Sexyy Red Turns Club LIV In Miami All The Way Up With Her Performance

Sexyy Red is having a ball right now: recent live performances at events like Dreamville Fest, new material, and a whole lot of fan hype (despite some “beef” with an allegedly fake cousin). While a lot of people are starting to want something more from her, she was still no less electric when she gave folks a show at Club LIV in Miami, presumably over this past weekend. Moreover, the St. Louis MC offered a barefoot rendition of some of her biggest hits in an uncharacteristically blue outfit. From the passionately screamed lyrics coming from attendees’ mouths you can hear in the clip below, you can tell it was a pretty fun time.

Furthermore, Sexyy Red has a lot to promote and celebrate at the moment, including a highly teased remix of Nicki Minaj’s “FTCU” that dropped to fan acclaim. Every fanbase involved in this new version had some great things to say about it, although it wasn’t perfect reception across the board (but then again, what is?). Travis Scott got some props from the Barbz and Chris Brown fans commended his rapping skills. Considering how this career trajectory’s looked like up to this point, we can only expect more big remixes and collabs in the near future.

Sexyy Red’s Miami Performance At Club LIV: Watch Clips

However, the 26-year-old has never forgotten the journey she endured to get here, whether its peaks or its valleys. For example, she recently responded to a fan who shared one of her first-ever music videos: a diss against her cheating boyfriend that’s a flip of Vanessa Carlton’s classic “A Thousand Miles” tilted “Ah Thousand Jugs.” “Neva give up ya time comin,” Sexyy Red responded to her throwback music video. It’s certainly important advice for anyone that’s on a grind with goals in mind, and she’s now an example of how that belief can manifest into something massive.

Meanwhile, the Hood Hottest Princess might not have guaranteed longevity just yet, but she’s certainly on a right path that will be hard to knock off-course. After all, the one and only Drake dubbed her the GOAT on her birthday earlier this month. We’ll see what other big moves, releases, and public appearances keep fueling this fire. 50 Cent Is Jealous That Drake Gets Bras Thrown At Him On Stage

Drake getting things thrown at him on stage has been a major theme of his “It’s All A Blur” tour this summer. While it started off somewhat hostile with video of Drake being hit in the arm by a phone going viral, it’s taken a funny twist. That started when Drake stopped his show to point out a massive bra that was thrown on stage. That was followed by a viral hunt for the woman responsible, who was eventually found. It concluded when Drake’s own dad pranked him by throwing a hilariously oversized bra on stage during a show last week.

One person who has clearly taken notice of the bras is 50 Cent. In a recent video posted to Instagram 50 goes on a rant backstage at one of his shows. Consequently he jokes in the clip about not getting the same treatment as Drake. “They don’t treat Drake like this. They don’t treat m*thafuckin’ Drake like this. Drake, they throw him bras. What do I get? Aye, could you please go get me some Drake fans? Sh*t just don’t feel right.” He closes the video by reminiscing on a time when he used to get similar treatment. “I need to feel special around here. I need them to treat me like I’m Drake. Drake get bras every night! I used to get bras in the beginning of my career.” Check out the hilarious video below.

50 Cent Wants To Be Treated Like Drake

Despite not getting the treatment he may hope for, 50 Cent still puts on a good show. He recently dazzled fans at Club LIV in Miami during an in-between show from his Final Lap Tour. Impressive videos of 50 performing for the absolutely packed club hit the internet earlier this week.

50 Cent Performs At Club LIV In Miami: Watch

50 Cent has been having a pretty major 2023. Back in July he took off on his “The Final Lap” tour which has North American dates tunning until September. After that the tour will take off internationally and run until mid December. During a recent pair of stops in Florida, 50 found the time to hit up Club LIV in Miami for another performance. Now, clips are emerging of the show which saw the rapper dishing out classics to an absolutely packed crowd. Check out clips from the concert below.

Earlier this month Hartford, CT celebrated “50 Cent Day.” The town officially named August 11 after the rapper who famously moved there in 2003. 50 also brought it up during a recent series of shows at New York. He played back-to-back nights at Barclays Center in Brooklyn and took to Instagram after claiming to “Still run New York.” Fans in the comments largely agreed paying tribute to the legend for his history of hit songs and long-standing repping of New York.

50 Cent Lights Up Miami Club

In another Instagram post, 50 Cent shared a video of a very young fan who was excited to get to see his show. He called the clip “one of the coolest” videos he’s ever seen online and many of his fans agreed. Those in the comments were excited to see that there were still young people enjoying 50’s music even this far into his career.

Last month, fellow New York MC Nas released his new album Magic 2. The project had just two features, one of which was 50 Cent himself. He appeared on the album’s third track “Office Hours.” The team-up was the first time that the two had worked on a track together in over 20 years. 50 has yet to release any new music of his own so far in 2023.
