Eminem Acknowledges His Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame Induction With Help From The Minions

Earlier this month, it was announced that Eminem would be inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame in his first year of eligibility. He joins Dolly Parton, Duran Duran, Lionel Richie, Pat Benatar, Eurythmics, and Carly Simon as artists that will be inducted through the Performers category. After the announcement, The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame’s CEO Greg Harris praised Eminem during an interview with Taryn Daly of Audacy.

“For a lot of years people asked about hip hop,” he said. “He is the tenth artist to be sort of categorized that way. But you listen to his music, it is as hard-hitting and straight ahead as any metal song. It is right there. It is a chest punch with a message and with a power and with a rhythm and with a band.”

A few days after the inductees for the 2022 class were announced, we finally received a message from Eminem himself about the inclusion, and it couldn’t come in a more Eminem way. The rapper shared a cartoon image of himself standing in front of a bunch of Minions in between a message that read “The Minions congratulate Eminem. Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame 2022.”

Fans noticed that amongst the cast of Minions, there is a green one with an M on its chest and it looks extremely similar to an M&M (which is phonetically pronounced the same way as Eminem). As a result, many believe that Eminem is in some way involved in the upcoming Minions: Rise Of Guru movie which arrives in theatres on July 1. It’s also not the first time that Eminem has promoted the movie as he did so at the end of March with a trailer that featured “Lose Yourself” playing in the background.

Chris Brown Shows Love To His Three Baby Mothers On Mother’s Day

Chris Brown, father of three, shared a sweet post for the mothers of his children. The singer made a collage recognizing Nia Guzman, Ammika Harris, and Diamond Brown. The picture shows all three women with their kids, and he captioned it by saying, “Happy [Mother’s] Day. I love my tribe.”

Nia is the mother of Chris’ oldest, Royalty Brown (7). Ammika Harris gave birth to Aeko Brown (2). Diamon Brown birthed his youngest, Lovely Brown (four months). The entertainer has always shown his kids off on social media and seems to be very present in their lives.

It’s good to see the 33-year-old getting along with his baby mother’s considering they haven’t always had the best relationship. Years ago, the singer was accused of skipping out on child-support payments for his first child. At the time, he and Nia publicly argued over the matter on social media.

In recent news regarding the “No Guidance” artist, it seems that A$AP Rocky shaded him in his recent single. A$AP rapped, “I don’t beat my b*tch. I need my b*tch.” Many felt that he was throwing shots at CB given the physical altercation he got in with his, now fiancé, Rihanna. Something else that gave it away was that the song was released on Chris’ birthday, May 5.

Pardison Fontaine Throws Megan Thee Stallion Around With Ease On The Dance Floor: Watch

Pardison Fontaine and Megan Thee Stallion know how to turn up. Earlier this weekend, the musical couple was spotted in New York City, where Thee Hot Girl was hosting a party in celebration of her latest single, “Plan B,” which she debuted during her Coachella set last month.

Cameras caught the couple packing on the PDA – at one point the “Backin’ It Up” collaborator even picked up his 5’10” tall girlfriend, bouncing her up and down against his hip thrusts with ease as she wrapped her arms around him, seemingly having the time of her life.

According to TMZ, Pardi also picked MTS up and carried her upstairs where they continued their antics, the “Savage” singer twerking away as her man put his face in closer to get a taste.

Later in the evening, Thee Stallion performed her Mike Dean-produced single, on which she throws shade at the previous men in her life who have done her dirty. As she rapped and danced for the amped-up crowd, Pardison cheered her on from behind.

At the end of 2021, we saw the 27-year-old get absolutely spoiled by her man following her college graduation, although it wasn’t long after that that the pair was hit with breakup rumours. They’ve put on a united front since then, and things seem to be going better than ever for them if their recent night on the dance floor is any indication.

Most recently, Pardi found himself clashing with Tory Lanez on Twitter over his ongoing legal battle with the Houston Hottie – read more about that here, and tap back in with HNHH later for more pop culture news updates.

Roddy Ricch Forgets “The Box” Lyrics While Performing

23-year-old rapper, Roddy Ricch, got a little confused while performing on stage recently. Video footage captured the Compton artist delivering a set in which he rapped his hit song “The Box.” As he began to rap the first verse, he seemed to have forgotten the words.

He was supposed to have rhymed, “I was out back where the stash at/Cruise the city in a bulletproof Cadillac/‘Cause I know these n*ggas after where the bag at/Gotta move smarter, gotta move harder.” Instead, he turned his back to the crowd and moved his hands to the beat. Making eye contact with his crew, the artist flashed a smile once he realized what he had done.

It can be assumed that he wanted the crowd to fill in the blanks. Right before the verse started, he said into the microphone, “What you say?” However, they didn’t join in, which led to him having to stop and think of the lyrics. Eventually, though, he caught on and started back up with his performance.

The Please Excuse Me for Being Antisocial artist has been releasing snippets of new music following hate from fans online. His most recent album Live Life Fast didn’t exactly blow fans away, but he’s determined to change their mind with his upcoming projects.

