Taylor Swift’s Stalker Arrested Ahead Of Chiefs-Bills Game

A man accused of trying to break into Taylor Swift’s apartment in New York City was arrested on Saturday, ahead of the singer’s trip to Buffalo to watch her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, and the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Bills in the divisional round of the NFL playoffs. The New York Post reports that police answered a call regarding a “disorderly person” on Franklin Street in Tribeca.

“Upon arrival, (police) were informed that the individual attempted to open a door to a building at the location,” a public information officer told the Post. An eyewitness cited by the outlet also said: “I first saw him around 1:00 PM — he went up to Taylor’s door. I’m not sure if he knocked or rang the doorbell.”

Since going public with their relationship, Swift and Kelce have been dealing with all sorts of media attention. Kelce discussed the experience during a press conference back in October. “We’re learning with the paparazzi taking photos from all over the place,” Kelce told reporters at the time. “But at the same time, you know, it comes with it. You’ve got a lot of people that care about Taylor, and for good reason. You’ve just got to keep living and learning and enjoying the moments.”

As of Sunday night, Swift is in attendance at Kelce’s game against the Chiefs. She’s alongside the star tight end’s brother, Jason, who was eliminated from contention, along with the rest of the Philadelphia Eagles, last week. After that loss, he reportedly announced his retirement to his teammates at the age of 36. On his podcast, however, he walked back those remarks. Britney Spears Footing $10K Rent Bill On Sam Asghari Bachelor Pad

Britney Spears is reportedly covering the $10,000-a-month rent on the new apartment of her soon-to-be ex-husband Sam Asghari. Asghari filed for divorce last week, citing “irreconcilable differences”. However, despite reportedly saying that he “wishes her best”, Asghari has also claimed she cheated on him and physically abused him. Furthermore, Asghari is allegedly trying to seek an agreement outside of a prenup that would see Spears give him nothing. Several outlets have reported that Asghari is threatening to release private and compromising information about Spears to achieve this.

The divorce proceedings remain in limbo but Asghari doesn’t appear to be sweating it. Per TMZ, he has moved into one of the most exclusive apartment buildings in Los Angeles and even negotiated one of the better suites for the price of a basic one. What’s more, as mentioned, Spears is reportedly the one covering the rent at the moment. While communication between the two has not opened, they have at least agreed to split their dogs. Asghari will get their Doberman while Spears will keep the four other dogs.

While Asghari is living large, Spears appears to be struggling amid the divorce. It has been reported that her support network has been reduced to just her lawyer and her manager. While fans have rallied around her, seeing Asghari as just another man trying to take Spears’ money, it appears that the pop superstar might be struggling.

Additionally, TMZ also broke the surprise story that Spears might be looking to reconcile with her estranged father, Jamie. The pair have not been close for many years, especially with Jamie serving as the executor of Spears’ conservatorship. However, Spears reportedly wants to reconnect due to her father’s ill health and a desire to not leave a clearing of the air until it is too late to do so. Jamie is reportedly undergoing surgery this week to address a serious infection that has occurred around his knee replacement. The Spears-Asghari divorce remains a developing story.

Jay-Z’s Former NYC Apartment, Known As “Stash Spot,” Listed For $1.4 Million

Just last month, Jay-Z and Beyonce made American history by purchasing the most expensive home ever in the state of California for $200M. Some Twitter users have been calling the property “ugly” and comparing it to a “prison,” but nevertheless it’s a huge step up from where Hov resided in the late ’90s on 560 State Street. As the NY Post notes, the father of three was both selling drugs and making music at the time, but ultimately gave up the former for a very successful pursuit of the latter.

“I knew something wasn’t right about the things I was doing,” Jay admitted while visiting the property in 2019. “My conscious was alive. So I just decided to let that street life go and just really focus on music. This is what I love to do. If I had my choice to be successful — to be successful in the street or be successful making music, it would be making music.” After letting go of the toxicity in his life, the New Yorker quickly found himself blowing up and achieving all his dreams in the industry.

Jay-Z Spent His Younger Years on 560 State Street

His former residence, popularly known as “Stash Spot,” has been listed for sale for $1.4 million. It’s located in Brooklyn’s Boerum Hill neighbourhood and boasts two levels. The main floor contains a living room, dining area, and powder room. Elsewhere you’ll find a primary bedroom with a large, custom-designed closet, as well as a second room that could fit a bed or function as an office/nursery. Other amenities to be enjoyed by whoever foots the bill include the building’s 6,000-square-foot shared courtyard, an outdoor kitchen, and a gas-fired barbecue pit.

Julia Fox Trolled For NYC Apartment Tour

Julia Fox is being roasted online for a tour she posted of her New York City apartment. The video, which has gained over 8 million views, begins with Fox explaining she believes in “maximum transparency.”

“I never thought in a million years I’d do this, but I do believe in maximum transparency,” the Uncut Gems actress says to start the video. “I know I’m gonna get roasted, and whatever, but hopefully maybe someone can watch this and be like, ‘Okay, maybe I’m not doing so bad.’”

Fox explained that she shares her bedroom with her 2-year-old son Valentino’s playroom. As for her son’s bedroom, it features a lofted bed for extra space.

“I put the most effort in this room, I think,” she said. “However, he does not hang out in here at all. He only wants to be in mama’s room.”

Before the end of the tour, Fox also admitted that they’ve been dealing with a mice problem. However, Fox says she has no plans to address it. Instead, she plans to use them to clean crumbs off the floor.

“We do have a small mouse problem,” she said. “It’s a problem depending on how you look at it. I kind of let them rock, i appreciate that they at night while we’re sleeping, they come up and clean up the crumbs that my son drops on the floor, so yeah, I’m not going to evict the mice any time soon.”
