Terrace Martin Warns Drake’s L.A. OVO-Affiliates: “Summer Just Got Hotter”

Terrace Martin shared a warning for any OVO affiliates of Drake based out of Los Angeles on Twitter, over the weekend. Following the release of Kendrick Lamar’s diss, “Not Like Us,” Martin says the summer has just gotten hotter for any friends of Drake in the rapper’s hometown. “Yall in trouble,” he wrote in the since-deleted tweet caught by HipHopDX. “To my OVO folks living in LA. Your summer just got hotter. Stay home with air on or move back to the 6 [dog on leash emoji]. With love Terrace.”

On “Not Like Us,” Lamar teamed up with Mustard for a beat on which he labeled Drake a pedophile, accused him of sleeping with Lil Wayne’s ex-girl, and much more. Additionally, he called out several members of OVO directly. At one point, he raps: “Say Drake, I hear you like ’em young / You better not ever go to cell block one / To any b*tch that talk to him and they in love / Just make sure you hide your little sister from him.”

Drake responded to Kendrick Lamar’s accusations on the track, “The Heart Part 6,” on Sunday night. Drake Attempts To Set The Record Straight With “The Heart Part 6”

Drake had responded to Kendrick Lamar’s allegations about being a pedophile and having a secret daughter in his new diss track, “The Heart Part 6.” In doing so, he claimed he’s been feeding false information to the rapper’s camp to trick him into rhyming about those topics. Additionally, he alleged that Lamar is a victim of sexual abuse and blamed it for his fixation on calling Drake a pedophile.

“This Epstein angle was the sh*t I expected. TikTok videos you collected and dissected, instead of being on this direct sh*t. You rather grab your pen and misdirect sh*t,” Drake raps at one point in the song. Later, he adds: “Only f*ckin’ with Whitney’s, not Millie Bobby Brown’s, I’d never look twice at no teenager.”

Drake Fires Back At Kendrick Lamar With “The Heart Part 6”

At the end of the track, Drake gets more serious and reflects on the feud thus far. “I’m not gonna lie, this sh*t was some good exercise,” he admits. “It’s good to get out and get the pen working. You would be a worthy competitor if I was really a predator and you weren’t lying to every blogger and editor but it is what it is. You definitely got this sh*t burnt the f*ck out though. The one before the last one we finessed you into telling a story that doesn’t even exist. And then you go and drop the West Coast one and try and cover that up.”

Drake Hints At Kendrick Lamar Dropping Again

When Drake shared “The Heart Part 6” on Twitter, he teased that he already knows Lamar is dropping again later tonight. “And we know you’re dropping 6 mins after so instead of posting my address you have a lot to address,” he wrote. Drake fired back at Kendrick Lamar’s two latest diss records with a track of his own in “THE HEART PART 6” on Sunday night. On the song, he raps about Dave Free and Lamar’s wife while claiming he tricked him into rapping about his alleged daughter who doesn’t actually exist. By the end, he reflects on the beef thus far. “I’m not gonna lie, this sh*t was some good exercise,” he admits. “It’s good to get out and get the pen working. DJ Akademiks, Rick Ross, and several more voices in hip-hop reacted to Kendrick Lamar’s latest diss track targeting Drake, “Not Like Us,” on social media, Saturday night. Akademiks was streaming live when the song was released and after listening, he remarked: “Drake, you gotta shoot him now I’m sorry.” Rick Ross, who has been beefing with the Toronto rapper in his own right, shared a video of himself at a pool party where the track was playing.

Denzel Curry had praise for the song on Twitter, remarking: “This man is relentless,” while also comparing the level of hatred to Obi-Wan and Anakin in Star Wars. Rick Ross says that Kendrick Lamar’s “Meet The Grahams” is the closest fans will ever get to hearing Andre 3000 in a rap battle. He reacted to the diss track with immense praise in a video on social media after the song’s release on Friday night. Ross has also been feuding with Drake in recent weeks.

“If you really into this music sh*t, what I’m listening to right now, what Kendrick just released,” he began. “If you was a real Outkast fan and you ever wanted to know what 3000 would be like if he ever was in a battle, n***a, this is the closest you will ever get to Andre 3000.”

Speaking to the rapper’s mother, Lamar rhymes: “Your son got some habits, I hope you don’t undermine them / Especially with all the girls that’s hurt inside this climate / You a woman, so you know how it feels to be in alignment / With emotion, hopin’ a man can see you and not be blinded.” Less than 24 hours after the release, Lamar fired back at Drake with yet another diss track, this time titled: “Not Like Us.” On that song, he labels Drake a “pedophile.”

