Nicki Minaj’s Husband Kenneth Petty Gets New Evidence In Sexual Assault Case

Kenneth Petty is dealing with a sexual assault case stemming from an alleged 1994 incident, and it isn’t getting any prettier. Moreover, his accuser Jennifer Hough wants to amend her complaint against him, and to introduce new evidence to strengthen her case. According to an AllHipHop report, it seems like this consists of old photographs provided by the Queens District Attorney’s Office from the alleged altercation. In addition, Hough claimed that Nicki Minaj’s husband violated his plea deal for allegedly harassing and intimidating her throughout this process. Furthermore, she maintained that this is because she rejected an offer from him and his team to scrap prosecution for cash so authorities could remove him from the National Sex Offender Registry.

After looking over previously unreleased records, Hough wants to add a cause of action for attempted r*pe to the accusations. This means that the case would have another crime to evaluate, stack up against Kenneth Petty’s liability, and determine her right to remedy for. These could include monetary damages, although the serious nature of this case could take things further. Still, considering how long this legal process has been, it’s too soon to know whether that will change based on this evidence.

On that note, the new evidence itself is quite harrowing, as its photographic depictions of the crime are unfiltered. For example, it depicts the knife used in the altercation, pictures of the room in which it allegedly occurred, and Hough herself. Specifically, you can see bruises on her side and marks on her neck, which she accused Petty of leaving by choking her. If the court finds her new cause of action significant, they will continue to deliberate on this case.

Meanwhile, Nicki Minaj has already been severed from Petty’s case, as she was once involved thanks to the intimidation and harassment claims. It’s all a legal whirlwind for the two at the moment, as one’s actions affect another’s. With this newly presented evidence in mind, they could still have this haunt over them for longer than they might’ve thought. Keep checking in with HNHH for the latest news and updates on the Kenneth Petty case.

Nicki Minaj Fails To Sanction Husband Kenneth Petty’s Assault Accuser

Nicki Minaj recently failed to sanction her husband Kenneth Petty’s assault accuser and her legal team, according to court documents obtained by AllHipHop. Moreover, her issue stems from allegedly “wild” statements that Jennifer Hough’s lawyer made to the judge in this case. Although authorities dropped Minaj from the case due to a lack of court jurisdiction, she still wants retribution for the time and money she wasted in defending herself. Furthermore, Hough sued the rap star and Petty for harassment, claiming that they pressured her retracting her assault allegations against Nicki’s husband, which she made in 1994.

However, the court denied the “Red Ruby Da Sleeze” MC’s motion to sanction Hough and her attorney Tyrone Blackburn for defamatory statements and false accusations. “The court does not find [Hough’s] decision to pursue a motion for default judgment against [Nicki] sanctionable, notwithstanding [Nicki’s] claim that the motion lacked merit,” ruled Judge James R. Cho. “Here, [Hough] did not have an obligation to withdraw her motion for default judgment against Nicki simply because counsel for [Nicki] considered the motion ‘frivolous.’”

Still, these accusations and claims of falsely damaging actions and statements seem to go both ways. For example, Hough alleged that Nicki Minaj and Kenneth Petty offered her $500,000 to drop the case, and sent private detectives to stalk her and her daughter, in addition to provoking her to move between states. After Hough and her team dropped Minaj from the case after pursuing default judgement, she tried to seek accountability for their allegedly unfair and unfounded actions. These mostly relate to defamatory statements made by Hough’s attorney Blackburn regarding her involvement in a New York gang, her legal team cyberstalking the accuser’s former lawyers, and offensive comments.

Despite the judge siding with Blackburn, he made it clear that the lack of ability to sanction does not mean his inflammatory actions are endorsed by the court. “Blackburn should not take the denial of the motion for sanctions as in any way endorsing his behavior,” the judge stated. As this is a highly complicated, long-running, and multi-faceted case, only time will tell how this affects Nicki’s career and peace of mind. Regardless, stick around on HNHH for more updates on this story and the latest from Nicki Minaj.

Marilyn Manson Ex-Accuser Recants Allegations, Claims Rachel Evan Woods “Manipulated” Her

CW: This article contains details of sexual assault that some may find disturbing or triggering.

Several women emerged with horrendous allegations against Marilyn Manson over the years, accusing him of sexual abuse. 38-year-old Ashley Morgan Smithline claimed that she endured years of abuse during her relationship with Marilyn Manson. Her allegations emerged at a time when a number of women, including Manson’s ex Evan Rachel Woods, shared similar stories. Smithline filed a lawsuit, which was later dismissed, where she detailed her relationship with the singer.

