N.O.R.E. Praises T.I. & Boosie Badazz For Settling Dispute Peacefully

N.O.R.E. praised T.I. and Boosie Badazz for squashing their recent beef in a peaceful manner during a recent episode of his Drink Champs podcast, which featured Wiz Khalifa. The two rappers had originally planned to work on a collaborative project together, but Boosie called it off when reports surfaced that T.I. worked with the police to avoid jail time. T.I. later clarified that the report stemmed from comments which were taken out of context and the two made amends.

“T.I. and Lil Boosie, I know that you could have went to war, y’all could have just done a whole bunch of tremendous crazy shit, but the fact that y’all show that two Black men can get together and talk it out, I really commend that, I really respect that,” N.O.R.E. said. “I really salute that because we need to keep pushing that. That it’s not always drama.” He continued: “A disagreement doesn’t always lead to y’all fighting and shooting. I love the fact that you got together. So T.I. and Boosie, wherever you are at. I wanna salute. I’m so tired of violence.”

T.I. and Boosie’s beef began back in February with Boosie labeling Tip a “rat. Speaking with VladTV, he said: “With the T.I. situation, if he did that – you a fucking rat too. I don’t spare no motherfuckin’ body. Because if you doing anything wrong, you doing anything criminal and you cooperate with law enforcement to get you out of trouble – that means you’re cooperating. That means you’re a rat.”

In proving his innocence to Boosie, T.I. shared a photo of court documents that showed he didn’t snitch on his relative. He also explained that he was using “humor” and “sarcasm” to “embellish” the story that was taken out of context for comedic effect. Speaking with TMZ in March, T.I. downplayed any beef between them and said that Boosie has “come to terms” with the fact that he “misspoke.”

Mike Dean Calls Consequence A Clown

Mike Dean is a legend when it comes to the music world. Overall, he has production credits on some of hip-hop’s greatest tracks and albums. Moreover, he is mostly known for his work with Kanye West. Although he has also worked with Travis Scott, The Weeknd, and more, it’s Dean’s work with Ye that is always mentioned. These days, however, it should be noted that Dean isn’t messing with Ye like he used to. After all of the anti-semitic ramblings from the artist, Dean has taken a step back to pursue other endeavors.

On the flip side, there are others who have remained 100 percent loyal to West, regardless of his Nazi fetish. One such person is none other than Consequence. Cons has steadily been working with Ye over the last few decades, and he has no plans of quitting. Consequence even dropped a song called “Disappointed” where he clapped back at those who have abandoned Ye. Interestingly enough, a fan suggested that he should have Mike Dean do some tinkering on the song. However, the fan was met with a less than enthusiastic response as Cons wrote “Nah I’m straight on dat.”

Mike Dean Doesn’t Hold Back

Dean was shown the screenshot of this conversation, and he was very quick to reply. “I’m good too. Thanks,” Dean wrote. Subsequently, a fan replied by saying, “cons has been acting so weird recently, I cant take him seriously.” Dean then replied to that with a clown emoji. Needless to say, Dean does not think highly of Consequence. Overall, Cons has been erratic at times, and his recent comments about those who have abandoned Ye are certainly eyebrow-raising. Either way, these two probably won’t be working together, anytime soon.

In terms of Dean’s career, he has a lot going on right now. He is consistently working on new projects. Moreover, we’re sure he has been hard at work with Travis Scott on UTOPIA which is set to drop fairly soon. He can certainly survive without the approval of Consequence. Let us know your thoughts on this feud, down below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news from the music world.

Rich Homie Quan Challenges J.I.D Over Alleged Record Contract

Rich Homie Quan called out J.I.D for claiming that he offered him a “disgusting” record contract. Quan offered to pay the Dreamville rapper $1 million if he can produce the deal.

“I don’t even remember specifically, but … straight crack sandwiches,” J.I.D told Charlemagne on The Breakfast Club, earlier this year.

Addressing the comment during a new interview with HipHopDX, Quan explained that he has no memory of offering him a concrete deal. However, he does admit that the two had a discussion.

“I remember talking to J.I.D, he’s from Atlanta,” he said. “As far as the contract, that’s cap. He knows that’s cap. I’ve never, ever sent no contract to no artist. If I want to sign you, I’ve got the best entertainment lawyer in the world. I’ve been in f’d up situations so why would I put an artist in one?”

Quan also admitted that he may have been on drugs at the time and simply can’t remember.

“But I’ma tell you this: I may have said it ’cause at that time, you know what I’m saying, I was on drugs. I was geeked up, I was turnt,” he admitted. “But I think he said I sent him an actual contract, that’s cap. I’ve never sent a contract, man. That’s cap.”

Afterward, Quan issued the challenge to J.I.D: “If he can show me a contract that I sent him, I’ll give him a million dollars.”

He also clarified that there’s “no beef” between the two rappers.

J.I.D ended up singing with J. Cole’s label, Dreamville, in 2017. He released his debut studio album, The Never Story, later that year.
