Patrick Mahomes’ Wild Superstition Revealed

Patrick Mahomes just wrapped up his sixth season in the NFL and his fifth as a full-time starter. Overall, Mahomes has made the most of this as he has gone to five AFC title games, three Super Bowls, and has even won two of them. Moreover, he has won two league MVPs, which is massive. At this point, there are some people who believe he is already the third-greatest quarterback in the history of the NFL. It is hard to deny that considering he has done so much in such little time. In fact, it is pretty well set in stone that he will end up winning more Super Bowls at some point.

On Sunday, Mahomes secured his second Super Bowl title. Furthermore, he was able to win Super Bowl MVP thanks to a three-touchdown performance. It was a phenomenal showcase from Mahomes, and there is no doubt his career will only get better. Although, when you are so good, you have to have some tricks up your sleeve. While speaking to Adam Schefter for his podcast, Mahomes’ backup Chad Henne revealed some of those tricks. As it turns out, Mahomes is a very superstitious guy and has quite a few quirks.

Patrick Mahomes Is An Interesting Character

Henne, who retired after the Super Bowl, told Schefter that Mahomes always needs his notes written a certain way. However, this isn’t the wild part of his superstitious ways. Essentially, Mahomes wears the same red underwear during every single game. He has never deviated from these undergarments, and he reportedly never will. They have allowed him to enjoy a ton of success, and until Mahomes starts missing postseasons, he will likely wear them forever.

At this point, you have to appreciate Mahomes’ commitment to the bit. Although, we sure hope he is washing that underwear. Otherwise, that locker room probably smells crazy. Although, when the underwear are winning your teammates Super Bowls and National acclaim, the stench is probably easier to stomach. Let us know what you think of this superstition, in the comments below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the sports world.

Tom Brady Reportedly Has A Plan To Win Back Gisele

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen have been divorced for a few months at this point. Overall, it appears as though these two ended up splitting due to Brady’s obsession with football. After retiring from the sport last Spring, the two seemed to be doing well. However, Brady changed course and came back to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This led to speculation that Bundchen was unhappy, and eventually, they decided to break up. Although, there have been all sorts of reports indicating that they are on great terms.

Now, Brady is officially retired from the NFL. A few weeks ago, he revealed his intentions to leave the game that he loves. Furthermore, he even filed paperwork with the NFL which makes his retirement official. Needless to say, he is going to be missing the game for the first time ever. Additionally, it was noted that Brady would take an entire year off. He was supposed to start at Fox Sports, however, he would rather begin in 2024 as he hopes to get some downtime.

According to sources who spoke with Radar Online, Brady is taking the year off so that he can potentially win Bundchen back. “The biggest obstacle between them was Gisele’s complaints about Tom was putting football before family, so he decided to show her he’s willing to focus on them before taking the job at FOX,” the source revealed. “His only goal right now is to get his family back.” This is certainly interesting news, although it definitely makes sense. After a bad season, it seems like Brady now understands what is truly important.

For now, it remains to be seen whether or not this strategy will actually work. No matter what, it is clear that Brady has a lot to look forward to. Hopefully, this little strategy will bring his family back, once and for all. Let us know what you think about all of this, in the comments down below. JuJu Smith-Schuster Hits James Bradberry With Savage Troll

JuJu Smith-Schuster’s career in the NFL was falling on hard times just a year or two ago. After a public beef with Antonio Brown, it felt like JuJu couldn’t do anything right. His statistics were going down the drain in Pittsburgh, and he needed a way to rejuvenate his career. Consequently, he decided to go and sign a one-year deal with the Kansas City Chiefs. Overall, playing with Patrick Mahomes is a great plan if you want the league to see you as an elite receiver again.

While he was by no means the number one option, JuJu had a fairly good year with the Chiefs. In fact, on Sunday, Smith-Schuster was able to cap off the year with a Super Bowl victory. Moreover, he was a big reason for the win as he drew the holding call on James Bradberry which eventually led to the Chiefs’ game-winning field goal. Despite having some nice catches throughout his game, it was this call that turned out to be his biggest contribution.

JuJu Smith-Schuster On Valentine’s Day

In the tweet above, JuJu decided to troll Bradberry with a Valentine’s Day card that reads “I’ll hold you when it matters most.” Immediately, fans and NFL stars found this to be incredibly corny. In fact, AJ Brown of the Eagles was not happy with JuJu and responded accordingly. “First off congratulations. Y’all deserve it. This is lame. You was on the way out the league before Mahomes resurrected your career on your 1-year deal Tik-Tok boy,” Brown said. “He admitted that he grabbed you but don’t act like your like that or ever was. But congratulations again!” Smith-Schuster offered a response of his own, saying “Glad you were finally able to get all that off your chest after all these years. Good game bro.”