Smithline, who is Jewish, alleged Manson raped her and cut her with a knife that had a Swastika symbol. Along with the numerous other allegations against Manson, he ultimately became a pariah in the music industry. However, it appears that Smithline’s claims weren’t true, to begin with. She recently retracted her comments, accusing Wood and her associates of manipulating her into suing the rockstar.

Smithline Retracts Statements Against Marilyn Manson

In a recent declaration obtained by PageSix, Smithline said that the allegations she made against Manson were “not true.” She said that other alleged victims of Manson invited her to group meetings where they asked if she had been “whipped, chained, tied up, branded, cut, assaulted while sleeping, beaten, or raped” by the singer. “No, this did not happen to me, and this was not my experience,” she reportedly responded.

However, the other women in these meetings, including Wood, suggested that she may have been suppressing the trauma. “While at first I knew Mr. Warner did not do these things to me, I eventually I began to question whether he actually did,” Smithline said. “I was asked whether [I] was repressing memories to just get through day-to-day life, and whether it was easier just to not think about what actually happened than accept reality. They also said it was important for people to come forward so that no one else gets hurt.”

She said Wood’s girlfriend, Illma Gore, drafted the statement she shared on Instagram where she named Manson as her abuser. In her declaration, she said that her statement “contained untrue statements about Mr. Warner” including violence and sexual assault claims. Though many were weary of the retraction, she said, “I never received any money from Mr. Warner and am not seeking any money from him.” She added that she won’t refile her lawsuit, either.

George Foreman Hits Sexual Assault Accuser With Countersuit: Report

George Foreman is one of the most famous boxers of all time. He is beloved by many, however, that has somewhat changed over the past year or so. This is because Foreman has been accused of sexually assaulting a minor over 40 years ago.

Last summer, a woman going by the name of Gwen H. accused Foreman of coercing her into sexual acts. Another woman accused Foreman of the exact same thing. Gwen H. is currently in the midst of suing Foreman for $12 million, although the boxer is adamant that this is just some sort of extortion attempt.

George Foreman Responds

Prior to Gwen H. coming out with her story, Foreman tried to get ahead of things. In fact, he claimed he was being extorted way before the lawsuit was even filed. That being said, it was only a matter of time before he and his legal team came through with a strategy of their own.

According to TMZ, Foreman has officially launched a countersuit against his accuser. The lawsuit claims there is “zero corroborating evidence in the form of documents, photographs, letters, or witnesses to support Gwen’s false claims against Foreman.”

Moreover, the legendary boxer claims he has undergone severe emotional distress throughout all of this. “Anxiety, sleeplessness, worry, shock, and humiliation” are reportedly all things that Foreman has gone through over these past few months. At this time, the damages being sought are unknown. Additionally, his accuser has yet to give her reaction to the countersuit.

This is currently a developing story, so be sure to stay tuned to HNHH for all of the latest news regarding this lawsuit.

Gervonta Davis Claims His Accuser Put Poop On His Toothbrush

Just yesterday, we reported on how Gervonta Davis was arrested for alleged domestic violence. According to reports and accusations, Davis slapped a woman across the face which led to facial injuries. Additionally, there was a 911 call that made its way online, and it is fairly disturbing.

While at the jail in Broward County, Davis was hit with a charge of battery domestic violence. After a few hours, Davis was subsequently released from prison. It was an overall bad look for the boxing star who has been arrested for roughing up women in the past.

Gervonta Davis Responds

Following his release, Gervonta Davis went home and immediately sought to clear his name. As you will see in the Instagram post below, he explained how he is not capable of such aggression.

“DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE MISGUIDE YOU ALL ON THIS BULLSH*T…THIS WAS JUSY YESTERDAY MOMENTS BEFORE ME AND MY CHILD MOTHER HAD ARGUMENT! WATCHING FROZEN WITH MY OLDEST DAUGHTER ..I NEVER PUT MY HANDS ON MY MOTHER NOR MY [redacted] DAUGHTER ARE YOU F***ING CRAZY!!” Davis wrote.

“IM NOT A MONSTER I BEEN QUIET FOR TOO LONG,” Davis added. “I DONT HAVE MEDIA TEAM, PR, GOOD LAWYER…spokesman nothing off that.. THATS THE ONLY REASON IM DOING THIS NOW! JUST TO CLEAR MY NAME!”

Additionally, Davis has alleged that his accuser put baby poop on his toothbrushes. In the post from The Shade Room below, you can see what appears to be feces on three toothbrushes. It remains to be seen if it was his accuser who actually did this.

Clearly, Davis is upset with the arrest and the allegations that have been brought his way. Overall, this is still very much a developing story, and the legal system will ultimately determine what happened here.
