Free-agent running back Le’Veon Bell dissed his former coach, Andy Reid, with an Instagram comment, in which he claimed he’d rather retire than play under Reid again. 

“I’ll never play for Andy Reid again,” Bell wrote. “I’d retire first.”

The comment came under a post from RapTV about someone who spent over $700 at McDonald’s.

Bell signed on to play under Reid for the Kansas City Chiefs during Week 6 of the 2020 season.

While Bell didn’t explain his beef with the Super Bowl-winning head coach, Reid didn’t provide Bell with the typical amount of play-time that a three-time Pro Bowler would warrant.

Last month, Bell appeared to take a shot at Reid, but he didn’t call out any one of his former coaches by name.

“Lol the only difference with the steelers was they gave me opportunity,” Bell wrote on Twitter, replying to a fan who said he’s been a let down the last three years since being a member of the Steelers. “Haven’t had that since I left, I probably need to play for a defensive minded head coach instead of these offensive minded guru’s …”

Now knowing Bell’s frustration with Reid, it’s certainly possible this was a shot at the offensive-focused Kansas City coach.

Nicki Minaj shared new photos with her son, on Instagram, Saturday, rocking cute coordinated outfits.

The new pics show Minaj and her son rocking all-white outfits and come with a caption consisting solely of emojis. The post includes three pictures of Minaj on her own as well.

“He is so adorable wit dem chubby cheeks. God Bless the Queen & the Heir!” one fan wrote in the comments.

Earlier this month Minaj shared a video of her teaching her young son to walk. “You ain’t trying to do all of that today?” she jokes in the clip.

Minaj recently wrote about what it has meant to her to be a mother in an Instagram post.

“#PapaBear thank you so very much for choosing me to be your mama,” she said. “Wishing you guys a happy & prosperous New Year. Thank you for your love & support throughout this journey. Green Bay Packers president Mark Murphy stoked the flames of Aaron Rodgers trade rumors, Thursday, when he refered to the legendary quarterback as a “complicated fella.” Murphy said it was originally the late general manager Ted Thompson who first called Rodgers complicated.

“I’m often reminded though… of Ted Thompson, as most of you know, just a great general manager, passed away (earlier this year),” Murphy told NBC26 in Green Bay. “(Thompson) often talked about Aaron, that he’s a… and it wasn’t just Aaron, a lot of different players. He would say ‘He’s a complicated fella.'”

In recent months, Rodgers has refused to participate in organized team activities and minicamp. He’s also been linked to several teams in trade rumors including the Broncos, 49ers, Raiders, and more.

Murphy previously sparked trade rumors, last week, when he wrote on the team’s website that Rodgers has “divided our fan base.”

“The situation we face with Aaron Rodgers has divided our fan base,” he wrote. “The emails and letters that I’ve received reflect this fact. As I wrote here last month, we remain committed to resolving things with Aaron and want him to be our quarterback in 2021 and beyond. We are working to resolve the situation and realize that the less both sides say publicly, the better.”

Fresh off of the release of his new album, Hall of Fame, Polo G performed his hit song, “RAPSTAR,” live on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Friday night. Polo was accompanied by a live band as well as viral ukulele player Einer Bankz for the performance.

Polo’s new album is expected to have a tremendous first week for album sales. Hall of Fame is projected to move 165K-175K units in its first week, 4K to 7K of those will come in the form of pure album sales.

Saturday, Polo was arrested and hit with several charges for battery against a police officer, resisting arrest with violence, and criminal mischief. Jail records show that the rapper is being held on a $19,500 bond.

“The Miami Police Department is aware of the incident involving Mr. Taurus Bartlett, also known as Polo G, and another male juvenile. We will provide updates as they become available,” the Miami Police Department tweeted, Saturday.

Polo’s mother, Stacia Mac, was the first to break the news of his arrest.

“They have Polo G. They have TBaby and I am not having it. My children will not be a casualty. I have raised my children right. They are respectful people and we are celebrating the success and this is how it ends? Not on my watch. Not on my watch and not today,” she said in a video on her Instagram.

Maya Jama posted a photo of herself FaceTiming with Philadelphia 76ers star Ben Simmons, further fueling rumors that the two celebs are dating. The new screenshot comes after a report from The Mirror alleged that they were secretly seeing each other.

A source explained to The Mirror in May that “Things are hotting up for Maya and Ben. They are really into each other and the fact she flew to Philadelphia to be with him says a lot. They had a fun two weeks together. It’s nice to see her so happy.”

Simmons has previously been linked to Kendall Jenner, while Jama was in a prior relationship with U.K. rapper Stormzy.

After four years together, the rapper and Jama split at the end of 2020.

On his track, “done the dirt,” Stormy appeared to respond to rumors of infidelity. 