On his latest song, “Not Like Us,” Lamar teams up with DJ Mustard to call out several members of Drake’s OVO imprint while also labeling the Toronto rapper himself a “pedophile.” The night before Drake had dropped, “Family Matters,” which prompted an immediate response from Lamar in the form of “Meet The Grahams.”

Kendrick Lamar Goes Back To Back On Drake

When Lamar uploaded the song on YouTube, fans were shocked by the prolific output of diss tracks in the comments section. “This isn’t even beef anymore it’s just pure hatred,” one top comment reads. “3 diss tracks in 48 hours is crazy.” Another wrote: “Kendrick you were made for this my brother. Truly gifted! Blessings!!!” Fans aren’t the only ones impressed with the recent tracks. Rick Ross compared Lamar to Andre 3000 following the release of “Meet The Grahams,” which he says is the closest there is to the Outkast rapper being in a rap battle.

Lamar kicked off the feud with Drake following the release of his appearance on Metro Boomin and Future’s “Like That,” earlier this year. In the weeks that followed, Lamar and Drake traded several diss tracks back and forth. 50 Cent Reacts To Drake’s “Family Matters” Diss: “He Spinning On All Y’all”

50 Cent reacted to Drake’s “Family Matters” on Instagram, Saturday morning, praising the Toronto rapper for taking aim at Kendrick Lamar yet again. “I told you leave him alone, now he spinning on all yall. Everybody must die.” 50 remarked in the post. In the song, Drake accused Lamar of being abusive towards his fiance. “You the Black messiah wifing up a mixed queen/ And hit vanilla cream to help out with your self-esteem/ On some Bobby sh–, I wanna know what Whitney need,” he raps at one point.

The post prompted plenty of debates in the comments section. “Kendrick got bodied by singing n***a and that’s facts, anyone saying any different like Kendrick nursery rhyme bedtime story diss, drake moonwalking over kdot lol,” one user wrote. Another argued: “All drake diss songs you can put on repeat but k dot sh*t hit the first time then it’s a dud.”

It’s not the first time 50 has commented on the feud. Last month, he shared Drake’s “Taylor Made Freestyle” with the caption: “Ok in my professional expert opinion on this matter, leave this man alone. I’ve seen this movie before, it will not end well. Drake Blames Metro Boomin For Future’s Involvement In Beef: “I Know He Had To Be An Influence”

Drake admitted that Future’s involvement in Kendrick Lamar’s ongoing feud against him made him sick to his stomach. Discussing the beef on his new diss track, “Family Matters,” the Toronto rapper theorized that Metro Boomin convinced Future to join in. During the second verse, he raps: “Pluto sh*t make me sick to my stomach, we ain’t never really been through it / Leland Wayne, he a f*ckin’ lame, so I know he had to be an influence / These n****s had a plan and they finally found a way to rope you into it / Two separate albums dissin’, I just did a Kim to it, n***a, skim through it.”

When the diss dropped, many fans on social media noted that Metro’s legal name is Leland Wayne. He appeared to respond to drama by retweeting Young Thug’s iconic tweet: “Boy slow down dropping all that BS music…” He also shared a picture of himself jumping in the studio.

This time, he shared “Not Like Us” on social media, making reference to Baka Not Nice’s past legal trouble while also repeatedly accusing Drake of being a “pedophile.” “Say Drake, I hear you like ’em young / You better not ever go to cell block one,” he raps towards the start of the song.

When Lamar shared the track on Twitter, fans were loving the drama. “We’re witnessing one of the best rap beefs of all time,” one user replied. Another wrote: “This is real hatred, folks. For generations, all haters will be compared to this moment.”

Rick Ross wasn’t phased by Gillie Da Kid’s criticism of Kendrick Lamar’s new Drake diss, “Euphoria.” After the Million Dollaz Worth Of Game host labeled the track corny during a video on Instagram, Ross popped up in the comments section to accuse him of being “hurt.”

“I f*ck with Kendrick but that sh*t was corn on the cob man,” Gillie said in the video. “You know what’s crazy man? The light-skinned n****s is winning three to nothing. Drake up two to nothing. Chris Brown up one to nothing.” When 2Cool2Blog shared the clip on Instagram, Ross responded: “Ho’s hurt haaaa.”

Ross was one of the first artists to react to Lamar’s “Euphoria” on social media after it dropped. In doing so, he warned Drake against responding. “Stop. Don’t respond, don’t respond,” he advised the Toronto rapper. “You ain’t even peep when the intro came on with the Teddy Pendergrass [sample] — that was that Black vibe. Don’t do it. Don’t go write an eight-minute verse that — I know n***a Yachty, you want to get that money.
