Tory Lanez’s Attorney Responds To Megan Thee Stallion’s New Milagro Gramz Allegations

Back in October, Megan Thee Stallion filed a lawsuit against Milagro Gramz. She accuses the gossip blogger of spreading false information about her and the Tory Lanez shooting case. “Enough is enough,” attorneys for the Texas rapper wrote. “Ms. Pete—a victim of violent crime and champion of women’s rights to her millions of fans worldwide—will no longer stand for defendant’s campaign of harassment.”

In response, Gramz filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit in November, accusing Meg of trying to violate her First Amendment right to free speech. The “Hiss” performer is not letting up, however, and even amended the suit to include new allegations earlier this week. She’s now accusing Lanez of being in cahoots with Gramz. According to her, he allegedly discussed paying her to trash Meg during a prison call with his father. “In one phone call, the Petersons confidently asserted that Ms. Pete would be unable to prove that Mr. Peterson paid Defendant for attacking Ms. Pete,” the suit alleges.

Lanez’s attorney Ceasar McDowell has now issued a statement in response to these allegations, fervently denying them. “We are deeply concerned by the continued efforts to spin partial stories in an attempt to distort the truth and mislead the public,” he told TMZ in part. “The most recent wave of accusations involves claims that during a phone call, Mr. Peterson’s father allegedly stated, ‘Ms. Pete would be unable to prove that Mr. Peterson paid Ms. Cooper to attack Ms. Pete.’ However, they conveniently omitted a crucial part of the conversation where Mr. Peterson’s father added, ‘because you didn’t.’”

McDowell continued, alleging that there’s a “consistent pattern of spinning narratives, manipulating facts, and misrepresenting the truth.” He added, “Unite the People will not stand by and allow these bullies to continue their smear campaign. We will not be intimidated, and we will continue to fight for justice.”

Cardi B Accuses Tasha K Of Hiding Money To Evade $3.4M Judgment

Cardi B and Tasha K have been battling it out in court for a while now, and it looks like the femcee has no plans of backing down. For those who don’t recall, Cardi sued the gossip blogger back in 2019 for alleged defamation. She accused her of carrying out a “malicious campaign” to damage her reputation, and ultimately, the court ruled in her favor. Cardi was awarded almost $4 million, but she’s yet to see it.

Tasha K filed for bankruptcy in 2023, claiming to have less than $60K in total assets. Cardi B is calling cap, however, and offering a judge evidence to support her claims that she’s allegedly hiding money offshore. According to new legal documents obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, she accuses Tasha K of fraudulently transferring assets and income out of her name and into her husband’s.

She also alleges that Tasha K holds multiple offshore trust accounts in the Cook Islands, Nevis, and Georgia. Cardi says that despite the internet personality telling the court that she can’t afford to pay off what she owes, she’s living a “life in luxury. Apparently, she and her husband have even recently moved into a deluxe apartment, which costs them $7K per month.

In the docs, Cardi also cites various social media posts in which Tasha K flaunts high-end clothes, jewelry, and more. She’s asking the judge to dismiss Tasha’s bankruptcy case and to block her from refining for another two years. At the time of writing, Tasha K has yet to respond.

PnB Rock’s tragic death continues to weigh heavily on his loved ones, and this week, two of them hopped online to raise some concerns. During a recent Instagram Live, the late rapper’s 11-year-old daughter Milan and her mother called out Stephanie Sibounheuang, who was engaged to PnB Rock when he passed away. Prior to his fatal shooting at a Los Angeles Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles, she had posted a photo of her meal on social media and tagged her location. This resulted in theories that her post allegedly helped PnB Rock’s killers find him.

According to Milan and her mother, Sibounheuang’s behavior after the shooting was allegedly suspicious. They accuse her of caring more about her appearance than PnB Rock’s injuries, and of lying to his family members the day he died. “Why she kept asking is he dead??” Milan wondered, referencing footage of Sibounheuang learning her partner died. “You tryna be cute… Girl, you are doing too much, seriously.”

“That man made you deactivate your IG,” Milan’s mother then interjected. “The day you came back to IG is the day he was killed. Stop playing with me, Stephanie. You lied to me, M, and his mom.” They went on, accusing her of failing to help him after he’d been shot. They also accused her of lying about not being able to call them right away to let them know about the murder. Allegedly, Sibounheuang claimed she didn’t have her phone on her when PnB Rock died, which contradicts police reports.

Eventually, Sibounheuang tuned into the stream and defended herself in the comments. She suggested that Milan shouldn’t be involved in this debate. “Teaching her I set her dad up is nasty work,” she told the child’s mother. “You should be at school baby but your having I hate Steph party.”

Back in November, Drake decided to take legal action against Universal Music Group (UMG) and Spotify over Kendrick Lamar’s hit diss track, “Not Like Us.” In a pre-action petition, he accused the two companies of artificially boosting the song using bots and payola. He also alleged that UMG could have prevented its release. Unsurprisingly, this earned mixed reactions among fans and peers. Some think there’s a chance he could expose alleged corruption in the music industry. Others think it simply makes him look jealous of the Compton rapper’s success.

During a recent interview with VladTV, Wack 100 shared his take on the debacle, making it clear that he’s not siding with Drake. “The slander thing I don’t understand, because like the things you said about Kendrick was a direct shot at his wife, a direct shot at his child, and you had no physical video or audio proof of anything you were saying,” he claimed. “And a direct shot at his manager who is also his best friend.”

For obvious reasons, this behavior has since been called into question, sparking a debate about whether or not it was appropriate. Diddy’s lawyers responded to the three latest lawsuits with sexual assault allegations the Bad Boy mogul is facing in a statement on Thursday. “These complaints are full of lies,” his legal team said to AllHipHop. “We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.” The three men behind the allegations, including one of his former employees, filed the claims anonymously in New York.

The plaintiffs’ attorney, Thomas Giuffra, alleged: “It was a usual thing. Come for a meeting, have a drink, you get woozy, you wake up to Sean Combs raping you, you get ushered out the door. I was struck by the similarity, I was contacted by in excess of 60 people. I only chose to file these three so far because I vetted them out. The latest drama comes as Diddy remains behind bars in New York after authorities arrested him in September as part of an indictment on alleged federal racketeering and sex trafficking charges. He has already pleaded not guilty to those charges with a trial set to kick off in May of next year.

In October of this year, Megan Thee Stallion filed a lawsuit against YouTuber Milagro Gramz. In it, she accuses her of “churning out falsehoods” about the Tory Lanez shooting case. Her team also points out Gramz’s alleged campaign to “denigrate, belittle, insult, and spread false statements” about Meg. “Enough is enough,” her attorneys wrote. “Ms. Pete—a victim of violent crime and champion of women’s rights to her millions of fans worldwide—will no longer stand for defendant’s campaign of harassment.”

Last month, Gramz filed a motion to dismiss the suit for failure to state a claim, according to Meghann Cuniff. “Rather than rebut the allegations online, Plaintiff chose to use the Courts to intimidate and silence the Defendant from exercising her First Amendment rights to publish her opinions and beliefs and also to serve as a warning to other critics that if the Plaintiff does not like what you say about her, you will likely have to deal with a federal lawsuit,” it read in part.
