He is someone who owns his own music, and it has allowed him to do as he pleases. Overall, this is a sign that RTK has some of the best business acumen in the game. He has put some artists on the map, all while delivering his own projects. Even now, fans still sing his praises, and they are always looking forward to what he is going to deliver next.
As someone who is tapped in with the New York culture, it should come as no surprise that he would try his hand at Brooklyn Drill. Pop Smoke really helped put this subgenre on the map. However, guys like Fivio Foreign are now taking the baton. Subsequently, Rich The Kid has teamed up with Fivio, as well as his artist Jay Critch for a new track called “Still Movin.’”
Rich The Kid Tries His Hand At Drill
As soon as you put on the track, you are hit with some high-pitched vocal samples. From there, the heavy 808s come in, and the whole vibe of the song immediately tells you this is some Drill. Overall, Rich The Kid does a good job navigating this production with his flow and inflections. Of course, Jay Critch and Fivio Foreign fit in very naturally here. This is the production they are used to, and they help elevate the song.
