Rich The Kid Takes Plea Deal In Miami Bomb Threat Case

Rich The Kid has accepted a plea deal in the case regarding a bomb threat in Miami from last year. At the time, authorities arrested him for refusing to follow police orders and going beyond a perimeter they had set up around a hotel for the investigation. He’s now pleaded no contest to resisting arrest and trespassing, which will allow him to avoid jail time. He will, however, have to pay a $1,000 fine.

His legal team said, as caught by HipHopDX: “We believed that if we proceeded to go to trial we would have been successful. The offers leading up to the trial included a period of supervision. That being said, our client is pleased with the outcome of time served and a fine to resolve the matter and looks forward to continued success.”

Rich reportedly was so intent on entering the hotel because he wanted to speak with a promoter who owed him money. The debt apparently stemmed from an appearance at Hyde Beach nightclub alongside NLE Choppa and A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie.

Rich appeared unfazed on social media after the initial arrest. At the time, he shared several clips from Scarface. In one scene, Tony Montana remarks: “You want to waste my time? Okay. I call my lawyer. He’s the best lawyer in Miami. He’s such a good lawyer that by tomorrow morning, you’re gonna be working in Alaska… so dress warm.” Following the incident, Rich teamed up with Kanye West, Ty Dolla Sign, and Playboi Carti to appear on Vultures for the track, “Carnival.” The song peaked at number one on the Billboard Hot 100, making for Rich’s first time reaching the spot. Mariah The Scientist Arrested For Alleged March Assault: Details

Mariah The Scientist’s alleged club fight from back in March seems to have caught up to her, as TMZ Hip Hop reports that authorities in Atlanta arrested her on Wednesday night (May 1). Moreover, according to an alleged Fulton County police report obtained by the publication, a woman named Cleopatra Dues told the Zone 2 precinct on March 29 that Mariah attacked her the night before inside Cavo Kitchen and Cocktail. Not only that, but Dues alleged that this was for no apparent reason. The story goes that the artist took hold of her, snatched her wig off, and dragged her across the table and floor, resulting in leg and feet injuries. Eventually, Dues claims she left the scene after being attacked and called 911, relaying to dispatchers that she felt unsafe.

Furthermore, a video of the incident spread quickly on social media shortly after it occurred, with some folks assuming that the victim was Staten Island rapper Cleotrapa. However, given her tweet denying this, it seems like initial reports on a police investigation were probably a factor that caused this assumption, since the MC shares a similar name to the woman that reportedly filed a report. It’s also very hard to identify in the video whether it’s really Mariah The Scientist, plus whether the victim is really Cleotrapa. Regardless, whoever Dues is wants to press charges and to ask Cavo for any additional surveillance footage of what happened.

Still, apparently Dues didn’t have her glasses on at the time of the alleged brawl, so she wasn’t able to fully identify who her supposed assailant was. Reportedly, she went on to identify Mariah The Scientist as the alleged culprit, real name Mariah Buckles. Dues said that she has no idea why Thugger’s boo attacked her, as she claimed she hadn’t interacted with her or any of her friends at all. As such, you can see why this is a bizarre situation.

Finally, full-circling back to this reported arrest, Atlanta police apparently booked Mariah The Scientist yesterday on a battery charge, and she bonded out later in the day. While this is a mysterious legal claim to deal with, it’s also not the only brush-in she had with a legal matter recently. As Young Thug’s partner, the Atlanta native has been very supportive of him amid his RICO trial. There have been some alleged bumps on the way, but they seem pretty stable now as a couple, this arrest notwithstanding.

Lil Tjay Blows $500K On Watches After Birthday Arrest

Lil Tjay has wasted very little time in getting back to his life’s exploits following his recent arrest in Miami… but just in case, he’s got some new watches to keep track. Moreover, you may have already heard that authorities arrested him on a warrant at a Miami airport on Tuesday (April 30), which just so happened to be his 23rd birthday. After reportedly leaving on a $500 bond, the Bronx rapper got right back to business and invited Benny “The Jeweler” Nisanov on a private jet to but $500K in watches from him. “@liltjay SAID HE WANNA SPEND 500K FOR HIS BDAY!!…” The Jeweler captioned an IG post of them on their flight around Thursday (May 2). “23 YEARS YOUNG THIS HOW WE COMIN. RICHARD MILLE WHITE @bubbawatson AND SECOND #5980 BUSS DOWN PATEK WE OUTSIDE !!”

