Lamar Jackson Explains Why He Refuses To Get COVID-19 Vaccine

With the NFL season starting in just about a month from now, the league has been having issues when it comes to getting people vaccinated. There are various players out there who refuse to get the COVID-19 vaccine as they believe it could be harmful to their bodies. This has turned into a huge debate around league circles, and many are frustrated with the penalties that could come with not being jabbed.

The NFL isn’t messing around this year as teams could face steep fines and forfeits if unvaccinated players lead to an outbreak throughout the team. Needless to say, there is a lot of risk this season, and some players are remaining stubborn about their beliefs.

One of those players is quarterback Lamar Jackson, who has battled COVID on two separate occasions. Recently, the NFL star was asked if he would ever consider changing his stance on the vaccine, although, at this point, that doesn’t seem likely.

“I feel it’s a personal decision,” Jackson said. “I’m just going to keep my feelings to my family and myself. I’m focused on getting better right now. I can’t dwell on that right now .. how everybody else feels.”

Jackson’s mentality is one that is shared by various other players around the league who feel like the vaccine isn’t important right now. This could very well continue to be an issue for the NFL, and only time will tell just how bad COVID could get within the league this year.

Lizzo Confirms Cardi B Will Feature On “Rumors”

It’s been a while since we heard some new music from Lizzo and Cardi B, whose last albums were released in 2019 and 2018 respectively. Now, that’s not to say it’s not appreciated when an artist takes their time to craft something truly special — but in all fairness, many fans have been waiting to see how Cardi and Lizzo bounce back on their follow-up efforts.

Now, it would appear as if the time has come for at least one rollout to kick off. Lizzo has officially set a date for her triumphant return, confirming that her new single “Rumors” will be dropping this Friday, August 13th.

The jovial singer took to Instagram to unveil that Cardi B will be joining her for the big release, sharing a clip of an amusing FaceTime call to ring in the news. “RAND RISING MUTHAFUCKASSSSS…. GUESS WHOS HOPPIN ON ‘RUMORS’ W/ ME?!?” she captions, while Cardi builds further hype in the comment section: “you really think they ready?”

Mere moments ago, Lizzo came through to share the single artwork, which looks about exactly how you might expect. In other words, look for “Rumors” to bring plenty of signature confidence, sex appeal, and devil-may-care attitude from the pair of commercial superstars. Though the track is technically a Lizzo single, it wouldn’t be surprising if it served a two-birds, one-stone type of purpose, kicking off an album rollout for both parties.

Check out the cover art and FaceTime exchange below, and look for “Rumors” to land this coming Friday.

Kooda B Responds To 6ix9ine Claiming That He Told On Himself

Tekashi 6ix9ine is out for blood or at least some relevance. The rapper has been running amuck this past weekend following his Clubhouse conversation with Wack 100, 21 Savage, and several others. Though the majority of the discourse surrounded Wack’s threats to 21 Savage, there were a few moments where 6ix9ine was confronted about his decision to cooperate with authorities. At one point, 6ix9ine finally addressed flipping on Kooda B.

“If you read the article, Kooda B told on himself. Kooda B pointed out the shooter. I paid Kooda B to shoot at Chief Keef,” 6ix9ine admitted on the public forum. He eventually pulled up the article stating that Kooda B pleaded guilty to accepting money from 6ix9ine in exchange for shooting at Chief Keef.

“He’s a rat. Kooda B’s a rat. He a street n***a, right?” Wack asked.

Though locked up, Kooda B called up a friend to relay his defense against the allegations that he cooperated with authorities. “Ayo, ayo, word to my mother. I’m not doing no back-and-forth thing. I don’t do the back-and-forth thing, you heard?” He said over the phone. “And I got my paperwork right now. I’m in the spot, Gucci. N***as know my body. Always good anywhere I go. My paperwork is good. Kooda B did not cooperate.”

Later on, he also denied being part of the gang. Check the clip out below.

Nick Cannon Elaborates On Baby Mama Situation & His Current Mindset

The controversial comedian took advantage of the chance to speak his truth on The Breakfast Club Monday morning. Nick touched on everything from his dynamics with his baby mamas to his advice for DaBaby after the NC rapper’s latest fumble at Rolling Loud.

Nick addressed the elephant in the room first — the three kids he had within six months, with two different women. Charlamagne and DJ Envy poked at the Wild N’ Out Host, asking, “well how many kids do you want Nick?” to which he responded, “the idea of being the best father, if I can continue to do it why not. I don’t have a problem with producing new life.”

He explained, “Women are blessing us. Those women, and all women, are the ones that open themselves up to say, ‘I would like allow this man in my world, and I will birth this child.’ It ain’t my decision, I will follow suit.”

The actor certainly kept it 100, elaborating further on his relationship and history with Mariah Carey, and what he learned from the singer.

He added after, “There’s some women in my life that also move how I move, and I salute it. But those the ones I use condoms with…the side n**** is the best position.”

When speaking about the constant jokes that began to surround his latest antics, Nick mentioned the media narrative’s connection to his hit show, Wild N’ Out

He exclaimed, “I can’t wait for it, I got the toughest skin in the game… I actually appreciate every joke. That’s why I created Wild N’ Out. I been getting rich over yall talking shit about me for decades at this point.”

No stranger to scandal, Cannon embraced it by stating, “I know Imma get canceled again. Cause I talk my real shit.”

Cannon even spoke to how he stays above it all, noting, “I’ve sat back and watched this social expression of my own personal life and I’m like “oh you projecting.” You not talking about me you talking about your own situation… you can see people’s pain through social media.”

Lil Durk’s son Angelo knows what he likes, and he’s going to let the world know. This week, the nine-year-old boy tried to shoot his shot with Ari Fletcher, one of the beauty industry’s biggest socialites, and her boyfriend MoneyBagg Yo caught wind of his comments.

That happens when you’re dating one of the hottest women in entertainment right now.

While some people are urging Lil Durk to take his son’s phone away, others are very much entertained by the banter in the comments section. “Shooters gonna shoot,” said one person. “My daw a big boyyy,” affectionately said another fan.

Recently, there was some drama between MoneyBagg Yo and Ari, who shared cryptic posts alluding to their breakup on social media. They denied any issues brewing though, confirming that they were still happy together. Do you think Lil Smurkio is counting down the days until he turns eighteen so he can shoot his shot again at Ari?
