James Harden Roasted For Ridiculous Pre-Game Outfit

James Harden has been having a great season with Philadelphia. While the 76ers got off to a very slow start, they are now one of the hottest teams in the league. Harden has been playing great basketball with Joel Embiid, and overall, they have a shot to perhaps win the East.

If you are a Harden fan, this resurgence has been nice to see. He seemingly struggled last season, however, he is finding his footing and now looks to be fully healthy. Moving forward, the Sixers will definitely be a team to watch out for, which is always good news for Philly fans.

James Harden Thinks It’s Fashion Week

Yesterday, the Sixers played the New York Knicks on Christmas Day. In the end, the Sixers won the match, with Harden having another solid outing. However, it was Harden’s pre-game outfit that truly stole the show.

As you can see in the video down below, Harden was wearing a very bizarre fit that certainly had people talking. First off, we have purple leather pants. Secondly, he is wearing a green, orange, and purple striped jacket with slippers to match. Lastly, he has on a pink Shiesty mask that will remind you of Kanye West.

Subsequently, Harden was roasted throughout social media. Of course, this should not have been that much of a surprise as social media tends to be ruthless. In the quote tweets down below, you can see how a lot of people felt that Harden did too much here. This is not the first time his fashion choices have been questioned, and they certainly will not be the last.

Trae Young Comes To Boosie’s Defense

During his time with the Atlanta Hawks, Trae Young has seen some very famous people sitting courtside. Overall, Atlanta is a huge hub for hip-hop. As a result, you should be able to deduce that tons of rappers are typically sitting courtside at the games.

One of those artists is none other than Boosie Badazz. Over the years, he has been a staple of Hawks games, and the fans love to see him there. However, it appears as though Boosie’s fandom could be under attack as he recently took to social media with a distressing message.

Below, you can see Boosie explain a recent interaction he had with NBA security. Simply put, they told him that if he continued to talk trash at the players and coaches, he would be removed from the arena for good. Needless to say, the NBA came with a real threat.

Trae Young Responds

Young doesn’t appreciate this treatment of Boosie as he took to Twitter with a measured response. Basically, Trae Young believes Boosie isn’t saying anything that egregious. In fact, Young believes people have gotten away with way worse.

“Nahhh man we not gonna do this to Boosie now.. Bro be chillin most games with family,” Young said. “Heard 11x worse things being said to players & coaches then how he be talkin. Lol Thanks for the support! @BOOSIEOFFICIAL

Young is the defacto captain of the Atlanta Hawks, which makes him the perfect person to speak out on this topic. He has experience with the fans, and if he says Boosie isn’t doing anything crazy, then the league should take his word for it.

Klay Thompson Claps Back At Grizzlies Over Dynasty Claims

Klay Thompson and the Memphis Grizzlies have been in a huge rivalry as of late. The young stars of the Grizzlies like Dillon Brooks and Ja Morant have rubbed him the wrong way. Overall, he does not care for their cocky attitudes, and he has made it his mission to teach them a lesson.

On Christmas Day, the Warriors and the Grizzlies played each other in what should have been a win for the Grizzlies. Without Steph Curry, the Warriors were huge underdogs to win the match. However, Thompson rallied the troops and came through with a massive win.

Klay Thompson Taunts The Grizzlies

As you can imagine, Thompson wasn’t very charitable to the Grizzlies after the game. In fact, he had a ton of smoke for them. In the clip down below, you can see Thompson going off on the team, noting just how much their tough talk is all for nothing.

“Man, they [were] talking about dynasty and all that, you can’t talk dynasty when you haven’t won before.” Thompson explained. “I don’t think people realize how hard that is, the commitment and sacrifice it takes. You got to sacrifice your body and I thought that was premature talk to even mention that word.”

After shooting a basket over the head of Brooks, Thompson hit him with the ultimate taunt. Brooks was on the ground, although that did not stop Thompson from being a complete menace out there. The Warriors superstar continues to yell in his face, and the crowd absolutely loved it.

Overall, the new rivalry between these two teams is a whole lot of fun. Hopefully, we see them battle each other in the playoffs again, sometime soon.

“Reality is, without AD, we lose a lot of length which we don’t have already,” James explained. “So we have to make up in ways that, without AD, is very difficult, very challenging. So, I think at one point we had a lineup of I think [Austin Reaves] was the tallest guy on the court.

James continued: “So, you don’t have to be a rocket scientist to figure it out [that Davis is sorely missed].”

Davis is currently out of the lineup while nursing a stress fracture in his right foot. Chris Haynes of Turner Sports reports that the team will reevaluate his health in two weeks.

“You throw everything up against the wall and see what sticks, ” Lakers coach Darvin Ham explained. “It’s one of those types of situations. AD’s not here, not in the lineup. We’re not going to start using that as an excuse. Hell yeah, it’s a big hole in our lineup. But now, we’re pros. We’ve got to step up.”

For the Lakers’ Christmas Day loss, LeBron James finished with 38 points on 13-for-23 shooting. He has now played in the most Christmas Day games in NBA history with 17.

James Harden Responds To Rumors Of Returning To The Rockets

James Harden was upset with reporters on Sunday when asked whether it’s true that he’s interested in returning to the Houston Rockets. Harden remarked that he won’t address the rumors on Christmas.

“Why would you ask me about that on Christmas, man?” Harden said according to Keith Pompey of The Philadelphia Inquirer. “You didn’t say Merry Christmas or nothing. You asked me about something that I ain’t even … I’m not answering. I didn’t see nothing.”

When pressed for an answer, Harden reiterated: ”I’m not talking right now before the game.”

