A Tupac Funko Pop Is Set To Release This Fall In Celebration Of His Debut Album ‘2Pacalypse’

Tupac‘s influence upon hip-hop is undeniable. Despite a very short career, halted by his death via gunshot, his DNA and legacy transcend the time he was actively releasing music. Several commemorative efforts have been released since the California rapper’s passing and the latest comes in the form of his very own Funko Pop! figurine, set to be released in correlation with the anniversary of his debut album, 2Pacalypse.

The official Pop In A Box Instagram account announced the release on July 26 with a photo of both the Funko Pop and the cover art for Tupac’s 1991 LP. People will notice that the outfit the figurine is wearing is the exact same one the rapper sported on the album’s cover. The special edition Tupac Funko Pop! figurine will be available for purchase on November 28, 2022 for $19.99.

2Pacalypse is a beloved record in Tupac Shakur’s discography, boasting the songs “Brenda’s Got A Baby,” “Trapped,” and “I Don’t Give A F***.” The album was released while he was signed to Interscope Records and TNT Recordings, in addition to being a member of Digital Underground. It would serve as the launchpad for a legendary, albeit short solo career.

Drake’s Third Nocta Capsule Collection With Nike Is Available For Sale Now And It Is A Hooper’s Paradise

Anything Drake does makes a huge splash. Whether it be new music, funny Instagram stories, theatrics at basketball games, executive production of films and tv shows, or fashion, the 6 God is guaranteed to make a headline. One of the least polarizing about him has been his fashion partnerships, especially his work with Nike. On July 27, the “God’s Plan” rapper revealed the third capsule of his Nocta collection, which is strictly for the hoopers.

Five days ago, fans got a sneak preview of what to expect in a promotional clip posted to the Official Nocta Instagram page. The video displayed Nike Elite Youth Basketball players showing off their skill on the court while sporting Nocta on-court gear. There was also a banner that read “Nocta Expands The Culture Of Basketball For A New Generation” true to Drake’s affinity for the sport.

This Nocta capsule includes arm sleeves, one-legged compression tights, a reversible Dri-FIT headband, finger sleeves, fleece sweatpants, socks, a basketball, and much more. If that isn’t enough to draw in new buyers, the slogan certainly will as it sounds like a Drake lyric: “Sometimes you. Sometimes me. Always us.”

The third Nocta capsule collection is now available for purchase here and here. Check out the promotional video above and close-ups of the pieces below.

Quando Rondo Claims He’s In The Hospital “Fightin For My Life”

There has been an outcry of concern among Quando Rondo’s fans after the rapper offered a brief, yet troubling update to social media. Rondo has been at the center of controversy in recent years, following the murder of King Von back in November 2020. The Georgia rapper was reportedly on the scene when Von was allegedly shot and killed by Rondo’s friend, causing a great divide among rappers.

In more recent Rondo news, he dropped off a message that suggested he’s not doing too well.

Without offering context or details, Rondo shared that he is currently being treated for some injury or condition.

“Pray for me, in da hospital fightin’ for my life [broken heart emojis][praying hands emoji],” he wrote along with the hashtag, “#fuClean.”

Again, the situation is unclear, but earlier today, the rapper did tweet “Thank you God.” Within the last few days, things on Rondo’s social media pages didn’t seem out of sorts as he shared promotional videos as well as clips displaying pieces of his jewelry collection. His fans are hoping that despite any ailments he may be going through, he’s on the mend.

We’ll keep you updated on more about Quando Rondo’s condition as he shares it with the public. Check out his posts below.

Chris Brown’s Meet & Greet Crashed By Kevin Hart and Fabolous

Those Chris Brown meet and greets are once again the center of attention but this time, Kevin Hart and Fabolous wanted to get in on the fun. Recently, the internet was set ablaze with images from a Breezy meet and greet as fans fired off photos that they took with the singer. The attention to the event wasn’t only due to fans posing alongside the hitmaker—it was rumored that Brown charged $1,000 per person to meet him face to face.

The price was heavily debated online, causing a divide among fans as some people said they would have paid more while others condemned the singer for the cost. Yung Bleu stepped in to defend Brown, and after the hoopla dissipated, Hart and Fab returned with a few jokes during an appearance.

The account FreshMadeIt on Instagram shared a brief video that showed Brown hosting his meet and greet before it was crashed by his famous friends. It looked as if Brown was posing with a fan when Hart came in with a few “steal the spotlight” poses of his own. Not to be outdone, Fabolous also walked into the picture and made sure he got in a few shots as well as onlookers laughed at the moment.

Brown was playfully surprised by the interruption, but everyone had a good time. Check it out below.
