A woman in Los Angeles is accusing Silicon Valley star Thomas Middleditch of sexual misconduct as apart of a broader exposé by Los Angeles Times regarding the now-closed Hollywood club, Cloak & Dagger. The report claims club owners Adam Bravin and Michael Patterson routinely turned a blind eye to sexual misconduct in the venue.

The woman, Hannah Harding, alleges that Middleditch approached her on the dance floor and made “lewd sexual overtures” toward her and her girlfriend. After shooting down numerous advances, the Times writes that he “kept pursuing her, groping her in front of her friends and several employees, including the club’s operations manager, Kate Morgan.”

Morgan claims when she informed Bravin and Patterson, they “dismissed it.”

Harding shared DMs from Middleditch, in which, he apologizes for his behavior. “I had no idea my actions were that weird for you,” he wrote. “… I am so ashamed I made you uncomfortable.”

The woman added that she saw Middleditch groping other women that night as well.

“As far as I am aware, they reported every incident to us, and to my knowledge, we dealt with every single issue brought to our attention,” Patterson said in a statement.

Bravin added: “Our goal from day one was to create the safest space possible.”

Bravin and Patterson closed the club in January shortly after the Times reached out for comment.

DeSean Jackson and the Rams have reached an agreement on a one-year deal to bring the veteran wide receiver to Los Angeles. The deal gives new Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford a much-needed deep threat option on offense.

Rams head coach Sean McVay admitted that the team would benefit from adding a new wideout to the offense, Friday: “We’re always trying to add some juice, and we’ll see what the next month and a half entails.”

Rams general manager Les Snead concurred: “Every offense probably in the NFL would love a deep threat, right? If I added to that, it doesn’t necessarily have to be someone that catches one deep ball a game; those can be low-percentage throws. But when you definitely have skill players with juice, that can threaten the top shelf of the coverage.”

At 34-years-old, Jackson owns the record for most 60-plus-yard touchdowns in NFL history with 24. In 2020, he caught just 14 passes for 236 yards in five games with the Eagles. His last 16-game season came in 2013 when he recorded 1,332 yards and nine touchdowns.

Talinda Bennington, the wife of the late Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington, posted a heartfelt message on Instagram commemorating what would’ve been Chester’s 45th birthday, Saturday.

“You would have been 45 and yes, Tyler would have you doing this dance again! This life without you never gets easier or less painful,” Talinda wrote for the caption of a video showing Chester dancing with their son. “We miss you dearly. We will celebrate you in so many ways today… Tyler teaching the girls and I this dance will be just one. We love you forever.”

Talinda and Chester married in 2006 and share three children in Tyler Lee Bennington as well as the twins Lily and Lila. Chester is the father of six kids in total.

Chester died by suicide at the age of 41-years-old in 2017. The iconic singer battled with drug and alcohol addictions throughout his life. Themes of depression and substance abuse were mentioned frequently in his music.

Linkin Park’s 2000 debut album, Hybrid Theory, was greatly influential for its blending of alt-rock, metal, and rap. The group later collaborated with Jay-Z for the album Collision Course, which blended together popular songs from both artists. “Numb/Encore” was a dominant force on the Billboard charts in 2004.

Brad Pitt is reportedly heartbroken after it was leaked that Angelina Jolie will testify regarding alleged spousal abuse in their trial for custody of their children. Court documents recently revealed that Jolie claims to have “proof and authority in support” of her accusations.

A source close to the situation explained Pitt’s position to the Page Six:

Brad is heartbroken that Angelina has gone that route. There’s a lot of emotion left after their marriage. He has taken responsibility for his actions and owned up to his past issues, he’s stopped drinking. The marriage was very passionate and toxic at times and — like all couples — they had fights, but also shared many good times together. He has talked about his drink and drug problems during the time they were together.

After the couple’s highly publicized split in 2016, the FBI Department of Child and Family Services investigated Pitt but cleared him of all charges.

“Brad and his camp has never attacked Angelina. But his camp feels this leak was calculated to sway opinion ahead of the conclusion of their trial,” the source said. “Brad feels like he’s being more and more isolated from his children, and he’s devastated about it.”

Pitt is reportedly seeking a 50-50 split for custody of the couple’s children.

Charlotte Hornets guard LaMelo Ball is expected to be out for the remainder of his rookie season with a fracture to his right wrist, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. Ball and the Hornets are currently getting a second opinion before confirming the diagnosis.

“Ball’s meeting early this week with Dr. Michelle Carlson at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, one of the top specialists for hand injuries,” Wojnarowski tweeted, Sunday night.

Ball suffered the injury during a fall in the Hornets’ 125-98 loss to the Clippers in Los Angeles. He continued to play throughout the second half.

Ball has proven himself to be a Rookie of the Year candidate, averaging 15.9 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 6.1 assists per game. Following his team’s matchup against the Los Angeles Lakers, earlier this week, LeBron James had massive praise for Ball’s game.

Bella Thorne and her boyfriend Benjamin Mascolo announced that they have gotten engaged, Sunday, with a cute series of posts on Instagram. The posts began with a “How it started” photo of Mascolo and included a video of Thorne reacting to the proposal and more.

“Thank you for being amazing, baby. I love you so much,” Mascolo says in a video while Thorne shows off her ring overcome with emotion. “Now we’re getting married! Soon, hopefully! Celebration in Italy and America both.”

In another post, Mascolo explained that he proposed while the couple were working on their upcoming film Time Is Up. 

“I wrote the love letter on the back of the script of our movie,” he wrote in a post on his Instagram story. “At the end of the last scene, she was at monitor watching with the director and.. surprise.”

Thorne and Mascolo have reportedly been dating for nearly two years. Thorne was in a relationship with Mod Sun prior to dating Mascolo. She recently revealed that she identifies as pansexual. She also started an OnlyFans account in 2020 that netted $2 million. Thorne confirmed that some of the money would go to charity.

Attorney Tony Buzbee, who is representing the 12 women filing a class-action lawsuit against Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson for sexual assault, says his team is submitting their evidence to the Houston Police Department and the Houston district attorney, Monday morning. In addition to the women who have come forward thus far, Buzbee said he has spoken with “more than 10 additional women.”

The Attorney provided the update on his Instagram, Saturday:

Per advice from a well-known criminal defense attorney: Our team will be submitting affidavits and evidence from several women, who had experiences with Deshaun Watson, to the Houston Police Department and the Houston District Attorney, on Monday morning. We will request that a grand jury be empaneled to consider the evidence we provide.

The numerous accusations come as the Texans appeared to be preparing to trade Watson, who has made his desire to be moved clear. The team has issued their own statement on the allegations stating that they “will conduct an investigation into the allegations made in the civil lawsuits filed against Deshaun Watson.” 

Watson has denied the accusations, claiming that they are simply “publicity-seeking,” and that he has “never treated any woman with anything other than the utmost respect.”
