Marilyn Manson is expected to turn himself for outstanding warrants, the LAPD said. The musician is facing two counts of Class A Misdemeanor Simple Assault that are the result of incidents that happened in Gilford, New Hampshire. The warrants were initially drafted by the Gilford Police Department in New Hampshire, but have been transferred to Los Angeles. These alleged assaults are just one of many that Manson is being accused of.

The initial incident that involves the allegations surrounding Marilyn Manson took place on August 18th, 2019. Manson was performing at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavillion when the attacks allegedly took place. According to accounts from local law enforcement, a videographer who was working at the concert claims that they were spat on during a segment of the concert where Manson incited a mosh pit.

While speaking with USA Today, Manson’s lawyer, Howard King, says that Manson and his team have known about the warrants for a while.”It is no secret to anyone who has attended a Marilyn Manson concert that he likes to be provocative on stage, especially in front of a camera,” King declared. “This misdemeanor claim was pursued after we received a demand from a venue videographer for more than $35,000 after a small amount of spit came into contact with their arm. After we asked for evidence of any alleged damages, we never received a reply.”

Though Marilyn Manson is expected to turn himself in, his court date will be arranged by the Gilford Police Department in New Hampshire. The Gilford Chief of Police, Tony Burpee, has also spoken with USA Today. “If Mr. Warner turns himself in within the next few weeks, his initial appearance/arraignment will likely be scheduled for mid-August,” Burpee stated to the publication.

The embattled musician continues to face the law as more allegations pile up against him. Not only does Manson have the physical assault charges from New Hampshire, but he’s also been accused of sexual assault, as well. Earlier this year, actresses Evan Rachel Wood and Esme Bianco have accused him of sexual assault. His other reported victims include his former assistant, Ashley Walters, and famed adult film actress Jenna Jameson.

Alex Smith came back from one of the worst injuries that have ever been witnessed in sports. Smith underwent rehabilitation of tibia and fibula fractures that were further complicated by an aggressive infection. He could have died. But Smith made his way back into the starting lineup last year before retiring in the off-season. Now, the veteran quarterback is placing his bets on Dak Prescott. 

“Dak is, I think, one of the most unique athletes in the NFL – and I really think that from like a freakish perspective,” Smith told USA Today. “He is such a strong, powerful, such a good athlete. So I really expect him to come back and be rolling. Then you add that on to his fortitude and mental perspective? I think he’s going to have a huge, huge year.” Dak claims that he’s over the injury and ready to keep it rolling. 

“People think about the physical part, him doing his rehab,” stated Smith. “Is he going to be as fast, as strong, as agile? So much of that when you step on the field at that level is confidence, right? I think you do, in the process, have to break down those walls that you’ve built up through your injury. I think it’s important to do that before you step on the field. So it is good to hear him say that.”

The on-going internet beef between Tekashi 6ix9ine and Lil Durk continues to escalate and this time Tekashi is trolling Lil Durk by saying he would destroy the Chicago rapper in the boxing ring. 

While talking about LA rapper Blueface’s upcoming boxing match with TikTok comedian Kane Trujillo yesterday during a phone call, which by the way he said was the only time people talked about Blueface, Tekashi of course transitioned to Lil Durk, getting mad disrespectful and saying he would “eat Lil Durk” alive in the boxing ring and “violate him on King Von’s grave” when asked.

“You get Lil Durk in the ring right now, I’m eating him alive. I will violate him on King Von’s grave,” Tekashi says in the clip below (2nd slide).

Tekashi has since left a comment under TheShadeRoom’s post, saying: “I love how ya favorite rapper raps about gangsta sh*t but when all his friends die around him he does nothing about it. Argue with your dirrtyyyy family.” 

This latest attack comes just a couple weeks after Tekashi was mad disrespectful towards Durk losing his brother OTF DThang. 6ix9ine commented under the news, “@lildurk tell the truth about yo Gang man they really dyin,” with laughing emojis littered throughout. He also commented on a separate post saying “@lildurk stop the senseless violence.”

After the end of her seemingly-fairytale marriage with Love & Hip Hop co-star Safaree, Erica is still holding her head up high and preparing to welcome her second child with her now-ex.

The reality-TV couple have been constantly surrounded by scandal, admittedly, sometimes of their own creation. As of late, the drama has evolved into a real divorce and custody battle over their daughter, Safire, and unborn child. 

Safaree has been creating an uproar beyond dissolving his relationship with Erica, with rumors that another woman may be expecting his child. As if that wasn’t enough, the rapper recently announced that he is preparing to bleach his skin.

As we reported, the stress has apparently become too much for the expecting mother, causing complications with her pregnancy. Erica even told long-time critic Wendy Williams she was right all along about the couple’s messy relationship.

Erica has been very active on her Instagram throughout the chaotic recent weeks, sending out what seems to be indirect messages to Safaree, sharing quotes about struggling. Among her recent ones with pointed undertones: “You’re rare, so people are going to fall in love with the idea of having you, but most of them aren’t used to rare, they’re foreign to it, so they’ll lack the capacity to treat you as such. And that’s where they lose you.”

She wrote alongside it, “Protection of my heart is all I crave from now on.”

