Cardi B Reflects On “Outgrowing” Relationships: “I Gotta Put Myself First”

Cardi B reflected on outgrowing relationships during a pair of posts on her Instagram Story, on Monday. While she didn’t specify who she was talking about, fans are worried about her marriage to Offset.

“You know when you just out grow relationships,” Cardi began. “I’m tired of protecting peoples feelings. I GOTTA PUT MYSELF FIRST.” When No Jumper shared screenshots of the posts on Instagram, one fan commented: “Women’s excuse to either cheat or break up w a n***a n throw away the family for absolutely no reason. Smh..” Another wrote: “Man wtf did offset do, he said he’ll never leave the phone at home, he must of forgot it this time.” Others argued that Cardi could be talking about anyone, not necessarily Offset. “Who said she was talking about offset? Yall please calm down,” one commented.

Cardi’s latest posts come after she feuded with Hazel E, last week, over comments she made while speaking with Tasha K. The Love and Hip-Hop star complained that Cardi says she’s at the top of the game and doesn’t give Nicki Minaj proper credit. Cardi fired back on social media, saying that Hazel E made up the accusation. Check out Cardi’s latest post on relationships below.

As for new music from the Invasion of Privacy rapper, she recently confirmed plans to drop a second album sometime in 2024. During an interview with Ebro in the Morning in September, she explained that it was still missing some finishing touches. “Then on top of that, everything just has to be like perfect from everything because I feel like people are expecting so much,” she said at the time. Be on the lookout for further updates on Cardi B and Offset on HotNewHipHop.

Nick Cannon Speaks On Growth After Anti-Semitic Comments

Nick Cannon recently addressed how he went through a process of growth after anti-semitic comments he made in 2020. Moreover, he revealed his thoughts during a recent interview with AllHipHop, and said that he’s still undergoing that learning phase. For those unaware, Cannon’s comments about white people being “barbaric” and “true savages,” plus his praise of anti-semitic Nation of Islam leader Minister Louis Farrakhan, resulted in his long-running “Wild ‘N Out” show’s cancellation for some time. However, since then, he made significant steps to rectify his wrongs, and spoke on his personal evolution.

“Man, I’m going to be super honest with you,” he began. “That process was a growth moment for me, on so many levels as a man. And I even now, we have a podcast, myself and the CEO of the ADL, Jonathan Greenblatt, called Solutions: To Hate or Not To Hate. And it’s really talking about the equation of our two communities from two different perspectives. We voice our side, or the perspective as a Black man, and then he voices his side from a Jewish man.

Nick Cannon Addresses Anti-Semitic Comments And His Growth Away From Them

Their conversation on Cannon’s comments begins around the 16:30 mark.

“Just even that alone is helpful and educational for both communities,” the TV host continued. “And again, because that’s the thing, we can sit up here and be enraged, but if we don’t engage, what are we really doing, if we can’t even learn from one another? And clearly, we all know the issues, we all know the tropes, we all know the stereotypes. It’s just about bringing people closer together. Ultimately, nobody’s monolithic, but we’re all one organism that allows this thing to keep pumping.”

Furthermore, these remarks display acknowledgement of mistakes, a continuous reevaluation, and a desire to make things better. As such, many expressed support for the father of 12 on his journey, and the last three years clearly taught him a lot. Hopefully, when it comes to other celebrities who spewed similar rhetoric to much backlash, they can make strides to see the error of their ways as well. Regardless, check back in with HNHH for the latest news and updates on Nick Cannon.

Chris Brown’s Baby Mama Ammika Harris Shows Off Their 3-Year-Old Son’s Growth

Ammika Harris, with whom Chris Brown shares three-year-old son Aeko, recently posted his incredible growth on Instagram. Moreover, she posted a picture of him right alongside the controversial R&B singer. In fact, he seems to be taking after his father’s style with a reversed snapback, chains, baggy pants, and a stylish sweater. Furthermore, the social media influencer couldn’t help but gush at the little guy’s growth spurt and how he’s growing in relation to his dad. Unfortunately, though, her post comes just days after they got into an altercation with Tommie Lee.

Before getting into that, Harris put family above all in her post. “Fresh little guy,” she captioned the picture. “He 3 [years old] and half of his dads size lol.” While it’s a wholesome post out of context, she also posted a picture of him about a week ago, right before her fight with Tommie Lee made headlines. Moreover, it seems like someone closed the door on Lee after she saw Aeko backstage at a Chris Brown show and she tried to break it down. Later, she addressed the allegations and blamed Harris for the door slam, taking the time to perplexingly insult the 3-year-old as well. “I don’t care about your baby,” she said on IG live, addressing Ammika. “F**k your baby. And f**k his daddy, too.”

While what exactly happened during this exchange is unclear, Lee still apologized for her comments later. “I want to start off by addressing the elephant in the room,” the reality star began, “I love the children, I love the children. I just want to apologize to Chris Brown and his baby mother ‘cause it’s not my character. It started off as the, you know, friendly sport of it. It got real, it happened. We all human and I’m here to knock this ***** out at this point.”

However, her comments resulted in Instagram taking down her account for her attacks. On her business page, she said she wouldn’t go down without a fight. “Oh pls I wish I would let y’all run me off the internet,” she wrote on her other account’s Story. “Yea right the hater did what they do and my s**t took!I love when the whole world against me it actually makes me feel closer to God!!!” Regardless of your take, log back into HNHH for the latest on Chris Brown, Ammika, and the Tommie Lee drama.
