Halle Bailey Gives DDG Singing Lessons

Halle Bailey and DDG have been dating for a while now. The two sparked relationship rumors at the beginning of this year after they were seen together at a concert, and it seems that they’ve been inseparable ever since. From taking vacations together to posting each other on social media, the couple isn’t hiding their love for each other.

That reigns true, because just yesterday, Halle posted a TikTok video that melted everyone’s hearts. As she sat between her boyfriend’s legs, the 22-year-old aided him in singing lessons. Their song of choice was “A Change Is Gonna Come” by the iconic, Sam Cooke.

Halle started the record off with her angelic voice, singing, “I was born…” Then as they stared into each other’s eyes, DDG, whose real name is Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr., took the lead. In a high-pitched tone, he sang, “…by the river, in a little tent.” After realizing he wasn’t singing in the right key, he added some bass to his voice.

He sang deeply, “Woah just like the river, I’ve been runnin’ ever since.” Amazed by what he had delivered, Halle shouted, “Wooh,” before she started giggling and giving him a round of applause. Smiling at his accomplishment, the YouTube star asked, “That was good wasn’t it?” to which his girlfriend responded, “That was good,” while smiling ear to ear.

The video sits at over five million views and has gotten comments from some verified celebs. Queen Naija wrote, “Omg I love themmmm.” B. Simone also chimed in, saying, “So damn sweet [heart eye emoji].”

How do you think he did?

“Justice For Amber Heard” GoFundMe To Help Pay Johnny Depp Shut Down

The Johnny Depp and Amber Heard trial has had almost every corner of the internet abuzz for weeks now. The verdict, which found that Heard had in fact defamed Depp and owes him over $10 million in damages, has only increased the online furor.  Both Depp and Heard have issued statements on the courts’ conclusion, and many celebrities have weighed in to take sides.

The massive publicity of the trial has seemed to attract fraudsters looking to make some money off of the divisive issue. GoFundMe recently cracked down on a campaign which popped up on its site shortly after the verdict. The fundraiser, which claimed to be in support of Amber Heard, was found to have no association with Heard or her legal team.

The $1 million campaign, labelled “Justice for Amber Heard,” was started by a woman named Kimberly Moore, who claimed that she had direct contact with Heard’s team and promised that the money raised would go to them. The page’s description voiced strong support for Heard: “The trial was a disgrace. I believe Amber and social media protected the abuser. The judgement exceeds her net worth,” Moore wrote.

“It’s so sad that he was able to get away with the abuse,” she continued. “The judgement furthers that abuse.” Moore assured donors that she was for real: “She will have the direct access to the money. I also contacted her attorney so they can loop her in.” GoFundMe came to a different conclusion, finding that Heard and her team had nothing to do with the fundraiser. The site quickly shut Moore’s page down.

Though this GoFundMe was a fake, Heard’s lawyers have said that the actress will be unable to afford the steep penalty she’s been saddled with.

Tiffany Haddish is known for her comical behavior and acting skills, but now she’s adding another adjective to her belt– educated. The 42-year-old comedian took to her Instagram story to explain to her seven million followers that she’s been embarking on a new journey.

While in a classroom, the “Girls Trip” actress looked enthusiastically into the camera and said, “Hey y’all, it’s your girl Tiffany Haddish. I haven’t been on here lately, that’s because I’m getting educated.” She went on the reveal that for the last three days, she’s been attending one of the most prestigious schools in the nation– Harvard University.

“I’m a student now,” she yelled into the camera before giving a 360 of the room, “this is the class, BAM!” Haddish also added that she’ll be receiving a certificate after completing her studies. “They said I wasn’t gone make it, I made it. Don’t be jealous,” she said excitedly.

But of course, Tiffany wouldn’t be Tiffany if she didn’t crack a joke. The comic started sweetly, “Fill out your paperwork, you can get in too,” before shouting, “No you can’t!”

Filled with joy, the Los Angeles native continued to post clips onto her IG story. She recorded herself walking around the campus with her classmates and added, “Yesterday’s price is not today’s price.” Haddish also showed off the river by the school, saying, “When you’re learning by the water, you’re learning everything. That means you’re fluent with information.”

Queen Latifah Sides With Lil Nas X After He Was Snubbed From The 2022 BET Awards: ‘He Should’ve Been Nominated’

Earlier this week, the BET Awards unveiled the list of nominations for its upcoming show later this month. Doja Cat led the way with six nominations in categories that include best female R&B/pop artist, best female hip-hop artist, and album of the year. Elsewhere, Ari Lennox and Drake were tied for the second-most nominations as they can both be found in four categories. With that being said, there was a glaring absence in the list of nominees, with that being Lil Nas X, and fans were not happy about it. Lil Nas himself expressed his frustration at the snub in a pair of now-deleted tweets.

“Thank you bet awards,” he wrote in one of the tweets. “An outstanding zero nominations again. black excellence!” He later added, “I just feel like black gay ppl have to fight to be seen in this world and even when we make it to the top mfs try to pretend we are invisible.” Many agreed that Lil Nas should’ve been nominated, including Queen Latifah, who shared her thoughts after a run-in with TMZ.

“Lil Nas X is amazing,” she said. “He should’ve been nominated.” Despite this, Latifah didn’t seem to think that his sexuality was behind the snub. “I don’t know if that’s the case. I don’t know what’s behind all that, but inclusion is always the key. That’s what we should be striving for. There’s enough room in this world for everybody.”

