that prove that he is not a risk of flight or a danger to anyone in the community.”

In addition, Diddy and his team are offering a bail package of $50 million. The document highlights that Diddy paid off the remaining $18 million of his Star Island Miami home to use it as collateral for bail conditions.

The full indictment against Sean “Diddy” Combs has been made available online, shedding light on the extensive allegations against him following the March 2024 raids of his Miami and Los Angeles homes. According to the indictment, law enforcement officials seized “various Freak Off supplies,” including narcotics and over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant.

The indictment describes the “Freak Off” events as “elaborate and produced sex performances” that Combs orchestrated, directed, and participated in, often recording these activities electronically. It also notes that Diddy had IV fluids on hand for recovery from drug use.

Diddy faces serious drug charges, including intent to distribute cocaine, oxycodone, Xanax, CHB, MDMA, and ketamine. Additionally, authorities found three AR-15 rifles with scrubbed serial numbers and a drum magazine in his possession.

The indictment spans from 2008 to the present and includes allegations against Combs’ business associates for illegal activities such as sex trafficking, forced labor, interstate transportation for prostitution, coercion, and other offenses. The document suggests that Combs’ company, initially established for media and entertainment, also facilitated his sexual gratification.

Diddy remains in custody and is scheduled to have his charges read in court on Tuesday. His lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, has vowed to “fight like hell” to secure bail for the music mogul.

Pharrell’s ‘Vote Or Die’ Campaign Photo Resurfaces After His Controversial Comments On Celebrities In Politics

As annoying as social media has made some things, there’s one place the concept still absolutely excels: Hoisting goofballs on their own petards with a timely “this you?”

Pharrell may have some egg on his face after claiming “I don’t do politics” in a recent interview. After decrying celebrities who “tell you who to vote for” — at a time when the fabric of democracy of itself is on the line — fans were quick to remind the producer that he does, in fact, “do politics,” pulling up his photos for the “Vote Or Die!” campaign of 2004 on Twitter. They also resurfaced a tweet from Pharrell’s account endorsing former NFL player Aaron Rouse for Virginia State Senator in a special election in 2022. “Virginia! Let your voice be heard, VOTE NOW,” he wrote, adding a very clear suggestion of whom to vote for with a #TeamRouse hashtag (were we still doing those in ’22?).

Speaking of choosing sides, Pharrell’s antics of late might just have fans claiming #TeamChad in Hugo’s lawsuit against his former production partner for control over The Neptunes name. There’s no telling how Pharrell’s upcoming Lego-animated biopic Piece By Piece will affect that outcome, other than continuing to convince people that Pharrell Williams might just be a deeply unserious person.

During Diddy’s Home Raids, Feds Seized Everything From Illegal Guns To 1,000 Bottles Of Baby Oil

As the indictment against Sean “Diddy” Combs was unsealed today, more information has been revealed about the home raids that preceded his eventual arrest earlier this week. The indictment, which charges the music mogul with racketeering conspiracy; sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and transportation to engage in prostitution, also lists some of the items that were seized by federal agents in those raids.

In addition to three AR-15 rifles with defaced serial numbers and a drum magazine, the document also lists “1,000 bottles of baby oil” as one of the items seized — which, of course, has raised eyebrows among commenters on social media. However, their presence is also explained in the indictment, which alleges that Diddy kept employees on his payroll for the purposes of scheduling his so-called “Freak Offs,” securing supplies for those parties — including sex workers, lube, extra linens, drugs, and the aforementioned baby oil — and cleaning up after them. These parties, which could last for days, often resulted in participants being given fluids via IV to recover, which those assistants were also in charge of procuring.

Diddy is accused of using various methods of coercion, including threats of violence and blackmail, via secret tapes made during the sex parties, to keep the participants in line. The racketeering charge stems from his allegedly using his vast business empire to fund these activities.

Diddy Pleads Not Guilty To All Charges

According to a breaking news report from TMZ, Diddy is pleading not guilty to all of the charges put upon him. Obviously, this is something that no one should be taken aback by. The multi-media figure and rapper was hit with three charges earlier today, including “racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution”. All of this has been transpiring within Manhattan, New York, with his arrest occurring late yesterday.

He has yet to be convicted, but the potential outcomes are extreme. As it stands, he is currently facing a minimum of 15 years, with a statutory maximum of life behind bars. Of course, Diddy is not wanting anything to do with that, which is why he offered a $50,000,000 bail package. It includes selling his $48,000,000 Miami home, in addition his mother’s house in the same city. Furthermore, he’s even willing to limit where he can travel, which is trimmed down to just certain districts of Florida and New York.

TMZ is also reporting that prosecutors feel Diddy is too much of loose cannon to just let him walk on bail. At the moment, judge has not yet come to a decision on whether not that’s a real possibility. With that in mind, there’s still a lot to come. So, be sure to stick around for breaking updates.

What are your thoughts on Diddy pleading not guilty to all charges? What do you think is next for him? Do you think prosecutors will take the bail package, why or why not? Jemele Hill took a more serious response to the trend, writing: “I know everybody is going to get these jokes off about Diddy, and by extension R Kelly, but think of the numerous Black women whose lives were ruined by these horrendous people. The narrative is not, another Black man got taken down — cause this ain’t got sh*t to do with Black men as a whole. The narrative is, thank God these women are finally getting the justice they deserve.”
