As we prepare to enter the month of August, it seems more and more people are beginning to prepare for the impending cuffing season that lies ahead this winter. The most recent famous faces to spark relationship rumours among their fans? Young Money signee Mellow Rackz and her apparent new beau, Fivio Foreign.

Just a few days ago, the “What I Want” hitmaker dropped off a sultry photo that finds her and the New York drill spitter laying back in bed, covered in their finest ice. “Say sorry,” Melody Faith wrote in the caption. “And I promise he not gon touch [you] #mine.”

This isn’t the first time that the 20-year-old has posed with Fivio for the ‘gram in recent weeks. As she attended the 2022 BET Awards last month, Mellow shared some photos sitting in the crowd between Young Money President Mack Maine and her apparent new boo.

“When I’m on TV I gotta look good cuz [I know] the whole block watchin,” she captioned her celebratory photo dump from the big event. “God turned my dreams into reality #BrowardCounty.”

As the weekend continues, the hot new pair’s antics have only drawn more attention their way.

On Saturday (July 30) blogs began sharing PDA-filled clips of Mellow and Fivio, one of which found the mother of one saucily putting the “What’s My Name” artists fingers in her mouth, and another of him gently stroking her face and planting a kiss on the top of her head.

While some are speculating that the romantic antics could just be a promotion for a potential collab, others have expressed how happy they are for the new pair who seem to be enjoying the ultra lovey-dovey honeymoon phase of their relationship.

The Ying Yang Twins have a history of going a little too hard on stage. Back in 2017, Kaine had to be escorted off stage in the middle of a performance after the duo member could barely stand upright. Now, the other half of the Twins, D-Roc, has had a similar experience.

At a concert in Springfield, MO, this weekend, D-Roc collapsed on stage and had to be dragged off by two security guards. The duo were half an hour into their set when he fell to the ground and security rushed up to help.

The Ying Yang Twins, who achieved mainstream success in the early 2000s for collaborations with the likes of Britney Spears and Lil Jon, were performing at the Ozark Empire Fair. The concert was headlined by Vanilla Ice.

The condition of D-Roc is unknown at this time, and it is unclear exactly what happened. Apparently, the temperatures were in the 80s so it seems like heat exhaustion is unlikely. His collapse definitely put a damper on the show, but the concert continued after he was taken offstage.

Earlier this year, the Ying Yang Twins appeared on VladTV to refute the origins of the “haaan” ad-lib. They claimed that they invented it, not French Montana. “Listen, the saying came from my daddy man, at a time when he was in a bad space in his life, so we came up with that saying,” said Kaine. “It’s the fact that when we got to New York, the New Yorkians said, ‘F**k that s**t French Montana talking about, that “Haaan” s**t came from y’all.'”

Dave Chappelle appears to have made a comeback after all the controversy that surrounded him following the debut of his 2021 Netflix comedy special, The Closer. 

As TMZ reports, earlier this weekend the comedian and his wife, Elaine Chappelle, took a trip to Northern California for the Blue Note Jazz Festival in Napa Valley where the 48-year-old found himself standing on stage alongside a hip-hop legend.

The Half Baked actor stood alongside Snoop Dogg as he told jokes and chatted with the crowd, but that wasn’t all he had in store for them. At one point, Chappelle flexed his own vocal abilities, singing and rapping with the Doggystyle hitmaker.

The two industry icons also shared a blunt while on stage, and the California-born lyricist even cracked a joke about the father of three morphing into him.

“Snoop said Dave was transforming into himself right before his eyes the more weed he took in, and he goes on to explain that’s why he doesn’t like to toke up with that many people, otherwise there’d be a ton of Snoop Doggs running around,” TMZ notes.

Elsewhere at the event, cameras caught Dave and Elaine turning up as they shared a hug in the audience, the former holding a drink in her hand and wearing a Balenciaga sweater.

The comedian talks about his wife frequently throughout his stand-up acts, though we hardly see her face in public, so it’s nice to see the Chappelle’s stepping out on the town with smiles on their faces.