Considering all that has happened over the past few years, maybe JuJu doesn’t need to be trolling like this. After winning a title, it is just a bad look and lacks professionalism. However, it’s an opportunity for fans to make fun of him, and they will take it. Let us know what you think of all this, in the comments down below.

Tom Brady Delivers A Message About Love On Valentine’s Day

Tom Brady is currently enjoying retirement right now. Just a few weeks ago, Brady took to social media where he revealed that he would no longer be playing football. Although this was a big decision to make, it is one that fans can probably forgive. After all, Brady played 23 years in the NFL, which is an excessive amount of seasons. Furthermore, he won 7 Super Bowl championships which is a record amongst quarterbacks. Needless to say, he has nothing left to prove when it comes to the sport that he loves so dearly.

As for his personal life, Brady is divorced from Gisele Bundchen. Interestingly enough, today marks the first Valentine’s Day in which they will be apart. Valentine’s Day can be a pretty awful day for those without a significant other. After all, this is a holiday that is meant to celebrate love. Overall, it is a Hallmark holiday that can fill you with jealousy, and perhaps even a whole lot of sadness.

However, Brady has chosen to go an interesting route this Valentine’s Day. According to People, Brady went on his Instagram and reshared a quote about love. The quote reads “Love is not a transaction, it is a certain exuberance and sweetness of your emotion.” For now, it remains to be seen whether or not this was a subliminal message to Gisele. Although, it is clear that Brady has some unique opinions on what love is. Love is one of those concepts that has a whole plethora of different definitions. Everyone’s perception of love is different, and there is definitely nothing wrong with that.

Hopefully, Brady isn’t feeling too lonely this Valentine’s Day. After all, he is the most eligible bachelor in all of Florida right now. That said, let us know what you think of Brady’s shared quote, in the comments down below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news and updates from around the sports world.

The Best Footwear Moments From Super Bowl LVII

Super Bowl LVII was eventful. The Kansas City Chiefs won in a tremendous turnover with 24 points in the second half. Rihanna carried out an iconic performance while simultaneously announcing her second pregnancy. Diving deeper into the footwear, there were several noteworthy cleat moments from this Super Bowl.

Starting with Jalen Hurts, the quarterback of the Philadelphia Eagles. Hurts is known for his swaggy style on and off the field. He began the night with Air Jordan 11 cleats in the first quarter of the game. The cleats were predominantly white with both the mudguard and collar coated in “Eagle” green. This is a hue that is identifiable with the Eagles’ signature colors. The Air Jordan 11 is known for its sleek look, with its classic black and white “Concord” style. It was previously worn by Hurts in past games this season. Micheal Jordan also sported the shoe during his time with the Chicago Bulls.

Jalen Hurts’ Air Jordan 11 & Air Jordan 1 Cleats

Hurts then changed into another favored Air Jordan silhouette, the Air Jordan 1, during the second half of the game. Due to the slippery conditions of the field, these were a better alternative for Hurts. The Air Jordan 1 cleat was dressed in the same green, black, and white colorway as the Air Jordan 11 cleat. In true Eagle style, of course.

Patrick Mahomes’ Adidas Freak Ultra Cleats

Footwear Moments

Next up on the list would be the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes’ Adidas Freak Ultra. Mahomes is an Adidas ambassador so it is no surprise that he flaunted his collab with the German athletic giant in a victorious fashion. The cleats were dripped in matching white, yellow, and red hues, similar to the Chiefs’ signature colors.

Jerick McKinnons’ Nike Kobe 8 Cleats

Footwear Moments

Runningback for the Chiefs Jerick McKinnon’s cleats honored late basketball legend, Kobe Bryant. McKinnon wore a custom pair of cleats designed to look like the Nike Kobe 8 “What the Kobe” colorway. The cleat was created by artist and designer Mache. The cleats make a statement on the field while honoring one of the greatest basketball players of all time in the process.

Although we are not picking favorites, we cannot help but admire all of the cleat choices from this Super Bowl. Specifically, Jalen Hurts’ iconic switcheroo moment. This Super Bowl was one to watch. If you did not get the chance to watch the game or the unforgettable halftime show, you are now up to speed on all of the best footwear moments from Sunday night’s game.

Cardi B’s Curves Looked Phenomenal In All Her Super Bowl Weekend Fits

Rapping is obviously what she does for a living, but as she’s risen to the top of the industry, Cardi B has also made a name for herself as a fashionista. Over the years we’ve seen the mother of two sitting front row at various fashion week events around the world. Additionally, she’s stepped out in dramatic designer style for the Met Gala on more than one occasion.

