Megan Thee Stallion Shows Fans Everything’s “Bigger In Texas” In New Twerk Session Vid

Everything is “Bigger In Texas,” and Megan Thee Stallion sought to prove that with a new video twerking to her latest hit. Of course, some people never liked this content or think she plays into it too much, but it doesn’t make it any less skillful or lust-inducing. Also, it’s part of the Houston femcee’s expression and a way to engage with fans, whether showing them how it’s done or giving them something to enjoy amid a lot of other tough times in her life and career. She recently dropped the In Her Words documentary, which goes over a lot of heavy moments such as taking her mother off life support.

“They had to put her under, and she was just brain dead,” Megan Thee Stallion emotionally recalled during her documentary. “I stayed up there every day… just praying that she could shake back from it. But once I realized she wasn’t coming back, I knew I couldn’t keep her like this. I had to make the decision to pull the plug, and she passed the next day. […] When my mama passed away, I think I really forgot who I was. I lost a lot of confidence because I was so used to my mama telling me what to do. And when life started getting crazy, I didn’t have her.”

Megan Thee Stallion Twerks To “Bigger In Texas”

Despite the hardships, Megan Thee Stallion continues to promote a great time with her other forms of social media presence. A clip recently surfaced of her and Dreezy dancing quite provocatively at a Halloween party, and their costumes were also on point. The game of contrasts is a rough one to maintain with conviction, but Meg is able to enjoy herself and share her important statements and beliefs fruitfully.

Meanwhile, controversy continues to ensue concerning the shooting case of Tory Lanez. Whether or not you take his side or Megan Thee Stallion’s, you can’t deny that the combative back-and-forth extended far beyond the conviction in an excessive manner. The Canadian artist currently seeks appeal, and the court will determine whether or not he will get that second chance. But we have to wait and see.

Slim Thug has let his allegiance be known in the divisive drama between Megan Thee Stallion and Tory Lanez, clearly siding with Megan and calling Lanez and other men who hurt women “lame” amongst other insults.

Slim took to Instagram Live on Friday and shared his thoughts on the matter in a minute and a half long video in which he clearly expressed support for his fellow Houston artist.

In the video, which can be seen on @livebitez on X, Slim sits in his car and speaks to the camera while rolling an unknown substance.

He says:

“You n***as oughta be ashamed of ya’ll self for hating on Thee Stallion. I wanted to give her a big a** hug after I watched that,” Slim said in the clip below. Man, she been through a lot. Lost her daddy, lost her mama, best friend…a n***a she slept with shot at her. And the court….ah man….boy a n***a she slept with shot at her. What n***a….I don’t give a damn, all you Tory Lanez fans…it don’t ever make sense to pull a gun on a b***h period. I don’t give a f*** what you need***as say- you pull a gun out on a girl, you are lame and that’s just life, so if you believe he should be free over that weak a** sh**, you’s a lame. Let me be clear with you, I ride with the hottie, I got her back. Big Slim ready to give her a big hug and support her for the rest of whenever. But yeah, all you men out there hating on a woman, you n***as is weird and deserved to be slapped. Real life you n***as is hella weird, but you n***as act like women so I ain’t surprised y’all…talking about a woman.”

He pauses to continue rolling before reiterating “weird a** n***as” and calling them “gossip queens,” stating “there’s a lot of gossip queens out there.”

Megan Thee Stallion Shows Her Adoration For Houston Rap Culture With “Bigger In Texas” Visual

Megan Thee Stallion, while providing a lot of bangers on MEGAN, it’s subsequent ACT II takes all gas and no brakes to a new level. If the cover wasn’t telling enough for you, it does hint at the sonic direction for these 13 new tracks. The gaudy diamond-encrusted font and her extravagant grill scream that this is going to be strictly Southern hip-hop slappers. Right on cue, you are going to put in the time machine as the Houston rapper is doing just that with the wavy synths to the familiar drum patterns. This is easily the most she has leaned into her H-Town roots in her music and most of the love letters do the era justice.

One of those prime examples is “Bigger In Texas,” the lead-off cut for this extended version of her self-titled record. The brand-new visual especially shows off her love for the Lone Star State with the over-the-top lowriders, Johnny Dang’s famous jewelry store, and plenty of cameos from artists that paved the way. Slim Thug, Paul Wall, and Sauce Walka are just a few that show love to the H-Town Hottie. As for the track itself, Meg brings her patented flow, adlibs, bars, and the whole bit and it’s a pretty impressive display regardless of how much you’ve heard this formula. There are some hilarious flashes of her humor as well with gut-busting bars like, “Pockets gettin’ thickеr and thicker, I’m tastin’ the money, it look likе I ate a few hundreds / I just hopped on a G6, I’m gettin’ head while I’m playin’ my Switch, hm.”
