“MTV Cribs” Is Back, Will Feature Big Sean, Rick Ross, Tinashe & More

The show first debuted 21 years ago and now MTV Cribs will reportedly make a triumphant return to the network. The documentary-style show featured dozens of our favorite artists opening their doors to give the world a peek into their personal lives. The entertainers would take reality television cameras into their private spaces to show off their lavish homes and expensive jewelry—although, it was later learned that several of those celebrities rented and furnished random locations to only make it look as if they lived there.

There have been a number of updated versions of Cribs over the years, most recently as a short-form style show that has appeared on Snapchat, but according to Deadline, MTV is bringing the show back to the network with all-new episodes.

The outlet states that Cribs will return on August 11 with 30-minute episodes. “Stars on the latest U.S. iteration include Martha Stewart, Big Sean, Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross, JoJo Siwa, Kathy Griffin, Marsai Martin, Snooki, Tinashe and Rick Ross,” Deadline reports.

The original Cribs wasn’t without its controversies. There are reported that R&B singer JoJo and her mother didn’t have a home during her filming so they used her uncle’s house. During 50 Cent’s episode, his car collection was the envy to many, but it was rumored that several cars belonged to a collector, not Fif.

21 Savage & Metro Boomin Share “Brand New Draco” Music Video

It’s been over six months since 21 Savage and Metro Boomin finally reconnected for the long-awaited sequel to 2016’s Savage Mode. This time, it became even bigger and better than the first time they connected. Filled with high-profile features and massive production, they’ve continued to carry the album out like a Hollywood affair, especially when it comes down to the visuals.

Metro and 21 Savage just dropped off a music video for the single, “Brand New Draco.” The two rappers carry themselves like Ball Street bosses in the midst of a stock crash before introducing their own stock: $DRCO. The middle of the video is interrupted by an informercial for $DRCO which appears to have gotten everyone rich, including DJ Khaled, Shaq, and Bow Wow who professes that he doesn’t need to “fake the funk ever again.”

Boosie Badazz Tells “Instagram People” Who Shunned Him “Don’t Come Back”

It’s no secret that Boosie Badazz has had his fair share of run-ins with Instagram. We’re not sure just how many times the rapper had his account removed for alleged violations, and even when Boosie has attempted to be on his best behavior, the Louisiana icon has found himself facing off with the platform. He’s threatened to sue and even asked T-Pain to help get his original account reinstated, but his pleas have gone unanswered.

“I got 250K followers, that’s it. I’m living like a junkie right now,” Boosie told VladTV. “F*ck wit’ me.”

“And Lil Duval said this”: when you lose your Instagram followers, you start losing your Instagram people,” he added. “You start losing friends. So, when I get my sh*t back, everybody who stopped f*ckin’ wit’ me, don’t come back.”

Aside from his frustrations with Instagram, Boosie told Vlad that he has a movie coming out at the end of the summer, three albums dropping this summer, Boosie Bash in August, and new music arriving on Christmas. He also asked fans to support his products: Rap Snacks noodles, perfume, and alkaline water.

“Sometimes the world is so hooked on other sh*t they don’t support the people who I would say, not deserve it, but put you in they world,” he said. “If you look at Boosie every day and he brings you peace or joy, you shouldn’t be wearing Polo cologne. You shouldn’t be eating Funyuns. But that’s how I feel as a person. I might be wrong.”

John McAfee’s Wife Suggests His Suicide Letter Is Fake

There’s been a lot of theories surrounding the death of John McAfee who authorities said died of an apparent suicide. McAfee was found dead in his prison cell in Spain where he was waiting to be extradited to the United States on tax charges. However, there’s still a lot of questions remaining about his death. His wife, Janice McAfee, previously revealed that she had doubts about his death. She explained that John showed no suicidal tendencies before pointing to the U.S. government as the true culprit.

Earlier today, she took to Twitter where she revealed an apparent suicide letter from McAfee that was found in his pocket at the tie of his death. The letter is difficult to read due to the penmanship but there are a few phrases that can be made out. “I am a phantom parasite,” it reads at the top of the page. “I want to control my future, which does not exist,” it reads later on.

However, Janice expressed her doubts about the authenticity of the note. “Here is the alleged suicide note found in John’s pocket. This note does not sound anything like someone who has no hope and is contemplating ending their life. This note sounds like one of John’s tweets,” she tweeted.

“The handwriting is suspect & I doubt the authenticity of the note,” she added in a separate tweet. “It reads more like someone trying to imitate John’s style of tweeting. And if this note was found in his pocket where are the markings of the note being folded into his pocket? #NotASuicideNote #JustForJohnMcAfee.”