In theory, the focus of Super Bowl weekend should be football. Instead, many of those who flew to Glendale, Arizona to watch the game were actually there to take in Rihanna’s triumphant return to the stage. Adele and H.E.R. both spoke candidly about their excitement for the singer’s Halftime show. Elsewhere, social media hasn’t been able to stop raving about it since.

Cardi B was undeniably eager to see the Bad Gal do her thing. As it turns out, she nearly missed the concert. In a video posted to her Instagram Story, the “Hot Shit” hitmaker awkwardly runs through a parking lot wearing sky-high heels. As she desperately tries to not miss out on the main event, her husband, Offset, slowly jogged beside her. Due to their hilarious antics, the couple was heavily clowned on social media.

As the trolls continue to poke fun, the New Yorker remains unbothered. On Monday (February 13) she dropped off a photo dump of her Super Bowl outfit. Of course, she flaunts the platform shoes that famously slowed her down. “Excuse me… Can I sit on top of you?” she wrote in the caption of her post, earning her over two million double taps.

Besides her bright pink heels, Cardi also donned a pair of tight, dark blue jeans and a navy Chanel sweater. She carried her essentials in a quilted pink bag to match her shoes. Things were tied together with a sleek pair of sunglasses shading her eyes. Instead of her usual long black hair, the Hustlers actress switched things up with a blonde curly ‘do.

Later on in the post, the 30-year-old showed off another of her Super Bowl outfits. This one also saw her looking pretty in pink, sporting a curve-hugging Chanel mini-dress. Accessories include a small purse in the same colour and a silver sparkly Vivienne Westwood dogbone necklace. Additionally, her dark hair made a return for the iconic fashion moment. She certainly didn’t hesitate to flaunt her endless inches while strutting down the hotel hallway.

Elsewhere in Arizona, Cardi B performed at the same venue as Drake on Friday night. When Saturday rolled around, she recruited Offset to join her as they prepared the audience for Sunday’s events. Check out photos from the couple’s concert below, let us know which of the rap starlet’s favourite looks was in the comments.

Super Bowl Odds Revealed For Next Season

Just a couple of nights ago, the Kansas City Chiefs won the Super Bowl against the Philadelphia Eagles. Overall, it was a truly fantastic game that fans were blown away by. In fact, one could earnestly call this one of the greatest championship games in NFL history. This is thanks to plenty of scoring and some phenomenal quarterback play from both Patrick Mahomes and Jalen Hurts. Moving forward, these two men will continue to run the league, and consequently, fans cannot wait to watch them play.

Heading into the big game, the Eagles were the oddsmakers’ favorite to take home a win. However, the oddsmakers turned out to be wrong on this one. Regardless, their picks throughout the playoffs were actually quite good. The favorite to come out of the AFC was the Chiefs, while the Eagles were certainly favorites to make it out of the NFC. Despite the Super Bowl being over, there are already new odds for next year’s title, courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook.

From there, the 49ers are +800 and the Eagles are +900. Interestingly enough, the Dallas Cowboys have crept up the rankings at +1400, while the Ravens are set at +2200. Furthermore, it should be interesting to note that the Cincinnati Bengals are currently at +900 and are definitely contenders to get back to the Super Bowl.

No matter what you think you know about sports, predicting the Super Bowl is pretty well impossible at this point. There are so many factors that take place throughout a season, and there is no guarantee any of these squads go very far. Patrick Mahomes Reveals How He Was Banned From Rihanna’s Halftime Show

Patrick Mahomes was fantastic in the Super Bowl just two days ago. Overall, the Kansas City Chiefs ended up winning the game after coming back from a 10-point halftime deficit. It was not an easy win, although it was definitely deserved. Mahomes threw for three touchdowns throughout the game. While he may have only thrown for 182 yards, he was incredibly efficient, and fans were singing his praises. At this point, it is hard not to consider him one of the greatest quarterbacks to ever play in the NFL.

Following the game, Mahomes got to go to Disneyland with his entire family. At the end of the day, it was a huge celebration for everything he has accomplished this year. No one expected the Chiefs to win it all this year, however, they defied the odds and made it happen. Now, Mahomes will get to enjoy the offseason as the Chiefs attempt to improve their roster for a run next year. If you are a fan of the franchise, you can’t help but be immensely excited about the future.

Patrick Mahomes Speaks

While speaking with Jimmy Kimmel on Monday night, Mahomes made some interesting revelations about the Super Bowl. For instance, he and his teammates were not allowed to watch the halftime performance by Rihanna. As Mahomes explained, the ban came from his own head coach, Andy Reid. “Coach Reid told us, he said, ‘If you go out to watch the performance, just keep walking because you’re not playing the rest of the game,’” Mahomes explained. Needless to say, Reid wanted to keep everyone focused as the team had a comeback effort to construct. In the end, his tactics worked as the team went out and won it all.