“I didn’t cheat. What I did was a big disrespect, what I did was very inconsiderate,” Stormzy explained later on. “It didn’t need to be cheating for it still to be a disrespect. But I thought now is a good time to say I didn’t cheat on my ex.”

Someone in Los Angeles paid for a sky-written message to be used as a marriage proposal that ended with a strange roast of podcaster and comedian Joe Rogan. 

“ONE MORE THING … JOE ROGAN IS LITERALLY 5 FOOT 3,” the message reportedly concluded.

Social media users from the Los Angeles area posted pictures of the message and claim that previous statements focused on a marriage proposal. “I LOVE YOU MORE THAN ANYTHING” and “UNTIL DEATH DO US PART” they reportedly read.

“Someone just spent thousands of dollars to write ‘Joe Rogan is literally 5 foot 3’ in the skies of Los Angeles and honestly money well spent,” one user tweeted.

Another said, “I aspire to this level wealth & utter pettiness,” and theorized that, “Apparently it was part of marriage proposal so they maybe offered dude a flat fee for a certain amount of characters?”

Rogan isn’t actually listed at 5’3″, in fact, he is reportedly 5’7″.

The host of The Joe Rogan Experience podcast has come under fire in recent weeks for his comments on the COVID-19 vaccine, which he later walked back.

“I am not an anti-vaxx person. In fact, I said I believe they are safe and I encourage many people to take them,” Rogan explained. “I’m not a doctor. I am a f***ing moron. And, I’m a cage-fighting commentator who’s a dirty standup comedian … I’m not a respected source of information even for me. But, I at least try to be honest about what I am saying.”

Travonna, the mother of Lil Durk’s alleged seven-year-old son, says she won’t let Durk continue to live his “fairytale” lifestyle and that her son “deserves better.” Travonna’s new comments come days after she shared a screenshot of the rapper on FaceTime with her son.

Travonna explained her position in a new post on Instagram which includes a throwback picture of herself and Durk. She wrote in the caption:

Travonna’s claims picked up steam when she recently did a tell-all interview with blogger Tasha K.

To prove her case further, she has claimed that she had a verified DNA test as proof.

“Y’all have time I don’t,” she started on Instagram. “I have a DNA test I have my proof I have my reasons I wish I would entertain you devils have a good day & just so we clear that was a prerecorded interview I had no idea when it was dropping it was ppl that seen it before me but judge away yall me (sic) nothing to me.”

Brooklyn Nets star James Harden, who was recently found to be the worst-dressed player in the NBA according to a new study, has been ruled out of the team’s Game 4 matchup with the Milwaukee Bucks, scheduled for Sunday at 3:00 PM, ET.

Harden has been absent from the Nets’ lineup since Game 1 of their series against the Bucks, having suffered a hamstring injury at the start of the game. The former NBA MVP had struggled with a hamstring injury during the regular season as well.

The Nets’ star is averaging 23.2 points, 8.8 assists, 6.2 rebounds in his six playoff games during this postseason.

Earlier this week, Harden denied an ongoing rumor that he had paid Saweetie $100K for a date on CashApp. It’s unclear what sparked the rumor.

“I’m tired of people creating these fake ass stories knowing I really don’t speak on bullshit,” Harden wrote on an Instagram story. “Leave me out of all the weird shit. Shit trash. Back to my real life. I really stay out the way. Cashapp 100K? Beat it.”

The Nets currently lead the Bucks 2-1 in their second-round playoff series. If they win, the Nets will take on the winner of the Philidelphia 76ers and Atlanta Hawks matchup.

Kanye West went off in a heated exchange during a deposition, earlier this week, as a part of a $20 million legal battle with MyChannel. Much of his rant was directed at MyChannel’s attorney, Michael Popok, whom he called “boy” at least 12 times, according to court filings under seal which were obtained by AllHipHop.

During the rant, West spoke about his own “mental genius-ness” while asking the Popok if he was “f****** stupid.” The documents also state that West said that the lawyer was lucky to be deposing the “’richest Black man in America and a Black Trump supporter,’ and that he couldn’t be bothered with the deposition because he had lives (and diets) to change.”

At one point in the meeting West put on a “full-face hood and head covering adorned with Jesus Christ’s image which obscured his face and muffled his voice.” West claimed the legal team did not have the right to see his face.

The meeting lasted for just 10 minutes before West stormed off.

“West’s bad faith efforts to sabotage the deposition will be viewed by the Court as one of the most outrageous and inappropriate deposition performances it has observed as well,” Ben J. Meiselas, an attorney for MyChannel, said afterward.

West is expected to be called in for a face-to-face deposition next month and MyChannel is hoping to sanction West for $63,000 for his actions.
