Gervonta Davis continues to be one of the best boxers in the entire world. Pound for pound, Davis is feared by his biggest opponents. Overall, he has an undefeated 28-0 record. Moreover, he is co-signed by some of the biggest legends in the history of boxing. One such person is none other than Floyd Mayweather, who knows a thing or two about being undefeated. Simply put, Davis is in a great position to be successful for years to come.

Moving forward, Davis is currently in talks for a fight with Ryan Garcia. This match has been in the works for quite a while. Although there is a tentative date set for April 15th, the fight papers have not been officially signed. However, Garcia is certainly eager to get in the ring with Davis, especially since they have beef. Not to mention, it would be huge for Garcia to be the first person to beat Davis. Needless to say, this is a potential fight that fans are excited about. Unfortunately, it may not happen as Davis appears to be dealing with an injury.

According to TMZ, Davis was spotted at the Super Bowl in a wheelchair. As you can see in the clip above, he was being wheeled around the venue as the Chiefs took on the Eagles. However, when approached by cameras, Davis said that it wasn’t a big deal and that he will be fine. That said, there is no telling what this could actually mean for the potential fight against Garcia. If it is an ankle injury that requires a lot of rest, then that April 15th fight date will have to be delayed.

If you are a boxing fan, this news is definitely going to be concerning. Although, young athletes tend to heal fast, so perhaps Davis can get in the shape he needs. Tommy Fury Reveals How Badly He’s Going To Injury Jake Paul

Tommy Fury and Jake Paul have had a long history of trying to fight against one another. The first time these two were going to get in the ring, Fury pulled out due to a rib injury. Subsequently, they tried fighting again back in the Summer of 2022. However, Fury had immigration issues that derailed the match, yet again. Now, they are set to fight each other on February 26th in Saudi Arabia, which should put an end to all of the logistical problems. Now, they can both settle their differences, once and for all.

Overall, both of these fighters are undefeated. Moreover, they both have a lot to prove. Some feel like Jake is a fake fighter, while others see Tommy Fury as nothing more than a Love Island contestant. This means that both men will be motivated to change the narratives around themselves. In an interview with TMZ, Fury made it very clear what his objective is. Simply put, he wants to injure Jake Paul, and he wants to do so quite badly.

Tommy Fury Is Confident

“My message to Jake Paul is good luck and I hope you’ve trained and I hope you got an ambulance on speed dial because you’re gonna need it,” Fury said. “This is all that’s been in my mind for the past two and a half, three years because I’m a professional, legitimate fighter, and my name has been lingering with Jake Paul for quite some time now and Jake Paul is not on my level.” Jake would certainly disagree with this as he sees himself as a real fighter. Furthermore, Paul has made it known that he wants to go after real belts. However, the only way he can do so is if he gets past Fury.

With this fight going down in just three more weeks, there is a ton of anticipation being built. Fans have waited a very long time to see this match go down, and it promises to be one for the ages. Jake Paul Snaps At Bomani Jones: Watch

Jake Paul has had a very interesting foray into the boxing world. For the most part, fans have been skeptical about his ability. However, he has proven that he can hang with the best of them. Throughout his first few matches, he has already defeated Ben Askren, Tyron Woodley twice, and Anderson Silva. Additionally, he has wins against Aneson Gib and Nate Robinson, although they barely count. Moving forward, Paul has plans to fight against none other than Tommy Fury. This match is set to go down on February 26th and it should be a lot of fun.

Overall, this is a huge match for Jake. This is because Paul has yet to actually fight someone who made their name in boxing. Fury is the first trained boxer he has fought, and there is a lot riding on this. If for some reason Jake loses, then his entire appeal as a fighter could be in jeopardy. However, Paul is still extremely confident that he can win. Ultimately, it will come down to his performance on the night of the fight.

Jake Paul Is Upset

Ahead of his fight, Paul is looking to do some media engagements. Recently, he appeared on Game Theory which is hosted by Bomani Jones. Jones is a reporter who is not afraid to ask tough questions. Consequently, that is exactly what he did while Paul was on his show. In the clip above, you can see Jones ask Paul what he thinks will happen if he loses. After all, why will people care if he’s no longer undefeated? Well, Jake Paul did not like that question and snapped at Bomani, saying “I don’t know who the f–k you are.”