YK Osiris is known for his hilarious antics on social media. Whether he’s losing bets to some of the industry’s richest artists or sitting in a bucket of freezing cold ice water, the 23-year-old knows how to keep people entertained. His latest gimmick on the internet involves his love and admiration for plus-sized women.

Yesterday (July 30), the “Worth It” singer shot his shot at Lizzo. While laying in bed, YK cleared his throat and said, “What’s up Lizzo, I just wanted to say hey.” He went on by describing the singer as a “beautiful black queen” before claiming that he didn’t want to overdo his approach. “Check your DM though, alright,” he urged before the video ended.

He posted the clip on his IG story for his three million followers to see and tagged “@lizzobeeating [rose and heart emoji]. As of now, the “About Damn Time” songstress has not acknowledged his flirtation. While he’s waiting, though, YK has been enjoying other women with similar features.

Video footage captured him in the middle of a crowd in Toronto. As the music blasted from the speakers, a plus-sized woman dressed in hot pink feathers made her way toward the singer’s direction. Without thinking twice, the Def Jam recording artist stood behind her as she winded her hips on his lower region.

This wouldn’t be the first time YK has endured this type of treatment. Last week, he shared a video of a woman twerking on him in a similar fashion. His caption read, “Idk what I was doing last night, but I know I was having fun asf [laughing emojis.]

Rappers’ faces have been taking a beating onstage recently. At Rolling Loud Miami, Kid Cudi was hit in the face with a water bottle, prompting him to end his set early. The incident caused such a stir that the festival had to issue a statement. Now Lil Durk’s face has been struck at a different festival.

On Saturday, Lil Durk suffered minor injuries after getting hit in the face by onstage explosions. In video of the accident, the rapper, who was performing at Lollapalooza, unassumingly walks across the stage and gets hit directly by two pillars of smoke that shoot him in the face. Durk immediately stops performing and covers his face with his t-shirt.

The music abruptly cuts off and someone speaks into the microphone, saying, “Woah, woah- you alright bro?” He doesn’t respond, and the person continues to explain what happened: “It shot straight up.” Lil Durk is quick to rebound, however. After a few more moments of silence, Durk speaks into the microphone, saying what sounds like, “F**k it, no more smoke, let’s do it.” He launches into another song.

Saturday was a big day at Lollapalooza, featuring performances from J. Cole, Big Sean, YG, and Blxst. Sunday will keep the big names coming, as Denzel Curry, Yung Nudy, and The Kid LAROI are all set to perform. Thursday saw sets from Lil Baby, Jazmine Sullivan, Still Woozy, Pi’erre Bourne, Maxo Kream, Sampa the Great, and many more, while Friday boasted names like Machine Gun Kelly, Dua Lipa, and Cordae.

For the past couple of weeks, social media has been in an uproar over the Sesame Place incidents. After two children were blatantly ignored by a television character, the mother decided to share her frustration. As a result, numerous parents began posting similar incidents on the internet, urging the company to deliver an apology and explanation for their actions.

Now, there seems to be another theme park exhibiting the same discriminatory behavior. A mother posted a video of her two young girls eagerly running to greet the Disney princess, Rapunzel. After getting close, the mom asked the park attendant if there had been a wait, to which he responded, “We don’t really have a line, we’re just walking around right now.”

Still, the girls decided to wait patiently as the princess took pictures with others. However, Rapunzel walked away once she finished without acknowledging the girls who had just approached her. “What about us,” one of them yelled at her. 

Together, they followed behind the worker, calling her name to get her to turn around. What caused the mom to get even more upset, was that Rapunzel stopped and engaged with other children as she made her way through the park. “This is like the Elmo,” the mother said in reference to the Sesame Place incident, “They walked past all of the black kids.”

She posted the video on her Instagram account with the caption, “Kids shouldn’t have to go [through] this in 2022. Our money spends [just like theirs] just for them to treat our kids like they don’t belong.”
