Metro Boomin Trolled By Drake Fans At Recent Concert: “I Heard That!”

A fan of Drake trolled Metro Boomin by shouting some of the lyrics to the Toronto rapper’s diss track,
“Push Ups,” at one of the producer’s recent concerts. In a clip circulating on social media, an attendee to the show shouts out, “Metro, shut your ho ass up and play some drums.” In response, Metro remarks, “I heard that,” prompting celebration from the fan.

When Kurrco shared the clip on Twitter, many users found the move to be corny. “Goes from hating to celebrating like a child,” one fan wrote. Another added: “Grown man was jumping up and down and giggling after shouting.” Others praised Metro for having some fun with the moment.

Metro started feuding with Drake by releasing the track, “Like That,” on which Kendrick Lamar targets his former collaborator. Additionally, he platformed several artists who used their verses to diss Drake on his recent collaborations with Future, We Don’t Trust You, and We Still Don’t Trust You. They include The Weeknd, ASAP Rocky, and more. Drake responded with “Push Ups,” earlier this month, and followed that up with the A.I.-assisted “Taylor Made Freestyle.” Kendrick Lamar has still yet to fire back in their ongoing feud. Quavo Performs For Shockingly Small Crowd, Fans Blame Chris Brown

As of late, Chris Brown and Quavo have been engaged in a lyrical feud, and some fans think it’s had serious consequences. It all started with the R&B icon’s “Freak” collab with Lil Wayne, Joyner Lucas, and Tee Grizzley. The song seemingly referenced Quavo’s rumored romance with his ex Karrueche Tran, as well as Migos’ hit “Bad and Bougie.” He was quick to fire back with a diss of his own, digging up Brown’s domestic violence allegations.

Breezy then went for the throat on “Weakest Link,” claiming that when Takeoff died in 2022, “everybody really wished it was [Quavo] instead.” He additionally rhymed about the 2021 surveillance footage of an alleged physical altercation between Quavo and Saweetie. Quavo responded once again with “Over H*es & B*tches,” name-dropping Rihanna and seemingly challenging him to a fight. The debacle has hip-hop fans everywhere weighing in, with many arguing that Brown came out on top.

Now, a new clip is making its rounds on social media of the crowd at a Quavo concert. The crowd looks shockingly small, especially considering the size of the venue. The attendee filming the video suggested that the former Migos member’s beef with Brown could be to blame, noting that Quavo was scheduled to hit the stage in only 30 minutes.

“Yo Chris Brown,” the cameraman says in the clip, panning to rows and rows of empty seats. “Are you serious bro? I know you’ve got something to do with this. Ain’t nobody at my man Quavo’s show today? Chris Brown, come on bro. I know you called somebody to shut his show down. Where are the people? Blueface’s mother Karlissa Saffold never shies away from airing her unfiltered opinions online, which has gotten her into a fair amount of drama in the past. She frequently throws shade at her grandchildren’s mothers, Chrisean Rock and Jaidyn Alexis, as well as whoever else has her feeling some type of way that day. At the end of last year, for example, she dissed Sexyy Red for her appearance. It remains unclear exactly what prompted the insults, but she called the St. Louis-born performer “barely cute,” and dubbed her “Stanky Red.”

He responded to the latest drama between Davis and Mayweather in a post on Instagram, on Saturday, by sharing a series of tweets the fighter recently posted. Davis wrote in part: “They got Floyd ass for real..tell him I’ll send him a wire.. LET MY F*CKING FAMILY GO” as well as, “Let me call 50, we gotta get this n***a home by Monday.”

“Oh nah this sh*t is real. [Davis] would not say no sh*t like that if it wasn’t official. Me and Champ [Mayweather] be beefing but he my brother. I got some money if he need it!” 50 captioned the post. In the comments section, fans were unsure whether 50 was genuine, considering his and Mayweather’s years of beefing.

The drama began when Mayweather shared a video of himself calling out other boxers for not taking the sport seriously enough and reflecting on the journey he took to get to where he is. “A lot of times what these fighters are looking at—they’re looking Floyd with the cars, they’re looking at Floyd being flashy,” Mayweather said. “Man listen, I made so many sacrifices. Y’all are looking at the end results…And [when I was] champion having hundreds of millions in the bank, I still was on my grind in that gym. Y’all are worried about your outfits, how your boots look, worried about the wrong things. A lot of you fighters are living check to check.” Afterward, Davis shared the video with the caption: “Ni**a says all this bullsh*t, but [he’s] in Dubai and can’t leave because he’s been taking ni**as’ money and not doing what they paid him to do. Ni**a a f**king hater.”

Earlier this week, Fat Joe took to Instagram Live to weigh in on all of the high-profile rap beef going on these days. He commented on Drake’s feud with almost everyone, for example, calling Kendrick’s “Like That” verse with Future and Metro Boomin “the original.” Since that release, however, there’s been another feud brewing between Chris Brown and Quavo. The two have taken various shots at one another over the past couple of weeks, referencing past flings, allegations, and more. According to Fat Joe, Chris Brown would be pretty tough to beat.

“Of course, the 2Pac of 2024 has to be Chris Brown. Chris Brown is considered an alien. If you playing basketball, he’ll bust your a**. If you sing against him, he sing better, he dance better. If he gotta rap, he raps,” he explained. “Like, that’s battle rap. Chris Brown, that’s the one I been listening to.”

While the 2Pac comparison is pretty controversial, many others agree that Chris Brown’s latest diss was impressive. He unleashed on the former Migos member on “Weakest Link,” claiming to have slept with Quavo’s ex Saweetie while they were still together. “You f*cked my ex-ho, that’s cool, I don’t give no f*ck, lil n***a/ ‘Cause I f*cked yo’ ex when you were still with her, b*tch, I’m up, lil n***a.” He even said that when his groupmate Takeoff passed away in 2022, “everybody really wished” it had been him.

Cole apologized to Kendrick Lamar at Dreamville Festival for dissing him on the song, “7 Minute Drill,” which he’s since removed from streaming services. Afterward, Kanye West rapped on the “Like That” remix: “Y’all so outta sight, outta mind / I can’t even think of a Drake line / Play J. Cole, get the pussy dry / Play this shit back a hundred-thirty times.” Cole previously dissed Ye on his 2016 song, “False Prophets.”

On “thanK you aIMee,” Swift sings: “All that time you were throwin’ punches, I was buildin’ somethin’ / And I can’t forgive the way you made me feel / Screamed ‘F— you, Aimee’ to the night sky, as the blood was gushin’/ But I can’t forget the way you made me heal.” She also admits “I changed your name,” implying she’s not actually referring to someone with the name Aimee.

When I interviewed him back in the day when we was walking through the hills… he was hating on Drake and Virgil [Abloh] then, talking about they took the culture from him. And this is when he was up.