This is easily one of the worst answers to can hit back with. Furthermore, it was made even worse when Jones told Paul that he only knows of him because people don’t like him very much. Overall, it was one of those exchanges that will not do Paul any favors. However, Paul probably got off the Zoom call and forgot about what was said immediately. At the end of the day, he has a fight to train for and if he spends too much time with the media, he will simply lose momentum.

In fact, his interest in boxing has led him to interview athletes like Jake Paul. Paul is a big name in the boxing world right now, whether people like it or not. Smith understands this and has spoken to the young man on numerous occasions. During an impromptu interview with Baller Alert, Smith actually got to give his true feelings on the YouTuber-turned-boxer.

Interestingly enough, Stephen A. has a great deal of respect for Paul. Overall, he believes the young man is very talented, despite what some might say. After all, he has defeated some big names in the ring, including Tyron Woodley and Anderson Silva. “I don’t know how good he is, but I know he’s good based off of what we’ve seen. I know he’s somebody that should be respected on a multitude of levels,” Smith said. “Boxers need to appreciate him more because he is showing them that there’s a way to make money without being at the mercy of the promoters.”

Despite what Smith may say, there are still going to be people who doubt Jake Paul. Although, he will have an opportunity to prove those people wrong as he gears up to fight Tommy Fury. Floyd Mayweather is one of the greatest boxers of all time. His 50-0 record speaks for itself, and even all of these years later, he still competes. However, his most recent fights are all exhibitions. Regardless, he can still fight at an exceptionally high level.

Mayweather is even gearing up for a fight in London on February 25th. This match will take place against the likes of Aaron Chalmers. Chalmers is a 35-year-old fighter who is eager to get his chance against the GOAT. However, it will take a huge effort to destroy Mayweather’s unbeaten record.

Floyd Mayweather Vs. Jarvis

Social media influencer Jarvis is also a boxer. Jarvis used to be part of Faze Clan, and now, he can be seen doing various exhibition events. According to TMZ, he recently got link up with Floyd, and the two did some sparring against one another.

In the video clip down below, you can see how this did not go particularly well for Jarvis. Overall, Mayweather was all over the ring delivering some heft punches against the YouTuber. At the end of the day, it remains very clear that Mayweather is just in a league of his own.

“I’m back in the ring and for the first time, it’s going down in the UK. I’m excited to be partnering with The Zeus Network who will be exclusively airing my next exhibition on February 25th at the O2 Arena on Zeus PPV,” Mayweather said of his upcoming fight.

If you’re a Mayweather fan, you’re probably hoping that he goes back to prize fights. However, it doesn’t seem exceptionally likely at this point. Either way, Mayweather is still happy to get in the ring, which is definitely a good thing.

Jake Paul Predicts How He’ll Beat Tommy Fury

Jake Paul says that he’s going to knock Tommy Fury unconscious during their upcoming fight in Saudi Arabia, next month. During an interview with Sky Sports, Paul predicted exactly how the match is going to go.

“I want to become a world champion,” Paul told the outlet. “I’m going to become a world champion and these fights are all just stepping stones to get there. I’m slowly improving.”

From there, Paul explained how he is “starting to really, really get this sport” and looked ahead to his future. He argued that he will become a “dominant world champion” one day.

“You can expect Fury face down on the canvas, unconscious and it’s going to happen fast. Get your popcorn but don’t blink,” Paul continued. “They hate on me beating Tyron Woodley. They hate on me beating Anderson Silva, not understanding that they are both 10 times better boxers than Tommy Fury.”

He further said: “So the critics and the sheep who believe Jake Paul hasn’t fought a real boxer, someone his age, they’re technically right and this checks that off. So that’s going to be fun to shut those people up.”

“The kid is good but he’s not great and he’s never been in there with someone who wants it more than him,” Paul added.

“I’m hyper-competitive and I want to be the best at whatever it is that I do,” he continued. “So I feel like my whole entire life has led me up to this moment and to come in with a different sort of narrative, through YouTube and Disney Channel and to change the sport of boxing, how the promotion’s done, how the fighters are paid, how the events are looking, that to me excites me, to innovate in this sport that has needed it for the past decade or so.”

