James Harden says he once stayed up all night with Meek Mill, Lil Baby, and Lil Durk, ahead of practice while he was in Houston. The Philadelphia 76ers star recalled the star-studded night during a recent interview reposted by Sports Center.
“They all called me like, ‘Yo, we about to pull up to Houston.’ Baby, Durk, Meek,” Harden said. “They all come to the house. They land at like 2 in the morning. I gotta go to practice in the morning! They come in the studio and I’m up with them the whole time.”

Back in 2021, Harden served as executive producer on Baby and Durk’s collaborative project The Voice of the Heroes.

But with their work ethic and undeniable talent here we are.”

“It looks like he backed in there (the ditch) accidentally. Then the other vehicle pulled up, and folks got out of the car. They were talking for a little bit, and then all of a sudden, gunfire went off. Only one shot, actually,” officer R. Willkens told reporters, according to ABC 13.
The shooting is currently under investigation and police reportedly have video of the incident.
“Gone in body, but your NAME & LEGACY will live forever!” Snootie’s Instagram page wrote on Saturday, captioning a photo of the late rapper.
His team had originally revealed that Snootie was still fighting in the hospital, following early reports that he had been shot.
“Snootie is not dead. But he’s fighting for his life,” the post had read. “Out of respect for the family, please refrain from sharing anything that is not communicated through his official accounts.”

Megan Thee Stallion Takes Normani To Prom For Her Snapchat Show ‘Off Thee Leash’
Everywhere you look, Megan Thee Stallion is there. And honestly? Former Fifth Harmony member turned breakout star Normani isn’t too far behind. The pair previously worked together on the song “Diamonds,” off the Birds Of Prey soundtrack, and it seems like they’ve developed a pretty tight bond. Which makes their latest bit of content together just that much cuter.
As part of Megan’s new collaboration with Snapchat on a short series called Off Thee Leash, she decided to do an episode with Normani. And once she found out that Normani missed her own prom because of touring with aforementioned girl group, there was nothing left to do but throw the “Wild Side” singer an idyllic prom. In the clip, Normani mentions that she might decide to turn one of her birthday parties into a full-on prom in the future, so this might not be the last prom-themed Normani we ever get.
Back to the most important aspect — Off Thee Leash is a show about pets, so Normani brings her dog, Sir Dior, with her during the episode. Fellow dog lovers will definitely appreciate his big, slobbering presence in the short. But Normani’s excitement about finally experiencing prom, broken corsage and all, is definitely the highlight. Watch above.

TrueBleeda had amassed over 2,800 monthly listens on Spotify before his death. His last music video, “Soul Survivor,” was released on Tuesday.
Mayor-President Sharon Weston Broome responded to the shooting with a lengthy statement.
She wrote: “Today, we have seen yet another troubling episode of gun violence shake the core of our community with a shooting along Bluebonnet Blvd. this afternoon. This violence affects the lives of everyone within our parish. While we work to bring justice to the victims, we must understand that we cannot be controlled by fear. We must work together to identify those committing criminal activity and instill accountability, to create a safer community for everyone. Baton Rouge residents deserve to live in a community of peace. I am confident as we band together, we as a community can overcome these challenges for a better future.”

Doja Cat Praises Nicki Minaj’s Career: ‘I’m In Love With Everything’
Doja Cat has been one of the most prolific female rappers in recent memory. The rising hip-hop and pop star has been continually featuring on tracks with other artists, sharing her life on social media, and released her own full-length, Planet Her to immense critical acclaim last year. But as Billboard kicks off another round of interviews with women in the music industry, honoring how much harder we have to work for recognition, it’s Doja’s turn to give flowers to someone who influenced her deeply. And it shouldn’t come as any surprise that the person she most wants to shout out is none other than Nicki Minaj.
Billboard asked Doja: “What performers did you look to growing up?” And her response included flowers for Nicki first and foremost, along with Janet Jackson, and Beyonce. “It’s pretty obvious that I’m in love with everything Nicki Minaj has put out into the world,” Doja assert, before citing some other artists she admires. “You have your Janets and your Beyoncés. I look at [other artists’] projects and performances and go, “Wow, I hope one day I get to that point.”
Well, most of us think she’s well on her way there. Check out the full interview here.

“The life of James Brown is significant not only to understand his immense musical impact, which inspires us and other artists to this day, but also for the deep and lasting impression he has had on American culture,” Questlove and Black Thought said in a statement. “Brown’s life is a crucial and timely story of struggle, redemption, and self-identity and we are honored to have the chance to share it.”
Jagger says that he’s “thrilled” to be working on the docuseries.
“He was a brilliant performer who inspired me from the beginning and was deeply committed to the Civil Rights movement,” Jagger said in a statement. “I have always admired James and learned so much from him.”
Back in 2014, Jagger served as a producer on HBO’s Mr. Dynamite: The Rise of James Brown.
