Piers Morgan Takes Aim At Sheryl Underwood For Defending George Lopez Back in 2017
His attacks against Meghan Markle have been criticized, but that hasn’t kept Piers Morgan from pressing forward. The former Good Morning Britain host hasn’t let up about Markle and it seems that it all stems from a casual meet-up they had years ago. Morgan has publicly stated that he was attracted to Markle but she, instead, met Prince Harry and never spoke to the talk show host again. Most recently, we witnessed Morgan’s friend, Sharon Osbourne, defending him to the point that she yelled at her The Talk co-host Sheryl Underwood. While Underwood was praised for calmly handling the exchange, Osbourne was axed from the show. Morgan is speaking out once again, this time calling Underwood a hyprocrite.

“[Osbourne] was attacked on her own show by her co-host who said that that effectively was her supporting someone who said racist things. And when Sharon got annoyed and said, ‘What did he say that was racist,’ they couldn’t say anything because I never have,” said Morgan. “Now, Sharon’s gone, too. I look at this Cancel Culture, it’s a real thing. This woke mob want to cancel people who do not follow the narrative.”
In contrast, people have taken to social media to contest Morgan’s claims, arguing that consequences aren’t Cancel Culture. “There’s a real hypocrisy at the top as well, involving Sheryl Underwood, because four years ago, it was revealed after Sharon was forced out of her job for defending somebody who hadn’t said racist things, a video emerged of Sheryl Underwood defending George Lopez, the Latino comedian,” Morgan continued.
During the 2017 incident in question, Lopez made a joke at one of his shows that offended a Black woman in the audience, and when she reportedly flipped him off, Lopez went off on her. “You would think that Sheryl Underwood, who is so outraged by people saying racist things, that she even imagines them saying when they haven’t, but when she was confronted with clear evidence on video of her good friend George Lopez saying racist things and abusing a young Black woman who then had to leave a venue, that Sheryl would be outraged, but she wasn’t.”

Bibby hasn’t spoken about his relationship with Cydney, but she had quite a bit to say as she let her Twitter Fingers run wild. It’s unclear how long they were together, but Cydney has publicly accused the rapper-music executive of alleged abuse.
“B*tches be cool with being nothing but a nut to a n*gga,” Cydney tweeted. “You is an example of what not to do. Relax… Whoever talkin to my ex need to do a better job [laughing emojis]. Someone asked her if she was speaking about Bibby and she retweeted the message. Cydney claimed that Bibby “really bought a white b*tch a whole mini mansion” while living with her. “His moms don’t even got a house that big,” she added. “N*ggas are really f*cking dumb bro.” It seems that Bibby may have seen some of Cydney’s tweets because he fired off a few tweets himself.
“Seeing everything and saying nothing,” wrote Bibby. “Choose wisely. I can’t lose even when I lose I’m winning.” Swipe below to read through the messages and see what else Cydney had to say about Bibby’s brother allegedly having a lovechild outside of his relationship.

Nas Reveals Nipsey Hussle Wanted To Make “I Am…” Documentary
Another celebratory moment has touched down for Nas as he revisits his 1999 album, I Am…. The personal project was released 22 years ago today (April 6), and the Grammy-winning rapper shed light on his acclaimed album’s anniversary by recalling that a portion of I Am… leaked, thus taking away his thunder of dropping a double album. Even with the setback, I Am… went on to debut at No. 1 on the charts after selling a whopping 470,000 units in its first week alone.

“This album started out as a double album until half of it leaked,” Nas penned in the caption to his Instagram post. “Our brother Nipsey met with me to discuss doing a documentary on it and i was beyond honored. Didn’t get to happen [praying hands emoji] I Am, my 3rd Lp was released April 6 1999. Thank you all for the love.”

Lil Tecca Shares His Latest Single “Show Me Up”
The rise of Lil Tecca seemingly indicated that his career would be short-lived. “Ransom” became one of the biggest songs of 2019, though subsequent efforts didn’t see the same level of success. Throughout 2020, the rapper released several singles and collaborations leading up to the release of his debut album. Virgo World offered a better glimpse into his artistic growth, along with collabs alongside Lil Uzi Vert, Nav, and more, proving that he’s not a one-trick pony.
Today, the rapper returned with his latest offering, and first of the year, “Show Me Up.” Produced by Niko East who cooks up a dreamy and opulent beat, Lil Tecca details a particular woman who’s caught his interest and his loyalty to his friends who’ve been riding with him since the jump.
Check the song out below.
Quotable Lyrics
She from the hood, know it that she wildin’
You got no money but you got some diamonds
I get this bag and I got a lot of it

Lil Uzi Vert Defends JT: “Leave Her Alone, She Ain’t For That”
Since deciding to confirm their romance, Lil Uzi Vert and JT haven’t ceased sharing intimate moments with the world. Over the past few weeks, fans of both artists have seen the two rappers fawn over one another on social media, but a recent Instagram Live with Yung Miami caused a stir. Uzi stood accused of disrespecting JT’s best friend and soon, producer Southside made it clear that he didn’t want Uzi speaking to Yung Miami at all. The confrontation resulted in JT explaining that it was all a joke that people took too seriously, but the public had already flooded her mentions with unsolicited opinions about her relationship.
After JT spoke her peace and told people to back off, Uzi has come forward to defend JT against rumors and naysayers. “Leave JT alone. You talkin’ about gettin’ pregnant. How you know she not already pregnant?” said Uzi in an audio clip. “Leave her alone. She ain’t for that. Y’all talkin’ ’bout y’all miss the old JT. Ain’t nothin’ changed. F*ck is y’all talkin’ ’bout. Ain’t nothin’ changed with me, you think somethin’ changed with her?”
Still, fans continue to interject themselves in the Rap Romance and it doesn’t look as if the chatter about Uzi and JT will end anytime soon. Listen to Uzi’s audio below.

Lawd P Talks Life, Love & Living Through A Pandemic On “BLOOD WATER”
Brooklyn, New York has always been a prime source for discovering some of the best rappers and lyricists to come into the game — The Notorious B.I.G., Jay-Z, Lil Kim and Fabolous are just some of the usual suspects that were born in the borough and went on to become rap legends.
A new face looking rise in the realms of rap is Lawd P, and by the looks of his determination, lyrical content and knack for impressive visuals, we may have just discovered another one of BK’s brightest stars.

With “BLOOD WATER,” Lawd P’s latest single to arise from his 2020 EP Paradigm Shift 2020, his musical influences are almost immediately recognizable — the aforementioned Hov, Philly rap vet Black Thought and fellow BK lyricist Skyzoo all come to mind. The visuals make you respect his hustle even further, where he puts the setting in a church as he spills his soul to The Man Above™ about all the things we’ve all pretty much been stressing about this past year. Overall, this song proves that Brooklyn is still one of the most influential places in the world when it comes to hip-hop, and Lawd P could potentially be one of the latest to prove that as a fact. Thanks for speaking your truth for the masses to enjoy and relate to, P!
Stream “BLOOD WATER” by Lawd P below, in addition to checking out the official music video that premiered recently. Also, be sure to stream his full Paradigm Shift 2020 EP via Soullennial and let us know what you think of this rising emcee hailing from a borough of many rap kings before him:
Quotable Lyrics:
Stash house and more drugs
More deaths and less hugs
Never knew how to show love
Hoping I change for the Man above
Cops killing on our side
Imagine if we could’ve multiplied?
More debt, buying more credit
But all is left is to fight through this pandemic