“I’m excited to help this sport,” Paul concluded.

Jake Paul has been trying to fight Tommy Fury for two years now. The first time these two were going to fight, Fury had to pull out with a rib injury. Taking to Twitter today, Jake Paul revealed that he will be taking on Fury in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a result, Fury will have absolutely no excuses. Furthermore, the fight is fairly short notice as it will go down on February 26th. Needless to say, Paul means business.

“Tommy has no excuses now…Baby’s born. Money’s massive. Immigration no issue,” Paul wrote. “Tyson promises he & Papa will make Tommy retire from boxing & change his last name if he can’t beat the YouTuber. Tmw I’m coming to London to look at all 3 Fury’s in the eye & shake on that promise.”

Paul has defeated the likes of Tyron Woodley, Anderson Silva, Ben Askren, and Nate Robinson. Fans have been waiting for him to fight a real boxer, and Tommy Fury definitely fits that bill. Overall, it should prove to be a very interesting match. However, this is likely his biggest risk as Fury could be the one to hand him that first loss.

Mike Tyson Sued Over Alleged Rape From The 90s: Details

Mike Tyson is reportedly being sued for an alleged rape that took place back in the early 90s, according to ABC News 10. An anonymous victim has filed an affidavit with the Albany County Court where she is seeking $5 million in damages.

Throughout the affidavit, it claims that Tyson and the woman met at a popular dance club in Albany. Subsequently, she got into Tyson’s limo, where he allegedly raped her. Overall, the woman reportedly suffered physical and psychological injuries from the alleged incident.

“I met Mike Tyson in the early 1990s at a dance club called Septembers,” the affidavit read. “My friend and I were hanging out with him and his limousine driver. Tyson told us about a party and asked us to join him. My friend was going to drop off her car and Tyson said he would pick her up in the limousine.”

Additionally, the woman explained how things escalated in the limo. Tyson allegedly tried to kiss her and she refused. Subsequently, he allegedly took her clothes off and raped her.

“He then pulled my pants off and violently raped me,” the affidavit reads. “As a result of Tyson’s rape, I suffered and continue to suffer from physical, psychological, and emotional injury.”

George Foreman Hits Sexual Assault Accuser With Countersuit: Report

George Foreman is one of the most famous boxers of all time. He is beloved by many, however, that has somewhat changed over the past year or so. This is because Foreman has been accused of sexually assaulting a minor over 40 years ago.

Last summer, a woman going by the name of Gwen H. accused Foreman of coercing her into sexual acts. Another woman accused Foreman of the exact same thing. Gwen H. is currently in the midst of suing Foreman for $12 million, although the boxer is adamant that this is just some sort of extortion attempt.

George Foreman Responds

Prior to Gwen H. coming out with her story, Foreman tried to get ahead of things. In fact, he claimed he was being extorted way before the lawsuit was even filed. That being said, it was only a matter of time before he and his legal team came through with a strategy of their own.

According to TMZ, Foreman has officially launched a countersuit against his accuser. The lawsuit claims there is “zero corroborating evidence in the form of documents, photographs, letters, or witnesses to support Gwen’s false claims against Foreman.”

Moreover, the legendary boxer claims he has undergone severe emotional distress throughout all of this. “Anxiety, sleeplessness, worry, shock, and humiliation” are reportedly all things that Foreman has gone through over these past few months. At this time, the damages being sought are unknown. Additionally, his accuser has yet to give her reaction to the countersuit.

While speaking to TMZ, Tyson was asked about his thoughts on Davis. As you can imagine, Tyson thinks the world of him right now. Overall, Davis is an undefeated fighter who has the biggest fight of his career coming up. He is set to take on Ryan Garcia, and by all accounts, it is going to be a fantastic match.

“Tank is a great fighter,” Tyson said. “He’ll be [a legend] too if he keeps fighting.” Davis is someone who has received a ton of praise over the years. Furthermore, he has the backing of Floyd Mayweather, who knows what it takes to go undefeated over the span of an entire career.

When it comes to boxing, there is always this concept of the next man up. With Davis at the top of his game, there are now tons of fighters who want to come after him. Whether or not any of those guys will actually be successful, still remains to be seen.
