Diddy Attends Christian Combs’s Birthday Party As A Hologram

For most people, if they’re unable to attend their child’s birthday, they’ll call, FaceTime, Zoom—do whatever it takes to make their presence felt. In Diddy’s case, he decided to up the ante and, according to TMZ, attended his son Christian Combs’s birthday party as a hologram. King Combs turned 23-years-old yesterday (April 1) and unfortunately, Diddy had some business in Florida that kept him from celebrating with family and friends in Los Angeles. The Bad Boy mogul gave Christian the next best thing and called up PORTL to have the company broadcast Diddy live at the event as a hologram.

In a clip shared by TMZ, Diddy is seen singing Happy Birthday to his son as people in the crowd look on. Combs was presented life-sized as a 4K interactive hologram and he wasn’t the only one; daughters D’Lila, Jessie, and Chance also appeared to send well wishes to their big brother.

Guests at Christian’s birthday bash included Swae Lee, Chris Brown, Winnie Harlow, and Young Thug. PORTL reportedly gave Diddy the opportunity to “see and hear the crowd,” as well, and the company “dubs itself as the world’s first and only single passenger holoportation machine.” The cost is sad to ring in at around $60K.

“I’ll never forget this, he may not want me to say this,” Banner began. “When Offset had—this is one of the greatest things that happened to me. Offset had just got out right when the Migos had blew up. He was walking through Midtown and he was like, ‘Wassup OG?’ And he pulled me over to the side. He was like, ‘Man, I wanna do better, bro, but I don’t know how.’ And bro, for a young man that didn’t need nobody, they were poppin’ so—he might not even remember that. That meant the world to me.”

“He trusted me enough to say, ‘Bro, I need help.’ You know in the streets, especially where the f*ck we from, that’s the reason why motherf*ckers so mean. Motherf*ckers really be wanting to say, ‘I need help.'” Watch the full episode of The 85 South Comedy Show below.

Janet Jackson Told To Forgive Justin Timberlake By His Manager: Report

He recently issued another formal apology to Janet Jackson following the release of Hulu’s Britney Spears documentary, but things look to still be rocky between Justin Timberlake and soft-spoken singer. Timberlake caught backlash after the documentary suggested that he let the media antagonize Spears after their breakup, leaving many to draw comparisons to his response after his infamous Super Bowl moment with Jackson back in 2004. Although he was the one who ripped off a portion of Jackson’s top, exposing her breast, people blamed Jackson and she was forced by CBS to issue an apology.

For nearly two decades, Jackson’s “wardrobe malfunction” has remained a topic of conversation during every Super Bowl season but this year, fans weren’t letting Timberlake off the hook. His apology came and went last month, but his manager, Johnny Wright, brought up his tension with Jackson on one of her recent Instagram posts. Consequently, Wright reportedly formerly represented Jackson.

“Always choose to heal, not hurt. To forgive, not to despise. To persevere, not to quit. To smile, not to frown. And to love, not to hate,” the post reads. Wright reportedly slid in the comments and added, “You should take this advice and to apply it to your relationship with Justin.” According to Page Six, Timberlake wasn’t aware that his manager planned on leaving that comment. Fans have accused wright of gaslighting Jackson.