Furthermore, Lil Tjay had already flexed on the authorities by showing off his private jet after police released him from custody, so this is just adding onto all that. However, despite all this aftermath that he was able to document, it’s still very unclear what happened with this arrest in the first place. Pretty much the only piece of tangible information out there was that authorities reportedly had a warrant. Little else emerged about this incident since, and it’s unclear whether there will be any more info given past legal issues.

Speaking of which, Lil Tjay has faced a couple of these throughout his career, including a January 2023 arrest in New York City due to gun possession. He was infamously supposed to record a music video with Ice Spice at the time. Later that year, NYPD also detained the now-23-year-old briefly on alleged and additional charges of reckless endangerment and obstructing governmental administration. 2024’s been much more low-key for him apart from this arrest, bolstered mostly by singles like “Good Life.”

Meanwhile, speaking of Ice Spice, there are rumors currently floating around that she cheated on her boyfriend and producer RiotUSA with Lil Tjay. Lil Tjay Flexes On The Authorities After Being Released From Custody

Lil Tjay found himself in a bit of a tough situation on Tuesday. Overall, the artist was celebrating his 23rd birthday, and it was supposed to be a joyous occasion. However, while trying to board a private jet at an airport in Miami, Tjay was arrested by authorities. He was taken into custody, and there were very few details surrounding why he was arrested. At the time, the prevailing report was that there was a warrant for his arrest, but the specifics were fairly unknown.

Fans were very concerned for Tjay, especially since he has dealt with some legal issues in the past. However, it seems as though the artist has gotten out of any trouble he was in. We know this because the artist posted a plethora of videos to social media, where he could be seen with his freedom intact. In the clips below, you can see the artist back at the airport, where he was with his friends and a private jet. XXXTentacion Lashes Out In Previously Unreleased Interrogation Footage

XXXTentacion left an indelible impression on the music world. He was an immensely talented artist who was also accused of and charged with heinous criminal acts. X’s death at the age of 20 meant that he’d never get a chance to make up for his mistakes, or serve the jail time that some fans felt he should have. The men who were convicted of murdering XXXTentacion are still in the process of appealing their ruling. DJ Akademiks, however, turned the clock back on May 1 by posting previously unseen footage of the rapper during an interrogation.

The interrogation took place in 2016. XXXTentacion was arrested for stabbing Dylan Turner aka Tablez. The rapper can seen sitting on the right side of an interrogation room, where he is handcuffed to a chair. The audio quality is low, as DJ Akademiks points out, but X’s rage doesn’t need much interpretation. “All we got right now,” the interrogating officer stated. “Is that you went in there and grabbed his knife.” X slammed his head against the wall in frustration, yelling over the officer’s words.

The officer continued to explain what he felt went down, but X struggled to articulate his side of the story. “What the f*ck,” he said. “How–.” The rapper cut himself off to bury his head in his hands. “F*ck this sh*t,” he added. “F*ck this sh*t.” The situation looks dire from the footage, but XXXTentacion was actually released shortly after this interrogation took place.

Tablez made a full recovery from his injury, and agreed to drop all charges against the rapper. He said he didn’t “want one bad choice to define who [XXXTentacion] was.” In return, the rapper paid for Tablez’s medical bills. He also apologized to Tablez over the stabbing. “Thank you for dropping the charges,” X later asserted. “As f*cked up as the situation is, I am forever in your debt.”

XXXTentacion and Tablez may have made up, but both artists died before their time. The former was shot and killed in 2018, and the latter died from a drug overdose in 2022. Tablez was the “manager” for both X and Ski Mask the Slump God early in their careers, in addition to being part of the Members Only collective.

Lil Tjay Reportedly Arrested In Miami: Details

Lil Tjay was supposed to have himself a good Tuesday, as it was his 23rd birthday. Overall, the artist was in Miami and was going to be hopping on a flight out of the city to go celebrate somewhere with his friends. Unfortunately, his celebration was cut short as the young artist was intercepted by Federal agents. According to The Shade Room, U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers approached Tjay as he was boarding a flight at the Miami-Opa Locka airport.

Tjay was subsequently put in a nearby vehicle and driven away by authorities. As it stands, it would appear as though the artist is still in custody. For now, however, there are very little details pertaining to the arrest, and what is going to happen next. The Shade Room did publish a mugshot, but that is all we really have to go on right now. It was also noted that it seems like a warrant is what ultimately sparked the arrest.

