Blac Chyna Faces Rumors From Hairstylist That She’s Engaged

If rumors are to be believed, Blac Chyna will soon be walking down the aisle. Celebrities often go the extra mile to keep their personal lives private, but hairstylist Jayy may have spilled the beans about Blac Chyna. Last year, the reality star mogul surfaced on social media with images that suggested she was in a relationship with rapper Lil Twin, and recently, a video of Chyna snuggled up with her man circulated online.

As the public continued to gossip about the mother of two’s latest relationship, Jayy took to his Instagram Story with an announcement.

“Happy to say that @blacchyna has now confirmed booked and sent deposit to me as the one who’s going to be doing her hair for her upcoming wedding,” the hairstylist wrote alongside ring and bride emojis. Chyna’s fans were quick to call him out for not allowing the star to share the good news herself. However, others were quick to point out that some celebrities have often purposefully used others to share news such as this.

The Sun quickly contacted Blac Chyna’s mother Tokyo Toni to ask about her feelings regarding her daughter’s alleged upcoming nuptials. “Today was my first time hearing about it. I’m shocked,” Toni reportedly stated. She also gave a timeline of her daughter’s relationship.

“She’s with Lil Twin. They’ve been together about two years or so now,” Tokyo added. She denied any information that Chyna was pregnant and reiterated that she is unaware of an engagement. “I’ve met him and I think he’s a pretty good fit. I even met his mom, they’re a pretty cool family. I wouldn’t be against it.”

“They seem to be very, very happy & content.” Chyna has yet to respond to the rumors. Check out a few posts below.

Summer Walker Denies Gossip Blog’s Rumor That She Neglects Baby

Since giving birth to her daughter, Summer Walker has faced off with critics. The singer has taken to social media to defend her parenting decisions from food choices to not wanting to show her baby’s face online, and Summer has once again addressed her naysayers. A Twitter user sent a message to the singer saying that “Gossipofthecity posted a rumor” that Walker didn’t really want her baby and alleged she is “never” with her child. The person also stated that the gossip blog alleged that Walker left her baby with her best friend’s mother “for 10 days straight.”

The singer often ignores comments such as these, but she resurfaced on Instagram to lay these rumors to rest. “I am the full care taker of my child,” she wrote, before referencing her ex, London On Da Track. “That man pull sup on the weekend w his mama & gifts for a day or 2 takes his pics but I do all the work when I’m not at work.”

“So once again suck a d*ck.” Summer added another message to her Instagram Story, telling viewers to live their lives for themselves because there “will always be” someone “dissatisfied with your behavior.” Walker urged people to “do you” because critics are unavoidable. She further explained herself in a video where she spoke about being happy and content while also letting people know that they don’t deserve her attention.

Summer told her critics to worry about their own children. Watch and read through Summer Walker’s posts below.

Stephen A. Smith Apologizes For “Insensitive & Regrettable” Remarks About Shohei Ohtani

His outlandish outtakes have often earned him spots on trending topic lists, but this time around, Stephen A. Smith has issued an apology. The ESPN commentator isn’t shy about sharing his opinions and his takes have stirred the pot with certain famed sports stars. This time, he caught heat for recent remarks made about Japanese Los Angeles Angels pitcher Shohei Ohtani‘s inability to speak English.

“I don’t think it helps that the number one face is a dude that needs an interpreter so you can understand what the hell he’s saying,” said Smith. Later, he attempted to clarify his comments following an onslaught of backlash.

“In the United States, all I was saying is that, when you’re a superstar, if you could speak the English language, guess what, that’s going to make it that much easier, less challenging to promote the sport,” Smith said. The criticism continued to pour in, so Smith decided it was time to issue a formal apology.

“I never intended to offend ANY COMMUNITY, particularly the Asian Community — and especially SHOHEI Ohtani, himself,” wrote Smith. “As an African-American, keenly aware of the damage stereotyping has done to many in this country, it should’ve elevated my sensitivities even more. Based on my words, I failed in that regard and it’s on me, and me alone!”

