Juelz Santana Appears To Admit The LOX Is A “Better Group” Than Dipset

Just last week, NORE expressed his disappointment in David Letterman and Ellen Degeneres getting first dibs on interviews with the culture’s biggest stars. However, none of the high-profile television personalities capture the depth of an artist’s career like Drink Champs. Over the past few years, the podcast has become one of the most trusted platforms for hip-hop-related interviews. Even Kanye dubbed NORE his version of Joe Rogan.

This week, Drink Champs will have Juelz Santana on the show, and it seems like they’ll be diving into a whole bunch of topics, from his Newark Airport arrest to the lack of music he’s released in recent times. However, at one point in the interview, he seems to address last year’s Verzuz between Dipset and The LOX. Fans unanimously agreed that Yonkers-based group won the evening against Dipset, and it seems that even Juelz Santana agrees. It appears that Juelz Santana believes that The LOX is a better group than Dipset. “My take on that night was they are a better group than us,” he says. Mind you, he didn’t mention any names but it seems pretty obvious that he’s referring to their Verzuz against The LOX.

The new episode of Drink Champs debuts this Thursday on REVOLT. Check out the official trailer below and sound off with your thoughts in the comments.

Marilyn Manson Unlikely To Be Charged In Sexual Assault Investigation: Report

Marilyn Manson is reportedly unlikely to face charges of sexual assault, as law enforcement officials wrap up their ongoing investigation of the disgraced singer and prepare to present their case to the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office. TMZ reports that, based on the lack of evidence, the D.A. is unlikely to proceed with charges.

Sources tell the outlet that there have been “some credibility issues with the victim.”

While the D.A. may not move forward with the case now, if new evidence emerges, it can always be revisited.

The report comes after a lawsuit filed by a former personal assistant of Manson was dismissed by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael Stern. The Judge ruled that the sexual assault, battery, and harassment accusations had passed the two-year statute of limitations in California.

“The plaintiff has pleaded too few facts and too late to keep this case in court,” he wrote in his ruling.

Evan Rachel Wood, who claims to be a survivor of abuse at the hands of Manson, released a documentary titled Phoenix Rising, earlier this year, which details the accusations.

In the documentary, Wood alleges that Manson “essentially raped” her while filming a sex scene for the music video to the song, “Heart-Shaped Glasses.”

“We had discussed a simulated sex scene, but once the cameras were rolling, he started penetrating me for real. I had never agreed to that,” Woods says in the film. “I’m a professional actress, I’ve been doing this my whole life, I had never been on a set that unprofessional in my life up until this day. It was complete chaos, I did not feel safe, no one was looking after me.”

A Pregnant Woman Was Shot 5 Times By Missouri Police

An unarmed pregnant woman was shot 5 times by Missouri police as she tried to flee her arrest for a suspected armed carjacking – though she showed them that she was unarmed and told them that she was pregnant.

“They shot her! Oh my God, they shot her!” a woman is heard screaming out in footage that she filmed following the Friday night shooting in Kansas City. “What the f*ck!” she says as she filmed the woman on the ground. “Oh my God, they shot her and they still putting her in handcuffs!”

Missouri police confirmed that Leonna Hale, 26, was shot by officers responding to reports of an armed carjacking at 8 p.m on Friday (May 27). Hale was taken to the hospital for her injuries but was later listed in stable condition.

The male driver that was with her, fled when cops pulled him over. Hale was shot while trying to flee

The witness that filmed the shooting wrote on Facebook that before turning to run, Hale had “put her hands up and was talking to them to show she didn’t have a weapon in her hand!!!!” The witness, Shedanja, told the Kansas City Star that Hale had only refused to get on the ground because she told cops that she was pregnant.

“She was gonna cooperate, she got scared, she ran down there and they shot her…it ain’t right!” she exclaimed in her video at the scene. The witness did say that Hale warned police that there was a gun in the car.  “She did not pull out a weapon on them,” Shedanha said to the Star. “She did not even have a stick in her hand.”

