Saba Says No I.D. Sent Him 120 Beats To Work From For “Something To Come”

Saba has revealed that legendary producer No I.D. has sent him 120 beats to work from ahead of a potential collaboration. The Chicago rapper discussed working with No I.D. during an upcoming interview with Ebro Darden on Apple Music 1.

“He was like, ‘You hear that little beat in the background, that’s just number 80 this week, don’t mind me,’” Saba recalls in the interview, according to Complex. “So when I got up with him, he told me he did 120 in a two-week span. He was like, ‘I got 120, how many of them you want me to send you?’ I was just like, ‘Bro, I’m about to go on tour, send me all 120. I didn’t expect him to actually do it, but he did it.”

He adds that he’s “having fun” and “writing to as many of them” as possible. By the end of his upcoming tour, he plans to have 10 songs finished in order to release a collaborative project.

“I’m already at six,” he continues. “And we been on tour for like a week. So we’ll see how many, but it’s something to come.”

Saba’s Back Home Tour kicks off in Detroit on May 3 and will see him traveling across the globe before finishing in the United Kingdom in September. The tour includes performing at Pharrell’s Something in the Water festival in D.C. on June 17.

Saba’s latest album, Few Good Things, was released back in February with features from Pivot Gang, Black Thought, G Herbo, and more.

Juicy J Taps Into His Inner James Harden On “Step Back” Ft. Duke Deuce

Juicy J is channeling his inner James Harden on his new collaboration with Duke Deuce. The Three 6 Mafia artist delivered his latest single, “Step Back” ft. Duke Deuce this morning, accompanied with a hilariously bizarre visual. The song, produced by Juicy J and Lil Ju, puts Memphis’ regional sound in focus. Juicy J and Lil Ji bring an eerie beat into the fold for a club-ready banger meant for the strip clubs. The song makes several mentions of the NBA’s most prominent players, like James Harden, who Juicy J dresses up as in the music video.

It’s a full-circle moment for Duke Deuce who has never shied away from giving Juicy J his flowers. During our interview with Duke Deuce on the last season of On The Come Up, he revealed that Three 6 Mafia was among the groups that he looked up to growing up.

Chris Brown Poses With Daughter Royalty In Sweet New Instagram Photo

Chris Brown is one proud papa. Not long after welcoming his third child with Diamond Brown, the “Kiss Kiss” hitmaker is spending some time with his eldest – Royalty Brown.

From the looks of the young girl’s Instagram page, she’s been participating in some dance competitions lately, and her famous father didn’t hesitate to step out and show his support for her. On Sunday, May 1st, Royalty uploaded a sweet snapshot of her dad’s arms wrapped around her while she holds two large bouquets of what appear to be congratulatory flowers.

“The BEST father-daughter duo,” one fan wrote in the comment section. “Now that’s so sweet,” another added. “That’s his number #1. She’s beautiful.” More people still couldn’t help but point out the similarities between Brown and his child – clearly, his genes run strong as many of his offspring picked up his features.

Over on his own page late last month, the Virginia-born performer posted some adorable snapshots of his three-month-old baby Lovely Symphani (who he shares with his ex) giggling away, looking as happy as ever.

While Brown’s family remains a priority for him, his career takes up a fair chunk of time too, and seeing as he’s about to head out on tour with Lil Baby this summer, things are about to get even busier for the father of three.

The One Of Them Ones tour will kick off in Raleigh, North Carolina on July 15th and wrap up on August 27th in Sin City – check out the full list of dates here and tap back in with HNHH later for more celebrity news updates.

Chloe Bailey Admits She Saw Gunna “Blushing” Over Her On “Breakfast Club” Interview

Chloe Bailey says that she saw Gunna’s interview on The Breakfast Club, earlier this year, during which he blushed when asked about his relationship with Bailey. The “Treat Me” singer discussed her friendship with Gunna during her own appearance on the show, Monday.

“They had you linked to Gunna,” Charlamagne told Bailey. “You saw Gunna up here blushing?”

“Yeah, I saw,” she admitted laughing. “He’s a good friend and I’m happy with the music we did together and that’s what that was.”

Bailey and Gunna have been rumored to be dating for months, but they’ve routinely claimed to just be friends. The two collaborated together for “you & me” from Gunna’s new album DS4EVER.

“Stop, stop, stop, stop,” Gunna when asked about Bailey during his appearance on The Breakfast Club. “It was the tongue for me, it was, it really was. But I didn’t know her [when I posted that]. And I wasn’t– okay, I kind of was shooting my shot a little bit. It was a shot. It was a game, it’s a common game. I wanted to take her somewhere cool, not just out to the studio. We stopped at the game right fast.”

Later in Bailey’s interview, she discussed her upcoming debut solo album, confirming that the project is nearly finished.

“I’m creating every day still to see if it’s missing that little thing, but yea it’s getting mixed right now and everything,” she explained. “It hasn’t been turned in. It’s getting the final mixes and features and all that good stuff.”

Bailey says she’ll be dropping a couple more singles before fans can hear the full effort.

Future, Lil Baby & 42 Dugg Set The Standard On “Like Me”

Future’s keeping the momentum high, even after industry forecasters predicted that his new album, I Never Liked You is on pace to debut at #1. Not only that but Future is likely going to have the biggest debuting week of 2022 among any album. It’s a major feat for Future who will beat out artists like The Weeknd, Gunna, and more.

Today the rapper wasted no time delivering the deluxe edition of the album. Laced with six songs, including the previously released “Worst Day,” he brings a slew of new collabs alongside some of the hottest artists in the game. One particular stand out is “Like Me” ft. 42 Dugg and Lil Baby. Future and the 4PF duo swap bars over HitmanAudio and Julien Anderson’s sinister production. The three rappers set the standard as they taunt their opposition with their wealth, jewels, and collection of firearms.
