Angel Reese, LSU Betting Favorites For Women’s NCAA Basketball Title

Oddsmakers have revealed the Angel Reese-led LSU Tigers as their title favorites ahead of the start of the women’s basketball season next week. The Tigers are +230 favorites on FanDuel and +300 favorites on DraftKings. Just behind LSU is UConn at +500 and +600 on the two sites respectively. Furthermore, LSU and UConn are #1 and #2 in both the AP‘s preseason poll and ESPN‘s preseason bracketology.

The Tigers are also seeking to become the first team since the UConn four-peat to repeat as National Champions. To maximize their chances, head coach Kim Mulkey built a superteam from recruiting and the portal. She has two top-7 freshmen and added Aneesah Morrow from DePaul and Hailey van Lith from Louisville. These additions are a huge reason for the preseason hype surrounding LSU. However, experts have also noted that if the lineup fails to be cohesive, it may spell disaster for the team.

Angel Reese “Insulted” By Mock Draft

Meanwhile, 2023-24 is likely to be Reese’s final year at the college level. While she has the option to play a fifth year under the COVID waiver, Reese has previously expressed her desire to take the next step in her career. However, Mulkey recently spoke on Reese’s negative reaction to ESPN projecting her to go eighth in the 2024 WNBA Draft. “That was an insult to her. We talked about the things she needs to work on. Whether she gets picked higher than that or not, it still motivates her. She gets motivated in practice with someone going head-to-head with her or talking trash back at her. She’s a competitor,” Mulkey said.

While Reese could play a fifth year in college thanks to the COVID exemption, she has made it clear that she is ready for the pros. “This is my senior year, and I have the opportunity to declare for the WNBA this year if I choose to. Personally, I aspire to make it to the WNBA. While I do have the option for another year, I do want to get out of college, start life outside of school, and pursue my WNBA dreams. It’s been a challenging but rewarding four years, and I’m excited to continue improving at LSU and beyond,” she told WNBA legend Lisa Leslie for Glamour.

Bryce James Future College Betting Odds Revealed

Bryce James has been proving himself as one of the best young basketball players in the nation. Overall, the younger brother of Bronny James has been impressing fans. Next year, he will be going into his Junior season with Sierra Canyon, and fans are excited to see what kind of step he is going to take. There are people who think he will be better than Bronny, although there is no guarantee of this.

Overall, he has a very bright future ahead of him. With Bronny going to USC next year, there are now rumblings about where Bryce may want to go. Betting Odds Change For Number One Pick In NFL Draft

The NFL Draft is one of the more exciting nights on the sports calendar. Fans are getting a closer look at their favorite franchise’s mindset on what the future could look like. College stars get the chance to live out their dreams of hearing their name announced by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell. This year, the Carolina Panthers have the privilege of selecting the first overall pick. Of course, the Panthers will be in the market for a quarterback. However, which exact quarterback to select, is the tricky decision.

Darren Rovell of the Action Network noticed the betting odds of one quarterback in the Draft were trending in the right direction. Former Kentucky Wildcats quarterback Will Levis’ betting odds of being the number one overall pick have jumped to 10/1 odds. At one point last night, Levis was at 50/1 odds to be the first name off the board on Thursday. Now it seems that Carolina likes what they see from the Kentucky gunslinger. Levis has dazzled scouts with his arm strength. However, his stats from last season left a lot to be desired.

On Tuesday, rumors began circulating that Levis has been telling those close to him that the Panthers will select him on Thursday. The 2023 Draft is filled with potential franchise quarterbacks. Until today, many believed the Panthers had their sights set on Alabama quarterback Bryce Young. Young is a former Heisman winner and an incredible talent that continues the trend of Alabama starting quarterbacks in the NFL. But the betting odds seem to have a different idea.

Levis would be the second Kentucky quarterback ever to be taken with the number one overall pick. Once upon a time, the Cleveland Browns selected quarterback Tim Couch with their first pick. Couch’s time in Cleveland didn’t end up being successful as the franchise would have hoped. However, in pick is taking a chance on a kid to become the face of a franchise. Do you believe that Levis will be the first pick of the NFL Draft? Let us know who you believe will go number one in our comment section. For the latest NFL news, keep it right here with HNHH.

Super Bowl Odds Revealed For Next Season

Just a couple of nights ago, the Kansas City Chiefs won the Super Bowl against the Philadelphia Eagles. Overall, it was a truly fantastic game that fans were blown away by. In fact, one could earnestly call this one of the greatest championship games in NFL history. This is thanks to plenty of scoring and some phenomenal quarterback play from both Patrick Mahomes and Jalen Hurts. Moving forward, these two men will continue to run the league, and consequently, fans cannot wait to watch them play.

Heading into the big game, the Eagles were the oddsmakers’ favorite to take home a win. However, the oddsmakers turned out to be wrong on this one. Regardless, their picks throughout the playoffs were actually quite good. The favorite to come out of the AFC was the Chiefs, while the Eagles were certainly favorites to make it out of the NFC. Despite the Super Bowl being over, there are already new odds for next year’s title, courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook.

As you can imagine, the Chiefs are subsequently the title favorite at +600. However, in second, we don’t have the Eagles. Instead, we have the Bills at +700. From there, the 49ers are +800 and the Eagles are +900. Interestingly enough, the Dallas Cowboys have crept up the rankings at +1400, while the Ravens are set at +2200. Furthermore, it should be interesting to note that the Cincinnati Bengals are currently at +900 and are definitely contenders to get back to the Super Bowl.

No matter what you think you know about sports, predicting the Super Bowl is pretty well impossible at this point. There are so many factors that take place throughout a season, and there is no guarantee any of these squads go very far. Regardless, let us know which of these teams you think will make the Super Bowl, in the comments below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the sports world.