As for the halftime show, we’re sure Mahomes and everyone else on the Chiefs will go and watch it on YouTube at some point. After all, you can pretty well find everything over there. Moreover, winning the Super Bowl is a nice consolation prize for not seeing the performance live. Let us know what you thought of Rihanna’s halftime show, down in the comments section below.

Jalen Hurts Gracefully Responds To Child Reporter’s Question After SB Loss

Jalen Hurts is not a Super Bowl champion. The Philadelphia Eagles, who Hurts quarterbacks, fell to the Kansas City Chiefs 38-35 on Sunday (Feb. 12). However, despite a Sul-crushing defeat, Hurts played phenomenally. In his third season in the NFL, Hurts debatably outplayed the league and Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes. Mahomes, who has been Kansas City’s QB since 2017, had 182 passing yards while completing 21 of his 27 attempts. This manifested into 3 touchdowns. Additionally, he ran for 44 yards on a bum ankle. Hurts, on the other hand, threw for 304 yards while completing 27 of 38 attempts. He added 70 rushing yards to that with a total of 4 TDs.

The 24-year-old Texan had an incredible evolution this season, and last night’s game was the ultimate showcase of that growth. Philadelphia fans first saw him as incapable of being a starting QB in the league. Now, he is arguably one of the five best in the game. In Super Bowl LVII, Jalen became the only QB in the history of the big game to lose while producing 4 touchdowns. Additionally, Sunday’s 300 pass yards, 50 rush yards, and 3 rush TDs from Hurts was the second time he accomplished those numbers in his career. No other QB in the history of football has had a game with those numbers. Needless to say, he is legit. But, what makes him even more special is how excellent of a person he is off the field.

Jalen Hurts’ Humility

After his tough defeat, Hurts was tasked with going to the podium for a press conference. In typical fashion, players on the losing end aren’t too fond of these postgame pressers. But, when asked by a child reporter his thoughts on the game, Jalen answered with thoughtfulness and grace. “What is one lesson that you learned from this game that you’ll take on to the next?” the kid asked. “I think you want to cherish these moments. You want to cherish these moments with the people that you’ve come so far with. Your family, your loved ones, your teammates, your peers, everyone that you do it with and do it for,” Hurts responded.

“I’m so proud of this team for everything that we’ve been able to overcome.,” Hurts continued. “Obviously we had a big time goal in the end that we wanted to accomplish and we came up short. I think the beautiful part about it is everyone experiences different pains, everyone experiences different agonies of life but you decide if you want to learn from it. You decide if you want to use that to be a teachable moment. I know what I’ll do.” Although he wasn’t a winner on the field Sunday, Jalen Hurts’ winning attitude off of it will continue to pay dividends in the future.

ESPN’s Chris Berman Makes Outrageous Remark Abot Black Quarterbacks

Chris Berman is someone who has been broadcasting for a very long time. Overall, Berman is a huge part of ESPN’s coverage of the NFL. At this point, it is impossible to think of NFL coverage on the network without him there. Although, in recent years, Berman has come under fire. Whether it be alleged voice messages he has sent co-workers, are faux-pas on the air, not everyone is the biggest fan of Berman. Regardless, ESPN has kept him around, and for now, they have no plans to actually change that.

Yesterday, Berman was at none other than the Super Bowl. This game was being played by the two best teams in the league: the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs. Consequently, it was a truly phenomenal game that pitted two great teams against one another. As a whole, fans were loving the game and it made for a great time for everyone in attendance. However, there were definitely some moments during ESPN’s coverage that had fans at home doing a double-take.

Chris Berman Messes Up

In the video clip above, Chris Berman could be heard talking about how there are two black quarterbacks facing off in the Super Bowl for the first time. Of course, this is a truly historic moment and there was quite a bit of fanfare around this. Although, Berman took the moment to explain how it was fitting that February 12th was also Abe Lincoln’s birthday. While Lincoln did ultimately sign the emancipation proclamation, it doesn’t exactly have anything to do with Jalen Hurts and Patrick Mahomes. Overall, it was truly awkward for Berman to make that connection, and some felt it was downright outrageous.

Despite these comments, it doesn’t seem like Berman is actually facing repercussions from ESPN. For now, it seems like more of an embarrassing statement rather than anything else. Although, if he keeps making weird comments in the future, they may very well have to do something about it. Let us know what you thought of Berman’s remark, in the comments down below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news and updates from around the sports world.
