Lil Durk Previews New Music Ahead Of “7220 (Deluxe)”
Lil Durk previewed a new song on his Instagram page, Wednesday, just weeks after confirming that he’ll be dropping a deluxe edition of his latest album, 7220. While he didn’t provide any further details about the track, he added that he’d be deleting the post.
“SMURK outta here deleting it tho,” Durk captioned a video of his listening to the unreleased song.

Durk last spoke of the deluxe edition of 7220 back on May 17, writing on Twitter, “The trolls slowed down speed that up I’m finna drop my deluxe this week I need to get pissed off real fast.” Durk announced he’d be taking a break from the platform shortly afterward.
The week came and went without Durk dropping the project, but with this new teaser, fans can hold out hope he still intends to release it in the near future.
Durk had recently said that he’d be increasing his focus on being a good father for his kids, writing in a post on his Instagram Story in the same month that he needs to dedicate more time to them.
“My goal is to better my relationship with them, not shit else, or blame everybody around me. Ima great father, Ima step it up and lock in and become the voice 100%. Love y’all,” he said at the time.
The original version of 7220 was released back in March. He followed the album up with a “reloaded” version, featuring just one extra song in “Computer Murderers.”

Here’s How Much The Lakers, Warriors, & Knicks Are Worth
Every single year, each NBA team is able to bring in hundreds of millions of dollars worth of revenue. This is because of ticket sales, merch sales, and of course, the TV deals that bring each game into millions of homes every single night. There is no doubt that the NBA is very profitable right now and if you are a team owner then you have plenty to cheer about.
Each year, Forbes comes out with a list of the most valuable sports franchises in the entire world, and as always, the Dallas Cowboys top the list with a valuation of $6.5 billion. From there, the Yankees are usually close behind at $6 billion. This year, spots three through five belong to the NBA and the results may be surprising.

In the Instagram post below, you can see that the Golden State Warriors came in fourth at $5.6 billion. From there, the Knicks were third at $5.8 billion and the Los Angeles Lakers were a strong fifth at $5.5 billion. To some, it may come as a huge surprise that the Lakers would be fitting in behind the Warriors, however, it is important to note that the Warriors have an inflated value thanks to their brand new arena in San Francisco.
The NFL has the most expensive franchises on average, however, the NBA isn’t too far behind. There are plenty of historic franchises to be found here, and if you own one of these teams, you will be set for generations.

Waka Flocka Honored With Professor’s Degree Alongside Jesse Jackson
Waka Flocka Flame isn’t entirely active in rap music these days. In recent times, he’s been far more involved in humanitarian efforts to raise mental health awareness and his entrepreneurial ventures than he has been with the music industry.

This week, his dedication to destigmatizing conversations surrounding mental health was recognized by the Bible Institute of America. Waka Flocka received an honorary professor degree in Humanitarianism and Philanthropy from the institution, alongside Reverend Jesse Jackson, at Chicago’s Rainbow Push Headquarters.
Waka’s teacher Apostle Bridget C. Outlaw said, “He is not only one of the greatest thinkers of this generation. I know this generation love his music but you guys need to be in tuned with his mind.” She admitted that she never really listened to Waka’s catalog nor was she impressed by what she did hear from the rapper. “He already knows the story but something about Dr. Waka started to put an impression on my heart. Because not only is he a philosopher, he will be one of the greatest professors that Harvard University has ever seen,” she added.
In a statement to TMZ, Reverend Jesse Jackson also shared praise for Waka Flocka.
“Today, I was overjoyed, humbled and glad to be honored by a community-based seminary whom we have worked with down through the years and know what we do. I was also pleased to be honored with WAKA Flocka. His entrepreneurial abilities are beyond his age. To be with him was a great lift of spirits,” he said.

Deshaun Watson Hit With 23rd Sexual Assault Lawsuit
Over the last year and a bit, Deshaun Watson has been facing numerous sexual assault allegations. The Cleveland Browns star was battling 22 sexual misconduct lawsuits that are still ongoing. All of these women are massage therapists who claim that Watson got very inappropriate with them during various massage sessions.
Watson is adamant that he is innocent, however, following a story on HBO’s Real Sports, Watson has been hit with a 23rd lawsuit by a woman named Nia Smith who claims she wants Watson held accountable. She wanted to stay quiet at first but after seeing Watson refuse to take responsibility, she says she is ready to pounce.

“Today we filed suit for the 23rd plaintiff in this litigation,” attorney Tony Buzbee told TMZ. “Other cases may come. The Watson defense team has vilified these women and this cause. Shame on them! We look forward to trying this case in court.”
It appears as though Smith is looking for minimal compensation, however, she mostly just wants to see justice for her and the other victims. Watson will not be criminally charged in these cases, although the civil suits are still ongoing.

Denzel Curry Enlists Key Glock For “Walkin (Remix)”
Denzel Curry’s consistency has been put on display time and time again. The release of Melt My Eyez See Your Future affirmed that. The rapper unveiled his fifth studio album in March with appearances from T-Pain, 6lack, Rico Nasty, and more. However, he’s now revving up for the official deluxe release of the project with a remix of “Walkin.”
Serving as track 2 on Melt My Eyez See Your Future, “Walkin” quickly became a fan favorite. Now, he’s returned with some assistance from Key Glock. The Memphis rapper’s muddy flow sticks to the soulful vocal sample with resilience. Glock reflects on survival tactics in the streets while using those same methods in the industry to keep negative energy away.
