Viral TikTok Star PinkyDoll Shoots Her Shot With Drake

By now, you probably know who PinkyDoll is. She has found fame on TikTok with her “NPC Streams”. The content is focused around PinkyDoll repeating mundane actions and phrases in a manner similar to that of a character in a video game. “I was just being cute,” PinkyDoll told The New York Times. “I remember someone saying, ‘Oh my God, you look like an NPC.’ And then they start sending me, like, cr*zy money.” While PinkyDoll may not have initially started the content as a backdoor fetish, that is where it was taken by many people. The idea of a conventionally attractive individual performing “scripted actions” and responding positively to “player engagement” ticks the few boxes for a number of popular fetishes and kinks. However, PinkyDoll has been able to turn her viral trend into a lucrative business.

According to the interview with the NYT, PinkyDoll claims to be making $7000 a day. Meanwhile, she has leveraged her fame to try and get the attention of other creators. In one recent video, PinkyDoll pushed for a collab with Ice Spice. However, her next celebrity target appears to be more of a romantic one, with the TikTok star shooting her shot at Drake.

PinkyDoll Shouts Out Drake

In a video posted on July 30, PinkyDoll appeared to shoot her shot at the Toronto rapper. “Yo I was swimming on TikTok when I found a video of Drake saying this,” PinkyDoll began before playing a clip of Drake’s interview with Bobbi Althoff. In the clip Drake says, of his romantic partners, he likes someone with a sense of humor and cosplay. “Cosplay! Cosplay! Yes! Got me feeling like a cowboy! Yes! I’m so ready! Ice cream! Yes yes yes! Call me!,” PinkyDoll continued finishing with now-signature phrase.

It’s clear that PinkyDoll is trying to make her moment in the spotlight last as long as she can. Arguably, her moment came to an end on July 21 when she made a video appearing to announce that she had accepted an offer from Hollywood. This led to PinkyDoll being branded as a scab for offering a studio offer in the midst of the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes.

Drake flirted with Salma Hayek in the comments section of one of her Instagram posts, earlier this week. In the post, Hayek celebrates having 25 million followers on the platform by sharing a video of herself swimming in a bikini.

“I can’t believe it, 25 million followers!” she wrote. “Thank you soo soo much to every single one of you. [prayer hands emoji]. Seeing as you all like my bikini pictures the most, here’s a bikini work out for you all. I hate exercising- but I love to celebrate good moments dancing in the water. I am genuinely moved and grateful for all your love & support.”

In the comments section, Drake wrote: “Let’s get her to 50M asap,” to which Hayek replied: “What he said” along with two star-eye emojis and a lipstick kiss emoji. Other fans chimed in with: “We agree on this.. lol Mami is amazing,” as well as “Aye you not finna have all my crushes we gotta draw the line somewhere.”

It’s not the first time Drake has flirted with Hayek publically. Back in 2018, he shared a picture of himself with the actress backstage after a show. In the caption, he wrote: “I’m playing Salma way too close in this,” with crying face and heart-eyes emojis. Hayek reposted the photo on her own Instagram page, writing: “Thank you #drake for your incredible performance in Atlanta last night. I feel so lucky to have been there.”

Kai Cenat went live with GloRilla and was flirting pretty shamelessly. Kai is no stranger to chatting up rap superstars, though. Recently, the streamer returned from his brief Twitch ban. Interestingly enough, one of his biggest supporters during the ban was Nicki Minaj. After he was able to return, he publicly thanked Nicki for her support. “Auntie Nicki, I see what you said,” Kai said on a stream. “Nicki Minaj said, ‘Why would y’all do that to that boy? Why would y’all ban him?’ She said she gotta get all nice and cute to come on a stream, but Twitch, hold on! This is chess, not checkers. Should I give y’all a big stream like that?” Kai rightfully points out that bringing someone like Nicki onto a Twitch stream would be a huge deal. But, if they are going to ban him, is that something he should be offering to the platform?

Luckily Kai got to stream with Nicki eventually, although not on Twitch. A few weeks ago, the two went live together on Instagram. It made for a pretty interesting interaction, with Nicki asking the streamer to show off his bedroom moves. During the stream, Nicki asked the all-important question: “So how you be whinin’ in it?” Kai responded by moving his camera backward so the audience can see his whole body as he gyrated. It was all in good fun, though, as Nicki is married with a baby. his interaction with GloRilla, however, was a little more serious.

Kai Cenat may be the king of Twitch, but that doesn’t mean he’s above shooting his shot on live. The streamer went live with GloRilla recently, and the two seemed to have hit it off. In the clip posted by the No Jumper Instagram account above, the streamer asks the GloRilla if she has a man. She giggles and says that she doesn’t. Kai seems to express surprise at this, and she tells him that he made her blush. It’s an interesting interaction given GloRilla’s forward, tough rap persona. No word on whether or not she and Kai exchanged numbers.

Kai Cenat continues to have huge celebrities on his stream, whether in person or over video call. Given the frequency with which they tend to appear, it seems that it’s only a matter of time before Cenat has an official show of his own, a la Queen Radio. He posed in her Savage X Fenty show, but Damson Idris first met Rihanna years ago. The Snowfall actor has been climbing Hollywood’s ranks and is slated as the next British actor to take over. Before the pair became Instagram Official, Idris was another single young star in Hollywood looking for romance. In a sit down with Elle, Idris recalled once running into Rihanna and attempting to sweep the Fenty mogul off her feet.

The actor was asked to detail the first time he worked with Ri. Instead, he decided to share the tale of their introduction. “It was at a party that I’m probably never going to be invited to after I tell this story,” Idris joked. “She was at the bar. And I was like, ‘This is my moment.’ And I walked up to the bar with my best James Bond impersonation. ‘Hi, I’m Damson, I’m Damson Idris. Lovely to meet you. You look fantastic today.’”