Josh Duggar Prohibited From Watching Porn Or Being Alone With His Kids Following Prison Release

Josh Duggar will remain behind bars for many years still, but once the convicted sex offender finishes up his 12-year-long sentence, the terms of his probation will prohibit the reality star from living life as he did before.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the 34-year-old will receive 20 years of supervision upon his release from prison. He’s “not to have any unsupervised contact with minors, including his own kids” although if he does want to see his family, he’ll be able to so long as his wife, parents, or another adult that’s been approved by the U.S. Probation Office is there to oversee.

Another condition of Duggar’s probation is a prohibition of porn of any and all kinds – including adult videos. To ensure that he has minimal access and temptation, the Arkansas native will not be able to use the internet without receiving prior approval from his probation officer.

On top of the extra precautionary measures, the father of seven will also be expected to follow standard supervised release conditions, such as sex therapy and submitting to taking a lie detector test upon request.

The 19 Kids and Counting star was found guilty on one count of receiving and possessing child pornography each, although it’s been noted that the possession charge was dropped at his May 25th sentencing.

Though he was only sentenced to 151 months of the 20-year maximum that he faced, Duggar’s attorney has vowed to appeal his conviction. Check back in with HNHH later for more news updates.

KenTheMan Lets It All Hang Out On “No Panties”

KenTheMan has been on the rise for a minute now. In October of last year, we talked to the Houston rapper about everything from the origins of her name to working with PornHub. The interview followed the release of her most recent project of length, What’s My Name, a ten song EP including “I’m Perfect,” “No Name,” and “Rose Gold Stripper Pole,” which had a 2 Chainz appearance on its remix.

Now, KenTheMan is back with a new single, “No Panties,” a delightfully raunchy quick hit in which the rapper talks about pleasuring, and being pleasured by, a lover. The beat comprises a hard-hitting 808 and a simple piano line, complimenting KenTheMan’s matter-of-fact delivery. There are certainly a few gems in the rapper’s lyrics, which are filled to the brim with filthy details. “I don’t wanna see you, bae, I wanna see that Carti face,” she says at one point.

“No Panties” follows two other singles released by KenTheMan back in March, “Feelin Sexy” and “Join Em.” Check out the song below, and let us know what you think of it in the comments.

Quotable Lyrics:

Bae, you see I got these panties on
If you nasty, come and eat it with my panties on
Pussy get wetter for a n***a when his money long
Still can get left alone, ain’t tricking on me
Thеn he spending all his money wrong

Ella Mai Speaks On Mary J. Blige Being Her Mentor

Last month, Ella Mai dropped her second studio album, Heart On My SleeveThe project, consisting of 15 tracks, featured artists like Lucky Daye, Roddy Ricch, and Latto. Aside from those esteemed musicians, another singer showed up on Ella’s album, giving it the commentary that it needed.

At the end of “Sink or Swim” and “Not Another Love Song (Exclusive),” Mary J. Blige used her smooth voice to give advice about love. On “Sink Or Swim,” Blige talked about getting over a heartbreak and not putting all the blame on oneself. “Not Another Love Song” featured her advising Ella to guard her mind and her spirit, as people tend to take and not give.

In an interview with HipHopDX, the British songstress explained her relationship with the soulful singer. “Mary is one of my all-time favorites,” Ella started, “She’s been a part of my life since I was very, very young.” The 27-year-old reflected on her upbringing, reminiscing how her mother would blast Blige’s music consistently.

This ultimately led to Blige becoming Ella’s inspiration, hence the reason she was so anxious to include her on her newest project. “When I was putting the album together, I wanted somebody else to tell this story for me as opposed to me telling it through the music. I wanted someone to guide me almost, and there’s nobody else I want to guide me if I’m speaking about love,” stated Ella.

It seems as though the feeling between the two talents is mutual. Last month, Blige expressed that she feels like R&B is in good hands. While hosting a festival in Atlanta, the 51-year-old said, “Right now, I love the state of R&B because of people like Ella Mai… Music is just going in the right direction, R&B is back. I remember one time I was worried about R&B, I was like ‘Uh-oh, we’re done.’ But no, the [new] generation has revived us.”

India Shawn Drops New Single “EXCHANGE”

India Shawn blesses fans with a new song, “EXCHANGE,” just in time for the weekend. In the new song, the Los Angeles-born singer uses her smooth voice over a catchy, sultry beat to show off her singing and songwriting talent. Just as it sounds, the song is about love, pleasure, and reciprocity.

“EXCHANGE is by far the sexiest song I’ve ever written,” the artist claimed in a PR release for the single.

India has made it a priority to add a layer of seductiveness to her music, as the artist said it has become more important to show all aspects of herself.  “As I evolve in my career and womanhood, it’s becoming increasingly important to show up as my whole self, sexy and sensual included,” she stated.

The song is accompanied by visuals that show India Shawn up close and personal with the camera. As each cut passes, the viewer is further captivated as different angels picture the artist smoothly singing her lyrics.

The release of this song comes over a year after India released her Before We Go EP.

Check out the song down below.

Quotable Lyrics

Exchange
I said it feels good inside when we trade
It feels good when we trade pleasure
For pleasure
