Doodie Lo Wins Defamation Case Against FTN Bae, Secures $1.25 Million

Earlier this week, Doodie Lo took to Twitter to announce that he’s come out victorious in his defamation case against his ex, FTN Bae. Reportedly, he has also secured a major payout, receiving upwards of $1 million. Doodie Lo’s suit followed FTN Bae accusing him of abusing her 5-year-old son in 2021. In March, he announced that he had won the case and was awarded over $11 million, but a judge later vacated the judgment.

“City Boys Up I Want Ever Speak On This Again I Just Won The Lawsuit 1,250,000 Don’t Play With My Name Tell Her I Said Big Ftn Shhhhh,” Doodie Lo wrote on Thursday (December 7). In September, the rapper appeared on DJ Akademiks’ Off The Record podcast, where he opened up about the impact the horrific allegations have had on his life. At the time, he revealed that the situation continued to haunt him, resulting in sleepless nights and even suicidal thoughts.

Doodie Lo Comes Out Victorious

“I still to this day bro, I ain’t slept since. Like, I ain’t slept. I go to sleep every day probably seven, eight in the morning. I still be looking at the old videos every night,” he explained. “That sh*t still f*ck my head up.” He went on, noting how he struggles to develop healthy relationships now, as struggles to trust romantic partners. “My ultimate goal is to spread awareness to those innocent of false accusations,” he shared. “I don’t wish this on my worst enemy.” 

In 2022, FTN Bae released a video stating that her previous accusations were false, claiming that Doodie Lo had taken a lie detector test and passed. “I was never trying to ruin his career or trying to get clout or nothing,” she said. “I just believed my son.” Shortly after, however, she released another video claiming that she was “manipulated and threatened to make that st*pid a** apology video.” What do you think of Doodie Lo winning his defamation case against his ex, FTN Bae? During a recent appearance on DJ Akademiks’ Off The Record podcast, Doodie Lo opened up about the allegations made against him by his ex, FTN Bae. In 2021, the OTF member was accused of molesting her 5-year-old son. Gruesome details of the alleged abuse left fans in shock, though he’s maintained his innocence.

Doodie Lo went on to file a defamation lawsuit against FTN Bae. In March of this year, he announced that he won the legal battle. He claimed that he would be awarded $11 million from his accuser. “My ultimate goal is to spread awareness to those innocent of false accusations,” he said at the time. “This issue further highlights the dark side of #MeToo: What happens when men are falsely accused?” Later that same month, however, it was reported that the judge vacated the judgement. The rapper says that FTN Bae’s claims were incredibly damaging to his mental health, revealing that at one point, he even wanted to “kill [himself].”

Doodie Lo Reacts After Judge Vacates $11M Judgment In FTN Bae Case

The legal saga between Doodie Lo and FTN Bae came to a close when the judge awarded him $11M. However, it appears like he’ll have to return to court to defend himself against the allegations of sexual abuse. The OTF maintained his innocence since FTN Bae emerged with the heinous allegations. Once the judge ruled in his favor, he immediately celebrated his victory on Instagram afterward. However, it seems as though the judge had a change of heart since then. According to All Hip Hip, the $11M judgment has now been vacated and FTN Bae will receive a new trial.

The judge awarded Doodie Lo by default after FTN Bae after she didn’t show up to court. Still, it seemed to be a failure to appear. What’s worse is that she was immediately arrested when she tried to enter the courthouse on the day of the trial. FTN Bae said that she felt Doodie Lo and his attorney attempted to set her up, alleging that they tried to prevent her from testifying during a civil trial in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Additionally, she suggested that it was part of a bigger plot to silence her after she accused Doodie Lo of sexual abuse. She pointed out that one of the arresting officers was supposed to testify against her.

Doodie Lo Responds To FTN Bae

In a series of Instagram posts, Doodie Lo continued to push back against her allegations. He shared a video of FTN Bae filing the police report and claimed she accused her producer of similar crimes. “I never in my life seen a person thsi crazy only thought it was in movies my life is not the only one she tried to ruin blamed my producer which was her son football coach and she blamed prolly 4 more people lol you wanna play ima show and this ain’t bout NO money. This my name,” he wrote in the first post.