He called Ohtani “one of the brightest stars in all of sports” and continued to admit that he “screwed up.” Smith spoke out against the violence that has been perpetrated against Asian communities and called his remarks “insensitive and regrettable.” You can read through his entire statement below.

Vince Staples’ New ‘Are You With That?’ Video Illuminates The Unsettling Nature Of Surveillance

Vince Staples has been back lately in a big way, even though he never left. The Long Beach-raised rapper is brutally honest enough to talk about the way the music industry monetizes people’s struggles, and on the heels of releasing his latest full-length album, Vince Staples, he’s shared another new video for “Are You With That?” The video follows up earlier singles like “Law Of Averages,” oh and an explosive LA Leakers freestyle, giving fans more of what they were hoping for in the lead up to the new project.

In the first half of the clip, Vince is portrayed under glaring spotlight in a number of mundane situations, doubling down on the unsettling nature of surveillance, and the way Black people are scrutinized in a specific way, especially those who grew up in neighborhoods like Vince did. In the second half, Vince portrays the process of burying and holding vigils for his friends in an even more explicit way, showing himself deeper and deeper in a grave each scene. Vince Staples came out last Friday, but it’s only one of several projects Vince is working on lately. He’s also previewed his graphic novel Limbo Beach and teased yet another new musical project, Ramona Park Broke My Heart to follow up this record. Check out the new video above and stream his new record here.

King Von Named By Police As 17-Year-Old Gakirah Barnes’s Killer: Report

There have been rumors regarding the death of Gakirah “K.I.” Barnes for years, but only recently have authorities reportedly come forward to release documents about the case. Back in 2014, 17-year-old Barnes, who was reportedly a member of the Gangster Disciples, was shot nine times and killed in Chicago. The teen was a native of the city and had a reputation as someone who had killed over a dozen people, and she lost her life to the streets she was reportedly dedicated to.

Following Barnes’s death, there were conversations about who the hooded figure was that shot her, and recently, reports have stated that the Chicago Police Department has released new information about Barnes’s case.

These newly shared documents show that witnesses reportedly named King Von, a reported member of the Black Disciples, as the alleged shooter who was responsible for Barnes’s death. “An unknown M/1 wearing a Grey Hoodie and Blue jeans approached the victims. The unknown offender then produced a handgun and began firing in the direction of the victims, striking all three. The unknown offender then was observed entering an unknown vehicle making good his escape,” the document showed.

The police also stated that the “investigation revealed that the victim was killed by Dayvon Bennett,” using King Von’s government name. The rapper was said to have been “positively identified” as the “offender,” however, there wasn’t enough evidence to tie Von to the slaying so charges against him weren’t filed.

Many people from Chicago have taken to social media to share that this was information that has been known since Barnes’s murder was first announced. Swipe below to check out more about this case.

Soulja Boy Issues Warning To “P*ssy N*gga” Who’s Been Talking About Him

Clubhouse has attempted to crack down on people screen-recording conversations, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to get around it. For a time, social media couldn’t hear enough about the budding app, and while the buzz surrounding Clubhouse has dissipated, it’s still a popular place for celebrities and influencers to connect.

Recently, Soulja Boy reportedly made his way over to a Clubhouse room and called out an unidentified person who has gotten under the rapper’s skin. “I wanna say your name so bad p*ssy lil’ n*gga, but I can’t make you famous,” said Soulja. “I just can’t.”

“You can have the clout from the other rappers, that’s cool, but you ain’t gon’ get it from me,” he continued. “I know that’s what you want, you want me to say your name, and I’m not. But just know, I ain’t forgot about you, boy. And I’mma get you. On god. I’mma get you, boy. Speaking on me in the interviews like you know me, n*gga. You don’t know sh*t about me. On god. It can go there. Anywhere, anytime, anyplace.”

Soulja Boy added that he “has the money” to “drop a whole million” on his foe’s “head.” He told his unnamed opp, “Don’t play with me.” Soulja didn’t appreciate the person mentioning his name and he let it be known that he’s not going to let it go.

Of curse, fans have speculated about who Soulja coul be talking about. Check out his clip from Clubhouse below.