Rumors of Harden’s interest in reuniting with the Rockets gained steam due to a new report from ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

The veteran NBA reporter wrote: “Harden and his inner circle have been openly weighing Houston in recent months, sources said, a remarkable possibility given that he requested and received a trade out of the franchise less than two years ago.”

In the two years since leaving Houston, Harden has played for the Brooklyn Nets and Philidelphia 76ers. He’s seen minimal postseason success with both franchises.

After joining the 76ers, Harden inked a two-year, $68.6 million contract. However, the deal includes a player option for 2023-24, which would allow him to opt for free agency in the coming offseason.

James Harden and the Philadelphia 76ers are currently 20-12 and ranked fifth in the Eastern Conference standings.

On Sunday, he helped lead the team to a 119-112 win over the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden. He finished the night with 29 points and 13 assists.

James Harden Reportedly Eyeing Return To The Houston Rockets

James Harden is certainly no stranger when it comes to being entangled in NBA rumors. Since joining the league as a rookie in 2009, he’s played for four different teams.

A shocking report on Monday (December 25) reveals that he could be wanting to play for one of his old squads again.

According to ESPN Senior NBA Insider, Adrian Wojnarowski, the current 76ers shooting guard might be eyeing a return to the Houston Rockets. However, this would only be if he enters free agency this summer.

His current two-year contract with the Sixers contains a player option for the 2023-24 season. If he chooses to take it, he will subsequently become a free agent.

The interesting part is that his present stint with Philadelphia began just shy of two years ago, shortly after he requested a trade out of Houston. The Rockets traded him to the Brooklyn Nets in a four-player deal in January, 2021. It reunited him with his former OKC teammate, Kevin Durant. Only a month later though, the world was witness to the Sixers and Nets swapping superstars Harden and Ben Simmons in a blockbuster trade.

Regardless of the new development, the 33-year-old was certainly gelling with his current team on Sunday (December 25). He put up 29 points and 13 assists in Philadelphia’s 119-112 win over the New York Knicks. The game served as the league’s first of five Christmas Day match-ups.

Furthermore, the All-Star guard seems to not be paying the reports too much attention. “I’m here. We are playing very well and I don’t know where the report came from, but I’m very excited to be here. We are playing well, and we’re continuing to get getter,” he told reporters following the win.

It will certainly be interesting to see how all of this unfolds during the off-season. For now, Philadelphia is enjoying an eight-game winning streak.

Could you see Harden back in a Rockets jersey? If so, who do you think they’d have to give up in a trade to get him? Sound off in the comments down below. Finally, make sure to check out our newest holiday-themed playlist here.

Anthony Davis’ Foot Injury Hit With Another Update

Anthony Davis is one of the most dominant players in the league when he is healthy. However, that simply has not been the case over the past few years. Davis is constantly injured, and it has made it so that he never gets any sort of momentum going.

This was especially true earlier this week when it was revealed that Davis would have to miss time with a foot injury. Davis had been playing some of the best basketball of his career. Now, however, the Lakers will have to try and compete without him.

Anthony Davis Update

Overall, this is just bad news for the Lakers as they have a record of 13-18. This is not good enough to make the playoffs, and without AD, they will simply get worse. Subsequently, it is being reported that Davis has a stress injury and is now out indefinitely.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski, however, there is some good news here. Basically, Davis will be reevaluated in about a week from now. From there, the next course of action will be revealed. That said, there is no real guarantee that the Lakers will be able to reactivate Davis. In fact, there is still the risk of Davis needing an operation, although the team seems convinced that won’t be necessary.

No matter what, this is not great for the Lakers. They need some sort of pick-me-up, and that won’t be coming anytime soon. But hey, at least they have the 2020 bubble.

Zach LaVine Reportedly Wants To Go To The Lakers

Zach LaVine and the Chicago Bulls don’t seem to be the fit they once were. There was a point where LaVine was on the verge of superstardom. However, he has been having it out with his teammates and his coaches. This past week, he had a pretty large argument with one teammate after they told him to play better defense.

With that being said, it is looking likely that both sides just move on from one another. If it were to come down to a trade, the Bulls could get a lot for LaVine. Additionally, there are plenty of teams out there who would love to have LaVine’s brand of talent.

Zach LaVine To The Lakers?

Lavine is a Klutch Sports athlete, which means it should be no surprise that some think he could go to the Lakers. According to Sean Deveney of Heavy.com, the Lakers are looking like the likeliest outcome for LaVine. This is mostly because LaVine himself wants to play there.

“LaVine wants to go to the Lakers, that has been pretty clear for a while now,” Deveney wrote. “The agents (from Klutch Sports) want him to be in Los Angeles, he is a UCLA guy and they did some rattling about his contract last offseason, to kind of lay the groundwork if things blew up. Which they seem to be doing.”

Getting LaVine would probably mean giving up Anthony Davis. For the Lakers, that could very well be a nonstarter. However, talks between the two teams have yet to actually take place.

This is a developing story so stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news from around the league. Additionally, let us know where you think LaVine should go, in the comments below.

LeBron James x D-Wade

Wade is part of a potential class that includes the likes of Tony Parker, Gregg Popovich, Pau Gasol, and Dirk Nowitzki. It is very likely that all of these men become first-ballot Hall of Famers. It would be an amazing honor and one that Wade certainly deserves.

Consequently, LeBron James seems to feel the exact same way. After the news broke on social media, LeBron took to Twitter with a message for his friend. “Congrats to my brother @DwyaneWade on being on the eligible candidate HOF list!! I mean he ain’t no candidate, he’s IN!!!!! Hahaha!” he wrote.

LeBron is absolutely right about this. Wade is one of the best shooting guards to ever play the game. Overall, it would be an injustice for him to not be a first-ballot Hall of Fame player. After all, there are plenty of other first-ballot guys who ended up doing less than him.