Afterward, Doodie Lo shared four screenshots of alleged police reports filed by FTN Bae accusing others of sexual assault. FTN Bae Says She Wasn’t In Court For $11 Million Case Against Her Ex Doodie Lo

FTN Bae said that her ex Doodie Lo’s recent $11 million win in his defamation lawsuit against her is one-sided and unfair, because she was never even in court in the first place to defend herself. While this sounds weird at first (as cases often default when the defense isn’t present), she had some stronger claims. Moreover, she believes that police and the court set her up to fail and didn’t properly inform her of court dates. Furthermore, she claimed that she didn’t even have an attorney for this ordeal.

“I wasn’t in the courtroom for trial,” she wrote on her Instagram Story. “There was a trial conducted without me to defend myself. Of course I lost, I never got to present my case! It was a one sided case I was set up to be arrested BEFORE trial! These people pulling all the stops just so I can’t TELL MY STORY! BECAUSE I WOULD WIN! I didn’t have an attorney I was standing on my own 10 & the TRUTH! But instead of me getting the opportunity to fight my case I was back doored!

FTN Bae Claims She Couldn’t Defend Herself In Court Against Doodie Lo

“A trial cannot happen if a person involuntarily didn’t show up!” she continued. “It was made to look like I just didn’t show up. That’s how trial happened without me!!!! I was not arrested for lying on trial under oath! I haven’t even ever lied to begin with I’m just getting set up by the police yet again! THIS THE 2nd TIME I WAS ARRESTED ON BS! This Has TO STOP! THE SYSTEM IS SOOOOOOOOOOOO CORRUPT. People do strange things for a lil price of change!“

While we don’t know for sure how many of FTN Bae’s words ring true, Doodie Lo celebrated his win on Instagram. Meanwhile, Bae also got into some trouble with authorities after allegedly stalking Lo almost exactly a year before the ruling. Doodie Lo has won an $11 million lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend, FTN Bae, after claiming that she spread false allegations that he sexually abused her son. FTN Bae was reportedly arrested and charged with perjury in Miami. Speaking with The Shade Room about the case, Doodie Lo remarked that he’s “so happy” about the result. However, he says he’s unclear when his ex will come up with the money. “She better pay soon,” he added.

Doodie Lo further spoke about his goals for the lawsuit with The Shade Room. “My ultimate goal is to spread awareness to those innocent of false accusations, especially innocent men who have been accused of sexual assault. Doodie Lo also confirmed the result of the defamation suit in a celebratory post on Instagram. “This Was A Long Stressful Milestone In My Life,” he said. “Throughout The Trials And Tribulations I Stood Tall After All The Lies And Backlash ‼Special S/O To @arielesq305 My Attorney Was Up Sleepless Nights Answering The Phone Anytime Of The Night I Love My Team STOP PLAYING WITH MY NAME FIRST IN HISTORY JUSTICE FIRST TIME BEING SERVE FROM A SCORN WOMAN WHO TRIEDTO RUIN ME CANCEL HER STAY BLESSED. The 11 We Holding Up IS FOR 11 MILLION.”

FTN Bae made the allegations back in 2021. At the time, Doodie announced that she made “several recordings” of her 5-year-old son making the allegations and “taunted” him with the recordings before going public. He labeled the accusations “false, defamatory and injurious” before later filing his defamation lawsuit. Doodie’s lawyer spoke about FTN Bae’s case during a live stream with his client on Instagram at the time. “If there was something against my client there would be a case open. There is not a case open. Young lady I really feel bad for her, I feel bad for her son because this is just not ok honestly,” they said, as noted by Hollywood Unlocked. “For her to say these things with no evidence, for her to put these things out there all because she’s upset, all because things didn’t work out her way. You can’t just lie on people without consequences.”