Doja Cat Shows Off Her Bum In A Side-Eye G-String Bikini Selfie

Doja Cat graced the cover of Elle Magazine recently wearing a series of incredible designer garments by everyone from Valentino and Dolce & Gabbana to Schiaparelli and Area, but on Monday, May 30th, the “Freaky Deaky” hitmaker got the world’s attention when she posted up looking much more scantily clad.

Over on Twitter, the Grammy Award-winning artist treated her followers to a series of thirst traps in celebration of Memorial Day long weekend, although she couldn’t help but throw in a few funny faces while flexing her toned figure.

Not providing any caption, early yesterday afternoon Doja shared a mirror snap wearing a hot pink bikini, accessorized with a colourful body chain, a Cuban link necklace, oversized pink sunglasses, and tall turquoise platform heels. Though her body elicited a thirsty response from fans, her goofy stare into the camera also earned some giggles.

Her next post, though, was what really got people talking. Less than 10 minutes later, the “Ain’t Shit” artist gave us a view of her behind, revealing that the back of her bathing suit is a g-string cut one – much smaller in size than the last one that gave her some visible tan lines.

Horny Twitter users immediately expressed their admiration (and desperation) in the replies. “If I was on death row and they asked me what I wanted to eat before I go this would be it,” one person wrote.

Justin Trudeau Introduces New Gun Control Bill

As gun violence continues to soar, one lawmaker wants to propose a bill that would limit the sale, transfer, and import of guns into Canada. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau wants to activate some sort of gun control despite the real issue of gun control lies with the United States.

On Monday (May 30), CNN reported that Trudeau introduced his new bill, which would prevent America’s gun problem from reaching the Canadian border.

“What this means is that it will no longer be possible to buy, sell, transfer, or import handguns anywhere in Canada,” Trudeau explained during a press conference. “In other words, we’re capping the market.”

If passed, the bill would work retroactively – current owners of military-style assault weapons would have to get rid of them via a government buyback program. “Gun violence is a complex problem, but at the end of the day the math is really quite simple: The fewer guns in our communities, the safer everyone will be,” Trudeau added.

Trudeau has not been shy about his concerns with gun control, especially following a 2020 mass shooting in Nova Scotia that killed 20 people. The shooting is still being investigated as part of a public inquiry that has cost the country more than $25M.

“As a government, as a society, we have a responsibility to act to prevent more tragedies,” Trudeau said on Monday. “We need only look south of the border to know that if we do not take action, firmly and rapidly, it gets worse and worse and more difficult to counter.”

Fana Hues: The ‘See You Next Year’ Interview

Fill in the blank: Fana Hues is most likely to ______?
Star in a film. I want to go and expand on my hues and really get into my acting bag and fully dive into that part of storytelling. I really be out here acting. I’ve been doing it for years and years but I haven’t gotten my one film yet. So it’s only a matter of time.

What’s changed for you in the last year?
Access, I’ve had way more access this year to resources in order to execute my visions.

What’s been the biggest lesson you’ve learned about yourself creatively in the last 12 months?
I don’t know anything at all. I’m still learning.

What’s been the biggest risk you’ve taken in the last year?
Packing up my stuff and putting it in storage and just going on tour. Breaking my lease for the house, that was a goddamn risk. I was like, “Dang, am I really gonna figure this out while I’m on the road?” That was a risk.

What do you hope these next 12 months mean for you and your career?
I hope that next year, I continue to solidify my position in music in general. I want to experiment more. And I want to free myself of the box that I put myself in creatively sometimes. That’s what I’m hoping for next year, for sure.

What is it that you want to see in the world next year?
I would like to see people start treating others as human beings and not have everything be so transactional.

What’s the biggest goal on your bucket list in the next year?
This debut album. It sounds like, “Oh, of course.” But it really is. I’ve been planning this debut album, conceptualizing it for like six years now. So I am, I’m ready for that.

Looking back, what was your favorite year ever and why?
I would say 2012 was probably the best year for me. Growth-wise and it’s when I started really tapping into my voice. I was 16, you know?  It absolutely still sticks with me. That summer particularly. Channel Orange had just come out.

What’s the biggest secret you’ve kept this year?
I’m really tryna think. What’s a secret that I kept this year? I don’t know, I have no secrets.
