Model/Influencer Amber Rose has announced that she will be among the speakers at next week’s Republican National Convention in Milwaukee.
“It’s true! I’m speaking at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee,” the “How to Be a Bad Bitch” author, born Amber Rose Levonchuck, shared with her 3.5 million followers on the social platform X on Monday.
A representative for the convention, which kicks off next Monday in Wisconsin, and one for Rose didn’t reply to ITK’s request for comment.
Earlier Monday, former President Trump’s campaign and the Republican National Committee (RNC) released its convention program, stating that while it would “highlight Republican leaders, supporters, industry leaders, and pop culture icons,” the “real stars of the convention are everyday Americans.”
The 40-year-old performer, who founded her eponymous “SlutWalk” to “combat women’s equality issues,” has been a vocal Trump supporter in recent months.
In a June video, Rose sported a red hat emblazoned with the pro-Trump “Make America Great Again” slogan, along with a gold necklace featuring an oversized pendant of the ex-president’s head. “I’m engaged to the game … MAGA baby,” she said, flashing a “MAGA” ring to the camera.
Rose’s unexpected announcement adds to the already eclectic mix of speakers expected at the convention, reflecting the Republican Party’s attempt to appeal to a diverse range of supporters. Her participation highlights the ongoing intersection between pop culture and politics, as high-profile figures from the entertainment industry increasingly engage with political movements.
The convention is anticipated to draw significant media attention and public interest, particularly given the inclusion of figures like Rose who bring their own unique following and influence to the political stage.