Serena Williams is already a four-time Olympic gold medalist. However, the super athlete, businesswoman, and mother has decided to opt-out of the global competition this year. The Tokyo Olympics were initially set for 2020, but the pandemic forced things to be pushed back until 2021. Williams is currently looking to secure her 8th Wimbledon trophy. She will face Aliaksandra Sasnovich of Belarus Tuesday. While at Wimbledon, Williams revealed that she would not be traveling to Tokyo. However, her reasons remain unclear.

“I’m actually not on the Olympic list, not that I’m aware of,” she said. “If so, then I shouldn’t be on it,” she added. The icon continued on to state, “there’s a lot of reasons that I made my Olympic decision. I don’t really want to. I don’t feel like going into them today. Maybe another day. Sorry.”

Although she doesn’t seem impressed with the global competition, she did reveal that she did at least once love it. “I have not thought about it. In the past [the Olympics] has been a wonderful place for me. I really haven’t thought about it, so I’m going to keep not thinking about it,” Williams concluded. Naomi Osaka, who famously withdrew from Wimbledon, will compete in the Olympics this year.  

Verzuz still isn’t losing steam by any means. In fact, the showdowns are getting even better since live audiences can now join the festivities. Last night, Soulja Boy and Bow Wow faced off against each other for an epic battle of the mid-2000s where the two rappers played their biggest hits. Bow Wow even hit the Harlem Shake one time, and it seems that alone was enough for some to deem him the winner of the evening.

Last night’s Verzuz was a reminder of both artists’ contributions to the culture on a larger scale. Even Drake was in the comments last night tuning into the madness. The Canadian rapper made sure to pay homage to Soulja Boy’s iconic “DRAAAAAKE?!?” moment before revealing that he would’ve shown face at the event. “He shoulda hit me I woulda popped out for this on god,” wrote Drake during the evening.

 Of course, Drake became a component of the battle, even if he wasn’t physically present. Despite Drake’s praise for Bow Wow earlier in the year, Soulja Boy quickly reminded his opponent that he never had a song with Drake then proceeded to perform “We Made It.”

It was a celebratory moment for all but Drake did take a moment to pay his respect to both Soulja Boy and Bow Wow with a throwback flick to the three rappers, along with Trey Songz. It was reposted by Elliott Wilson who found Drake in the comments explaining the origin story and vouching that Big Draco was truly the first to do everything. 

“Soulja was showing us how to use U Stream,” Drake commented.

Former Bad Boy rapper Shyne has been heavily involved in politics in Belize. Last year, he was elected in the nation’s House of Representatives. Now, he has ascended to a party leader. Shyne shared on his Instagram that he just became the leader of the Opposition Party.

“Officially Sworn in as Leader of the Opposition for Belize,” he wrote as the caption to an image of him signing documents. “Thank Gd for the perseverance and iron will to continue on to this point despite all challenges and difficulties,” he continued. 

Shyne got his shot at the top position when a video surfaced of former Leader of the Opposition, Patrick Faber, charging toward the mother of his 2-year-old daughter. Faber was removed from the position.

“It is not a matter of, well the video is not incriminating to the extent of filing criminal charges,” Shyne said of the video. “It is clear what we saw in that video, there was a violent, there was a back and forth and a contemplation, then a violent surge towards a mother and her child. So we as an institution have to make a decision, do we protect Patrick Faber or do we protect the institution and our credibility and our quest to re-engage the public and to restore their trust and confidence in us so that we can be the alternative to what is happening now.”

It looks like Nicki Minaj may be getting ready to drop off some unreleased music soon. On Saturday night, the Queen Barb took to her IG story to preview an old song for fans that she reportedly recorded over 4 years ago. From what we can hear, London On Da Track is responsible for the production, meanwhile Future maybe a guest feature on it according to Genius.

The song is tentatively called “Big Barbie” and finds Nicki referencing the term “big barbie” and name dropping Playboi Carti in the process, rapping: “In the space coupe, finna meet Marty/ Big Barbie, in a pink ‘Rari/ A milli on the rock, Playboy Carti/ Billion dollar pussy, put it out in Saudi.” Check out the preview (below) and let us know what you think.

Tyler, The Creator is fresh off of his latest body of work, Call Me If You Get Lost. Once again, Tyler, The Creator delivered a whole new sound that focuses just as much on his bars as it does his production. That being said, it was also an excellent display of how brilliant Tyler is as a producer, especially when working with artists outside of his immediate circle. 42 Dugg appears on the song “LEMONHEAD,” a collaboration that seems surprising but shouldn’t be, considering how much love Tyler had for Lil Baby’s “We Paid” featuring the Detroit rapper.

Ahead of the album’s release, Tyler, The Creator shared short snippets of records from the project. “WUSYANAME” didn’t include the NBA Youngboy verse that’s now on the album version but copyright takedowns revealed that the “Make No Sense” rapper appeared on the track with Ty Dolla $ign. 

On Twitter, Tyler fielded questions from fans regarding the album including some insight into the collab with NBA Youngboy. A fan asked how Tyler managed to secure that verse. The OF frontman didn’t provide a response for that but he did praise NBA Youngboy. “hes a sweet heart man, sending love to youngboy, such an interesting person,” he wrote.

Tyler later added that NBA Youngboy’s verse was among the highlights on the project for him, specifically, “when nba says ‘think soooo.'”
