Lil Pump’s Acrylic Nails Get Shut Down By Kodak Black: “I’mma Block You”

It seems that Lil Pump’s latest look didn’t receive the stamp of approval by Kodak Black. The two Florida rappers are often saying or doing outlandish things to catch the attention of social media in hopes of going viral, and Lil Pump recently did just that. The “Gucci Gang” rapper appeared online sporting his new long, pointy, acrylic nails, and he made sure to show that his toenail polish matched his hands. The look attained a slew of responses from critics, including Kodak Black who told his friend to chill out.

“Look Pump. Hey, what’s up Lil Pump? I’m mad at you lil’ bruh,” Kodak said during an Instagram Live session. “Don’t be doing all that fingernail polish bullsh*t, man. Leave that for Lil Yachty, man. I’m sayin’? Don’t do that sh*t Lil Pump. See, when Lil Yachty do that sh*t, he be like for fun though, when you do that sh*t Lil Pump, it’s like you serious. Stop that sh*t Lil Pump. I’mma block you. I’mma block you over that sh*t.”

He added that he was allowed to deliver the message to Pump the way he did because the rapper is like Kodak’s “lil’ bro.” Check out the clip and a look at Lil Pump’s acrylics below.

Justin Bieber Croons His Way Through “As I Am” Ft. Khalid

There aren’t many features on Justin Bieber’s Justice, but fans are loving his pop-ballad with fellow award-winning singer Khalid. The two artists joined forces on “As I Am,” a track where we find Bieber once again coming to terms with the mistakes of his past and reconciling that with who he is now. The singer has stressed the importance of Justice and expressed that the message the project carries goes beyond music.

“I love this song because it has a really hopeful message,” Bieber told Vogue. “A lot of us, including me at times, have felt unworthy of love and so [the hook] is saying, ‘Take me as I am and I’ll do the best that I can.’ It’s that commitment that I personally made to my wife. I’m here through thick and thin—this is me, take it or leave it.” Stream “As I Am” and let us know your thoughts.

Quotable Lyrics

By myself sometimes, to give my mind some space
Yeah, I know, yeah, I know that it hurts when I push your love away
I hate myself
I wanna tell you lies, so your heart won’t break
Yeah, I know, yeah, I know that I made my fair share of mistakes

Michael Jackson’s Son Prince Recalls Realizing His Father Was Famous

It isn’t every day that Michael Jackson’s children sit down for interviews, but eldest son Prince Jackson, born Michael Joseph Jackson II, did just that when he chatted virtually with The Mix. The Foux Soul show has several hosts including Zonnique Pullins and Romeo Miller, and recently, Prince appeared on the series to discuss his Heal Los Angeles Foundation charity and, of course, chat about his music legend father who passed away in 2009.

The hosts wanted to know if the Jackson kids, like children all over the world, ever got together when they were younger to dance to their father’s hits. “Of course,” Prince said with a laugh. “I haven’t actually met someone who hasn’t, to be honest. Always great to hear, but my favorite memory I have [is] one with my sister [Paris Jackson], my brother [Bigi Jackson] was in the room, but it was my sister and we were worked up about like, saving the animals, and we did a protest in our bedroom listening to ‘They Don’t Care About Us.'”

Elsewhere, the 24-year-old celebrity kid shared what it was like growing up in not only a famous family but one with an unprecedented Motown legacy. “A lot of people ask me this question [and] I think it comes off like, oh, it was an aha moment where it just kinda clicked and everybody was like, oh, my family’s famous,” Prince answered.

“But it’s really more like, there was little seeds as I was growing up and getting older and I saw that people would follow us around and people would just wanna reach out and touch my dad,” he continued. “It was really when I was around ten or eleven in the Middle East when I was watching a video of my father performing and I don’t remember the name of the tour, it may have been the History Tour. He was performing outside and you see this sea of people and there’s people fainting in the audience.”

Prince joked that he later asked his uber-famous father what it was all about because he didn’t feel like fainting in his presence. Watch the 12-minute interview in full below.

Gary Owen & Wife Kenya Duke File For Divorce After 18 Years: Report

He’s often used the dynamic of his interracial marriage as the crux of his stand-up routines, but it looks as if the relationship has come to an end. Veteran comedian Gary Owen has built his brand off of his quips about being a White man immersed in Black culture, and while he’s a celebrity that stays relatively unproblematic, he made headlines on Friday (March 19) after it was announced that he and his wife of 18 years, Kenya Duke, filed for divorce.

According to TMZ, The couple married back in 2003 and share two sons and one daughter who reportedly are adults because the court documents show that they don’t have children that are minors. The outlet didn’t share the cause of the split and neither party has issued a statement about the news of their personal matters being shared publicly.

Last year, just ahead of the pandemic, Kenya shared a photo of herself with her husband along with a loving message about their bond. “This is what it looks to give ZERO f**ks about what people say. We are out here living our best life, laughing and loving.” Check out a few more family photos below.

Cyn Santana Supports Saweetie, Tweets About “Lying” & “Cheating” Ex

The breakup between Saweetie and Quavo has received an overwhelming response from fans, but it’s the comments by fellow celebrities that have stirred the pot. After blogs noticed that Saweetie and her Migos rapper beau were not long following each other, the Pretty B*tch Music artist revealed that they were no longer together. “I’m single. I’ve endured too much betrayal and hurt behind the scenes for a false narrative to be circulating that degrades my character,” Saweetie tweeted. “Presents don’t band aid scars and the love isn’t real when the intimacy is given to other women.”

Someone who seemed to identify with Saweetie’s current state of events is Love & Hip Hop New York star Cyn Santana who retweeted Saweetie’s announcement with a message of her own. “The love isn’t real when the intimacy is given to other women” mannnnnnnn. Listen,” wrote Cyn, later adding, “That sh*t feel SO good when you leave a cheating ass ungrateful ass lying ass selfish ass dirty d*ck ass dusty ass bum of a man. Go be a liberating Queen and leave his ass sis!!! YOU the prize really [blushing smiling emoji].”

Saweetie also stated that she’d mentally check out of her romance with Quavo a while ago, and a Twitter user asked Cyn how someone can be disconnected and stay in their relationship. Cyn replied, “We just need a lil time to get the roster right baby.” Quavo responded to Saweetie sharing their personal business with the world, and she told him to “take care.” It looks as if Joe Budden, Cyn’s ex-fiancé and the father of her son, was paying attention.

“Hope everyone is taking care!!!” Budden tweeted. Check it out below.

After a viral video showing the disparaging differences between the men’s and women’s NCAA gym circulated, Nick Young is finding his name at the center of controversy. It’s March Madness which means we’re in the thick of college basketball mania, but over on TikTok, Oregon Ducks’ Sedona Prince shared that the women’s weight room was only a set of barbells, while the men’s workout area was a full-on facility with all the bells and whistles. Professional sports players like Steph Curry chimed in to condemn the NCAA for discriminating against the ladies, but Nick Young’s response set the internet on fire.

On Instagram, ESPN shared the clip and Young slid in the comments. “Man y’all not bringing the big bucks y’all the JV team and it’s cool,” Young remarked.
