J Balvin And Feid’s ‘Doblexxó’ Video Proves They Are The Ultimate Life Of The Party

J Balvin promised the public major musical collaborations (because there is already enough beef in the Latin music space) on his latest album, Rayo, and he delivered. With the body of work officially available on streaming platforms, it was only right for the “Dientes” musician to drop one visual for the project.

Yesterday (August 8), J Balvin and Feid’s joint track reunion, “Doblexxó,” finally got the love it deserved. The official video for “Doblexxó,” directed by Death Of Gian, made the wait well worth it.

In the visual, J Balvin and Feid prove that they are each the life of the party wherever they do. Both exhibit main character energy throughout the video, but even the focal point needs a supporting case now and then. As the roughly translated chorus of the track shows, J Balvin and Feid’s preferred co-star is a gorgeous woman.

“Baby, you don’t need to get emotional tonight / Throw away the watch that jerk gave you, why should you check the time? / Double up on drinks for your friends, see if they leave you alone / If that jerk calls you, baby, you better ignore him / And let him f*ck off,” sings the duo.

They also announced their tour for the album, which coincides with Lollapalooza. SZA, meanwhile, concluded her SOS Tour just weeks ago and turned her attention to the deluxe edition of her wildly successful second album. ‘Amazon Music Live’ Is Coming Back With Performances By Ed Sheeran, Lil Durk, And More For Its Second Season

Amazon Music Live had a strong run of performances last year, like ones from Megan Thee Stallion, ASAP Rocky, and 21 Savage. Now the series, which airs live via Prime Video and the Amazon Music channel on Twitch, is coming back for 2023 with a terrific lineup.

The new season will kick off with Ed Sheeran on September 21, a week before the release of his album Autumn Variations. After Sheeran will be Latin star Feid on September 28, whose new album Mor No Le Temas a la Oscuridad is set to drop the next day. Lil Durk will follow on October 5 and more artists are set to be announced. All performances will go down at 9 p.m. PT, after Thursday Night Football. 2 Chainz will return to host the new season, as he did the first one.

Ryan Redington, GM of Amazon Music, said in a statement, “We created Amazon Music Live to bring sports and music fans together on Thursday nights for a brand-new, can’t-miss event celebrating new music after the biggest game of the week. Available to fans around the world on Prime Video and Twitch, AML became a massive new stage for artists to share their culture-defining new music after Thursday Night Football, and this year we’re going even bigger.”

Here Are The Baja Beach Festival Set Times For 2023

Baja Beach Fest will celebrate its fifth anniversary on Rosarito Beach from this weekend, with the likes of Ozuna, Feid, Wisin Y Yandel as headliners.

The schedule is packed from Friday, August 11, to Sunday, August 13.

DJ Miriam will set the tone on Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. local time. DJ Fredy Fresco (3:10-3:30 p.m.), Dei V (3:45-4:10 p.m.), and five other acts will play into the night before Tainy (10-10:45 p.m.), Nicky Jam (10:45-11:35 p.m.), and Wisin Y Yandel (12:20 a.m. to 1:35 a.m.) bring it into Saturday.

The Saturday (August 12) slate features Becky G (9:20-10:05 p.m.), Feid (10:55-11:55 p.m.), and Ozuna (12:40 a.m. to 1:40 a.m.). Gabito Ballesteros is slated earlier in the day (3:45-4:10 p.m.), but it’s possible he’ll join Becky G because the two released their “La Nena” single alongside a strip club-based video in late June.

The final day will welcome 11 total sets — punctuated by Don Omar (10:55-11:55 p.m.) and Grupo Firme (12:45-1:45 a.m.).

The festival notes that all set times “are subject to change.” The official website teases what else can be enjoyed across the three-day event, including a “Baja Wheel” and “Glam Station,” and provides a map of the expansive festival grounds.