Fans quickly lauded the images with comments about how precious “Baby Bubbles” is. Days ago, Summer seemed a tad peeved with London and shared on her Instagram Story that regardless of the photos he posts, she’s the main caregiver of their child, suggesting he comes around for photo ops.

“That man pulls up on the weekend w his mama & gifts for a day or 2 takes his pics but I do all the work when I’m not at work,” she claimed at the time. Check out proud parents’ photos of their baby below.

Wack 100 Says Indian Red Boy Wasn’t Killed Over Nipsey Hussle Disrespect

Over the weekend, the death of Indian Red Boy rattled the internet. He was on Instagram Live with a friend just as he was ambushed and killed in front of his followers. However, the reason for the shooting has been debated in the past few days. Rumors floated around that it was connected to a potential vandalization of a mural of Nipsey Hussle. Then The Game appeared to call for violence against anyone who violated Nipsey Hussle just days after Indian Boy Red’s death.

The Game has since apologized for any confusion and now, Wack 100 has officially weighed in. “Just to clarify something, when the world was saying I was disrespecting Nipsey Hussle when all I was talking about was music. I wasn’t disrespecting that man as an individual but talkin’ overall music. The Game was still talkin’ about what n***as will do to a n***a that disrespect Nipsey Hussle,” Wack said. The West Coast music mogul revealed that The Game wrote the verse months prior to Indian Red Boy’s death. “Them mothafuckin’ bars have been in there for two months ’cause he pre-writes his song.”

Wack debunked speculation that it was the Rollin’ 60s who retaliated against Indian Red Boy’s death over the disrespect of Nipsey’s mural. The Game already said that he would help cover funeral costs which Wack explained was his idea.

“The individual that lost his life, may the homie B.I.P., he ain’t even the one that’s guilty of even violating Nipsey Hussle,” he explained. “The one that was killed ain’t even that so let’s stop twisting this shit into something it ain’t gotta be.”

Dr. Dre Co-Signs T-Pain’s Rant About Hip Hop Artists: “He’s Right”

His recent rant received several co-signs from artists and fans alike, and now Dr. Dre has jumped in to say that he agrees with T-Pain. We previously reported on T-Pain sharing a few thoughts about the current state of Hip Hop, airing out frustrations regarding artists copy and pasting one another with the hopes of reaching the No. 1 spot without being innovative or original.

“Stop doing that!” T-Pain yelled while on Livestream. “Do something else, you’re not original! Give me some original sh*t!” He added, “Just f*cking do something else! Goddamn it! Do some different music! We have all the sh*t you’re doing. Lil Uzi Vert is already doing it.”

“Lil Baby is already doing it. DaBaby is already doing it,” he continued. “It’s literally two n*ggas with Baby in their names that’s already doing all the music you want! Do something else! That’s it!”

The rant didn’t go unnoticed by Dr. Dre who got a kick out of T-Pain actually saying what many others have been thinking. “Shoutout to @tpain!!” Dre wrote on Instagram. “I’m here laughing my f*ckin ass off, but he’s right. I know and feel exactly what you’re saying.” T-Pain also responded to the critics who have attempted to downplay his career.

“I undrstnd not every1 likes me and may not agree with my opinions but by all means don’t make up dumb sh*t like ‘he just mad because he ain’t got no hits’ I’m in all different genres,” said the singer. “Got 2 legit Grammies in the last 3 years and got a song out rn that’s top 15 on radio in the US.”

Rap and Hip Hop artists weren’t named specifically by T-Pain, but fans didn’t hesitate to share their opinions on who he may have been referencing. Let us know what artists fit T-Pain’s complaint and check out a few posts below.

Yung Bleu Reveals Why Chloe Bailey & Wale Collab Won’t Be On New Album

Yung Bleu has been the underdog of all underdogs in the past few years. Despite the increasing critical acclaim, popularity, and co-signs that many of his peers haven’t received, there’ve been plenty of moments where he felt like he’s been counted out. For instance, he spoke out after he wasn’t included in the BET Awards nominations for Best New Artist. However, it feels like anyone who has been sleeping on him will be turning their heads in his direction once he releases Moon Boy

Earlier today, the rapper unveiled the project’s tracklist which included an array of features from Moneybagg Yo, Future, John Legend, and Davido. While fans are excited for the release of Moon Boy next week, they were disappointed to see that the collaboration alongside Chloe Bailey and Wale didn’t make the cut. Unfortunately, it appears that once he cut ties with his former record label Columbia, they refused to put the song out. “Columbia aka My old label ain’t wanna clear it,” he wrote on Twitter.

The anticipation for the song began when Chloe Bailey shared a cover of “You’re Mines Still.” The brief cover went viral and Yung Bleu extended an invitation to work on music together. Shortly after, Bailey, Bleu, and Wale were sharing snippets of themselves in the studio together.