Last year, Tjay was charged with “criminal possession of a weapon for an imitation pistol, reckless endangerment for displaying a prop gun, and obstructing governmental administration.” For now, it remains to be seen if this arrest has anything to do with that. Sukihana Launches Merch Collection With Her Recent Mugshot

Sukihana was recently arrested on drug charges… but did you think that she wasn’t going to turn this obstacle into an opportunity? Moreover, she recently launched a new line of merch, specifically T-shirts with her mugshot on them that have messages like “Bad Kitty” and “Free Da Coochie Girl.” While we don’t know much else about the Delaware native’s case -– and $45 seems like a bit too much to ask for a tee -– at least this is a chance for her to keep herself afloat amid a difficult time. We’ll see just how serious these charges are, whether or not she is free right now (she probably is), and whether it’s going to be a big headache moving forward.

Furthermore, we know that Sukihana has a rumored new boo to take care of and spend time with too. For those unaware, she and Ray J have been pretty close as of late, and some folks think that there could be something deeper than just a business partnership. Whether there’s any truth in that remains to be seen, and we know that Ray is also dealing with his face tattoo controversy which all ended up being fake. Elsewhere, Sukihana is unfortunately not as amicable with other TV network-associated celebrities beyond Tronix’s Ray J, but she’s never been about shying away from confrontation. For example, she recently got into it with Peter Thomas of the Real Housewives Of Atlanta, who took issue with a lot of her more lewd antics with other people and thinks her presentation is a bit off. Bankroll Freddie Found Guilty On Drug & Weapons Charges

According to an AllHipHop report, a court found Bankroll Freddie guilty of multiple charges related to a massive federal gun and drug bust in Arkansas. Moreover, these charges include possession and distribution of marijuana, along with other controlled substances, plus multiple counts of drug possession with intent to distribute and crimes relating to weapons possession. However, he also reportedly evaded several serious charges with this verdict, although it’s unclear at press time what specific charges he was acquitted for. Furthermore, this legal saga formed part of a wider initiative in the state to strictly and firmly combat gun and drug proliferation.

This crackdown eventually caught up to Bankroll Freddie back in 2022, and comprises a much more large-scale indictment and investigation concerning drug and weapons trafficking in Arkansas. In terms of how the charges connect, the FBI reported that gun distribution and possession played a role in advancing the primary drug trade that the indicted individuals worked in. In fact, this litigation accused two specific gangs, the Every Body Killas and the Loady Murder Mobb, of being at the center of narcotics activity in the state. Still, it’s unclear how deep the rapper’s guilty verdict ties him into the other aspects of this case, particularly these groups.

Not only that, but Bankroll Freddie’s link to illegal drug and gun activity in his state is, according to the FBI, a family matter. The Arkansas MC, real name Freddie Gladney III, apparently involved himself in this scheme through his father Freddie Gladney Jr. and through a few siblings, as well. Their evidence is alleged wire-tapped audio that details the drug dealing plot and how Gladney Jr. supposedly gave his children different roles to fulfill. However, this is all hard to scrutinize given the little information readily available on the case for the average user who will come across this case online.

Sukihana Arrested In Florida On Drug Charges: Details

Sukihana was reportedly arrested in South Florida on Thursday afternoon (April 25) and charged with ecstasy and codeine possession with intent to distribute. This is a very early XXL report with not a lot of info at press time, so take this with a grain of salt as there’s probably going to be a clarifying update coming soon. Still, a lot of folks expressed surprise or interest in this online, and the only thing they have to discuss this with are just theories. It’s kind of similar to relationship rumors that are circling her and Ray J as of late, although these are obviously very different circumstances.

Moreover, the Delaware native is known to be in the headlines for pretty wild reasons these days, but most of them relate to her antics. For example, she recently got into it with Peter Thomas of RHOA over her lewd behavior, and their back-and-forth clap-backs were pretty nasty. Of course, Sukihana knows pretty well how to capitalize on moments like these, associate herself with the right people, and build her name off of her unapologetic persona. Right now, though, it seems like this might be an example of this approach backfiring, although there is probably much more to this story that will make these assumptions moot.

Furthermore, it’s very likely that Yungeen Ace knew that this was exactly the right time to strike when it comes to making this pitch. This is because 50 Cent recently opened up a massive film and television studio lot in Shreveport, Louisiana, which will surely bring a lot of other amazing projects to life. While nothing is for certain in Hollywood, at least the Queens rapper has plenty of experience with successful media up to this point, such as the Power and BMF TV shows. We wonder whether he will continue to expand his resumé with other styles of narrative and thematic focuses or if he’s as down as ever to dive deeper into a specific MC.