Maralee Nichols Shares Sweet Photo With Her & Tristan Thompson’s Baby On Mother’s Day

If anyone’s got a lot of “Happy Mother’s Day” texts to send today, it’s Tristan Thompson. As you already know, earlier this year the Canadian athlete admitted to fathering a child with his third baby mama, Maralee Nichols, although from the looks of her Instagram page, she’s spending the holiday alone with her son this year.

“Thank you for choosing me to be your mommy,” the model captioned her most recent upload, which finds her sitting on the floor in a beautiful flowy, beige dress, her baby boy tucked in her arms with his face shielded from the camera.

“Being your mommy is my greatest blessing,” Nichols continued. “Words cannot express how much I love you. You are my world. Happy Mother’s Day to all of the amazing mothers out there!”

It’s been several months since Thompson’s youngest child was born, although the world has yet to be introduced to his face. The mother of one has shared several sweet but sneaky snapshots of her baby celebrating holidays like Christmas and Easter, and it’s likely only a matter of time until we get to see what he looks like.

It looks like the Brampton-born father of three’s other baby mamas are keeping their celebrations more low-key (so far, anyway). Khloé Kardashian – mother of True – shared a simple photo of some beautiful flowers on her Instagram Story earlier this weekend, and Jordyn Craig has been out and about in style; check it out below, and tap back in with HNHH later for more pop culture news updates.

Stevie J Admits To Humiliating Faith Evans In Mother’s Day Post

Stevie J and his now ex-wife, Faith Evans, have not had the easiest relationship. It was revealed that the two tied the knot in a Las Vegas hotel room back in 2018, and since then, their troubles have been made public. In fact, just one day after their marriage was publicized, the Hit Man was accused of cheating on his new wife with both men and women.

From there on out, the two had their fair share of ups and downs. Between getting tattoos to symbolize their love for each other, facing domestic abuse charges, and showing up to red carpet events looking madly in love, the industry couple has confused the media multiple times.

The two finally called it quits in 2021 when Stevie filed for divorce. However, it seems that the former Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star misses his old flame. Today, he shared a Mother’s Day post and owned up to the wrongdoings he committed during their marriage.

He wrote a lengthy caption that started off by saying, “Faith Rene Jordan I’ve hurt you, disrespected you and humiliated you in front of the world.” The father of six went on to promise that he would respect her feelings and take better care of her heart.

He continued by saying, “I also promise to build you up even more & to communicate daily with you, respect you and love on you until you’re as happy as you were when we got married.” The 50-year-old begged for her forgiveness and expressed that he wants her back in his life.

Kanye West’s “Life Of The Party” Music Video To Premiere As Yeezy Gap Engineered By Balenciaga Ad

The last time we heard from Kanye West was just a few days ago when it was reported that he and his girlfriend Chaney Jones have headed out on a trip to Japan together. Just because he’s on the other side of the world doesn’t mean that Ye won’t come through with a surprise with his fans for Mother’s Day, though.

As Uproxx reports, the 44-year-old is due to deliver the music video for his DONDA collaboration with André 3000, “Life Of The Party,” on which both legendary lyricists share fond memories of their own mothers, later tonight.

It’s been said that, along with providing a visual for the song, the video will also be the first official TV commercial for Yeezy Gap Engineered by Balenciaga, showcasing new pieces from the “creative exploration” that will be released for purchase later this month.

So far we’ve seen Ye and the luxury fashion house collaborate on jackets and hoodies, and from the looks of the brand’s Instagram page, more outerwear will be coming soon. What we do know for sure is that the products will launch on May 25th at 9 AM EST on the Yeezy Gap website, as well as on Balenciaga’s online partners – Farfetch, Mytheresa, and Luisa Via Roma.

Since the arrival of DONDA last summer, West has shared a handful of music videos for the record’s most popular tracks, including the Grammy-nominated “Hurricane,” as well as “Heaven and Hell,” “24,” and “Come to Life,” which he was recently sued by a pastor over for the rapper’s use of an unauthorized sample – read more about that here, and tap back in with HNHH later to stream Ye’s latest visual.

Ella Mai and Latto Collab To Make Breakup Song “Didn’t Say”

On May 6, Ella Mai released her second studio album, Heart On My Sleeve. Consisting of 15 tracks, the London native adds features from Lucky Daye, Roddy Ricch, and Latto to complete her highly-anticipated album. When speaking on her sophomore journey, Ella said, “I poured my whole heart into this album, more so than ever before… let’s do it all over again.”

The third song on the project features Latto, one of the hottest female rappers on the rise. The four-minute tune has a beat similar to Ella’s past tracks– a slow R&B vibe accompanied by bass and drums. The record centers around breaking it off with a person who is no longer good for you. The title, “Didn’t Say” insinuates that their partner’s actions aren’t good enough to keep them around.

Honing in on the subject, Ella sings, “So take it, here go your nonsense. All that sh*t you hide, ain’t no need to lie.” Latto kept the same energy in the second verse as she raps, “Thinking ’bout the old you and not the sh*t you put me through. I wish I could cut these soul ties, no lie.”

Quotable Lyrics

Nothing was reciprocated
Mentally manipulated
Call when I’m intoxicated
When I’m sober, I can fake it
